5 /5 Reid Adams: October was so excellent in every way! Got my left nostril pierced from them. Amazing communication, both before, during and after the piercing. Very quick process. Plenty of jewelry to choose from. Very customer/client focused approach and you can tell they really care about your recovery and educating people on piercing care. Discharge instructions were very comprehensive and clear. Responds fairly quickly as well. Setting up appointment was easy too. Very down to earth and approachable person and will 100% be getting another piercing from October in the near future.
