On my way to work my very very old but reliable Toyota Highlander lit up like a Christmas tree. I anxiously called Menlo Atherton Auto Repair in the hopes they could help me in my time of need. With a fully booked schedule they had me come in for diagnostic and test drive. They said they would do their best to take a look at my car today. A handful of hours later I got the news. To be honest it wasnt good news, but that isnt the point. Mario explained to me his concerns, the whys and told me not to make any decisions at that moment. He suggested I should go home and think through my options and make my decision then. I greatly appreciate the help he extended me in my time of need.
