5 /5 Barbara Glenn: Nevada City just oozes charm and History. No matter which end of town you are at you can be sure of a historic story about a building. I just loved the gorgeous white church with tall bell tower. Im sure the congregation is proud of the place it holds in town.

In these days of online services, it has become clearer than ever that the church is not a building, it is a people. From solar panels to community outreach programs, this church is alive and active in today’s world. NCUMC welcomes everyone.

A light at the top of Broad Street, linking personal spirituality and social justice. Open minds, open hearts, open doors... virtual at this time, of course. Join us on Sundays at 10 or watch the recorded service afterward.

5 /5 Sharren Thompson: Used to live there in big blue house across from Pioneer Park. My daughter sang in the choir. It was a wonderful friendly church. We’re moving back soon. Looking forward to spending time with the Methodist church folks.
