5 /5 Franz B: Having just moved back to Santa Rosa and found a 2005 F150 Lariat (big red) Id begun looking for a trusted shop when a flyer showed up. Well, they were looking in the neighborhood too! A good omen: I booked an oil change! When I came to the shop it took me a moment to find the right venue, and again someone came up to me and took me thru a large workshop to the office. I asked Parker to look over my new ride as part of the service and he agreed. Well when I came back, service done on time, he told me he got the computer readout working, which the sellers smog had noted as dead, and Parker was to follow up on a 4x4 fault, but overall, for a high-mileage engine, the truck seemed sound but would need a brake flush and coolant service. Parker struck me as super technical, highly competent, and as the owner he had taken the time to work on the old truck himself! I sensed I had found the place I could come to get solid service! I know I shouldnt be long winded, but when it comes to being treated like a valued customer right from day 1, this is how the story reads! Also, the followup service was more complicated but went smoothly again, with a vacuum solenoid for the 4x4 added in. I give Parker and his team nothing but high marks, theyre now my go-to crew when I need to pull into the boxes! And in a way, they found me, which seals the match!
