5 /5 Danny Quimlat: If you’re looking for a trustworthy, responsive, and skilled mobile mechanic, Jeff (aka Mobile Buddy) is the one to call! I reached out to him during a hectic day, and he still found a way to squeeze us in at the end of his already packed schedule—huge blessing. Jeff replaced our alternator quickly and professionally, even though my dad and I had to make not one, but two trips to O’Reilly’s because they gave us the wrong part the first time (smh). I honestly felt bad about the delay, but Jeff was incredibly patient and understanding throughout the whole thing. Not only did he get the alternator taken care of, but he also tackled our serpentine belt—which isn’t as easy as it might sound. Those new belts are tight and tricky to install, but Jeff handled it like a pro. His rate was more than reasonable, and I really appreciated how honest, communicative, and easy he was to work with. I’m seriously hoping I won’t need more car repairs anytime soon, but if I do, Jeff will be the first call I make. Highly recommend Mobile Buddy for anyone looking for a solid, dependable mechanic—especially if you’re trying to avoid the crazy prices at the dealership!

He got the parts and showed up incredibly fast. He worked really fast and got me rolling with a new alternator and belt in no time. Amazing find and I can’t recommend enough! What a great resource.
