5 /5 Rob Perica: Love how new the office is. The staff is super friendly and I was seen immediately, even though I was a few minutes late! As part of my visit I got three vaccinations and four blood draws. It was over so quickly. I really enjoyed the expertise of the nurse and the effortlessness of the entire experience. Five stars

5 /5 Lauren Owen: Kaiser is and always has been amazing to me. With my prior insurance, I would have to wait on the phone line for an hour to try to schedule an appointment with my doctor which would be 6 months out. With Kaiser I can send an email or call in, and 5 minutes later I have an appointment for tomorrow. Medication is way more affordable. $10 versus $600 elsewhere. Also Kaisers more organized about recordkeeping and all the doctors know about other doctors Ive seen and my results. I find them to be kind and caring. Its true that you have to stay at Kaiser offices but if you have an ER grade emergency you can go to any non-Kaiser hospital and they will cover it.
