5 /5 Savannah Riddle: This shop scheduled my diagnostic exam for a time convenient to me, and then were able to keep the vehicle overnight and complete the work by mid-afternoon next day (a Saturday!). They gave my husband a quick-fix estimate, and a full-repair estimate. We chose a full repair to save ourselves the money and hassle in the future. Upon pickup they had the old parts ready for my husband’s viewing, showing him exactly why we needed done what we did. Our parts are warrantied for two years and they were able to give a few perks due to the full costs of our repairs. We will 100% come back here and send all our friends as well. This is a shop you can trust.

5 /5 Robert Hoffman: Very happy with my experience at this shop. My car started making "weird" noises, and I was worried because it was far above my specialty to fix. Called around a few places, but after being referred by a friend who takes all of his familys cars here, I was super impressed by the level of technical excellence and their level of customer service. After describing in brief my issues and providing a way to replicate them, the technician called me back within 1 hour after dropping off my car and provided me with a quote to fix all of my immediate issues. On top of that, he gave me some peace of mind with other aspects of my car that I was somewhat worried about which did not need any immediate attention. The quote provided on the phone matched up completely to what I was expecting, and even though there was a slight delay due to the parts involved for my car being somewhat non-standard, he did not alter or put in any surprise costs. Once I picked up my car, a 10 year old Nissan, it felt brand-new again and I was put at ease with my daily driver once more. Overall, this is a place you can trust to provide you with quality service and a reputation backed by solid character from everyone employed. From the front desk to the lead mechanic and everyone else, I never felt like I was treated substandard, and in fact, I felt more trust here than I have at almost any other shop Ive ever taken my car to for basic maintenance and repair. If you live in or work in the Oceanside area (they are in North Oceanside) you should consider this place for all of your repair needs. 5 stars, and theyve made a new happy & loyal customer. This is the shop Ill be happy to take all of my familys cars to for the foreseeable future.
