Our sprinter van broke down late on a Monday evening, and they welcomed us in at 6pm—well after most shops would have turned us away. They treated us like family, took the time to understand what was going on, and got us back on the road quickly and safely. In a stressful moment, they brought us genuine care and support. After a thorough inspection, they determined the issue was related to the car’s computer system…something only the dealership could properly address. What really stood out was how upfront and honest they were throughout the entire process. They didn’t try to sell me on unnecessary repairs or charge for work they couldn’t do. Instead, they clearly explained the problem, walked me through the next steps, and even offered to share their diagnostic notes to make things easier with the dealership. It’s rare to find a shop that values transparency and customer service this much. I’ll absolutely be coming back here for any future maintenance or repairs.

5 /5 Gilbert Rounds: I was traveling on I-5 when my truck broke down. Had to wait about 4 hours for a tow. Roadside assist ended up calling the CHP to arrange a tow service as all the contracted ones were "busy". At least the tow truck driver took my truck to this shop and dropped me off at a hotel. They repaired my truck quickly. The owner even let me use his truck to get lunch and the parts for my truck.
