The owner/mechanic is a genuine honest and trustworthy mechanic and he explains things thoroughly to you about your vehicle. Their prices are reasonable even for the type of luxury car I drive. I checked out the reviews first before I took my car in and they got high ratings for customer service, being trustworthy and honest. I confirm that these are all true.
