They make a situation that is normally a thorn in your side, painless, and they make you feel like a trusted friend while doing it. I missed them after selling my old trusty Subaru, and was reminded of how great they are today after bringing in my son’s first car for a 60k mile service. 5 /5 Bob Ritchie: On short notice we brought our 2007 Prius into Out West twice this month. Daryl test drove our car and assured us that the front end was safe for a long trip. No charge. Maria helped us resolve an electrical issue that other mechanics had thought would start with a costly evaluation. Out Wests friendly service couldnt have been more timely and reasonably priced. We will definitely bring our Prius there in the future.
