4 /5 C W Zeng: I had my car in for major maintenance. The invoice doesnt show how much labor costs per hour. The labor cost was 900+ for maintenance and fixing and replacing part. Overall, satisfied with the work and feels good about driving my old car. I did have to wait until the next day to get car back cuz they were super busy they said even though I got my car there by 11ish in the morning.

5 /5 Doug Wildman: We have been with Thomas and Harry (Prestige) for over 20 years because we trust them & their work. I am not a mechanic and both of them have always explained the cars ailment clearly and know that we just need safe cars for us and our kids to drive. 5 /5 ASM: Harry and Thomas strike me as very honest mechanics. I went to Prestige Auto for a smog certificate because they are a Star station. Harry did a preliminary check and determined that my SUV would not pass if it was tested at that time because I had just replaced the air/fuel sensor. His advise was to drive it on the freeway for a while so that the on board computer can record some data. Total charge for his time and effort - $0. Thanks, Harry. Brought my vehicle back a couple of days later and Thomas took care of me right away. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Thanks, Thomas.
