5 /5 Britney Nichole: I had new breaks on my car that I got from a shop, and this shop called Promotive Auto is a joke, and left my breaks making a grinding noise after they were brand new. I called a Mobil Mechanic as it’s such a pain for a mom with kids to get to a shop and just leave my car- he showed up and saw my break Pad was falling apart and they didn’t replace some Parts on my new breaks. He cleaned my breaks up for me and helped me figure the problem Out and put my mind at ease. He did this all for free and I was beyond thankful! I won’t be going to shop again and I really appreciated his help!

5 /5 Matt: So I reached out to Mike Monday morning of this past week to get a quote on brake services. I had purchased pads and rotors from AutoZone and just needed them swapped in and out. He was able to arrange this for this past Friday morning at 10am. He showed up at 9:40 and I came out with my stuff and he took a peak at the car and immediately began his paper work. He told me about a couple hours and literally by 11:45 it was done. Not only did he replace everything but he made sure my vehicle was safe to drive and had me test it before he left. Extremely friendly, fast and reliable. I can see why he has such amazing reviews and now I’m here to add to that. I’ll be sure to use him again for my automotive needs and already reached out to friends and family about him. Thanks Mike!! You are a man of your trade and a real professional!

5 /5 Austin S.: Mike is the real deal. I had Mike come out to work on my car, and honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Right off the bat, he was super friendly and easy to talk to — just a genuinely good dude who clearly knows his stuff. He actually showed up early for what ended up being a long job, and was well prepared for the few snags he came across. Not only did he knock out the work we agreed on, but he went above and beyond without even being asked. No attitude, no upsell, just solid work and a great attitude. Mike took the time to walk me through everything he was doing, explained it all in a way I could actually understand, and made sure I felt good about it. After finishing, he didn’t just pack up and go — he double-checked everything and even had us go on a test drive to make sure it was all working right. It’s rare to find someone this dependable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. If you need a mechanic who actually gives a damn, call Mike. I cant recommend him enough.

I called him this morning and he was here by this afternoon to take a look at a battery issue I was having with my jeep, he fixed that up and a bit later I took it for a test drive and when I got home I noticed a coolant leak from the radiator hose. Gave him a call and he was here within minutes to get it fixed at no extra charge! I am so glad to have found such an awesome mechanic and will be working with him for all 3 of our cars. Being a female in my 20s I have been weary of mechanics in the past but not a doubt in my mind with Mike! He is prompt, knowledgeable, and the nicest guy. Thank you!!

I just had him replace the alternator in my truck and spark plugs in my car, which he did with ease and got both running like new!
