She really wanted her hair cut, but was afraid that it would hurt, or that people wouldnt understand and try to touch her face. Caroline Whitney did an absolutely amazing job. 5 /5 Chenfang Qi: Mae was my stylist and she provided amazing service. I got a normal haircut with shampoo. I wasnt sure if I wanted long vs short layers, so she just cut off a small amount at first, then had me look to see if I wanted adjustments. Great experience, definitely get your hair done here!

Whether Im doing a color touch up and trim or trying something completely new, she knocks it out of the park. The salon always has such a welcoming and calm energy to it. My hairdresser Emily understood exactly what I was asking for (blonde Billie Eilish with a dark shadow root), but because of previous hair damage (at home bleaching, box dye etc.) she did warn me of the potential problems that might arise, going from brown to platinum in one session. However the hair turned out better than I could have hoped for. It was absolutely amazing! Emily was fantastic and reassuring during the whole process and walked me through everything she did. Everyone in the salon is so friendly and works so well together, towards the end of my appointment Mae helped out with my hair too. Mae gives a fantastic head massage during the shampooing process! I would definitely recommend coming here for going Blonde!!! Emily will make sure your hair is healthy and beautiful!!
