While my car was in for repairs, I asked them to handle a few unrelated issues, and they took care of everything promptly without any hassle. Their pricing is fair, and I never felt overcharged. They stand by their work, going above and beyond—even vacuuming out the dog hair in my car. Theyve also advocated for me with my insurance, which was truly appreciated. 5 /5 Genesis R. Zepeda: I can’t say enough good things about Albert and his team. He did an excellent job with my Camry after it was sprayed with cement on the back and sides of it. Hayes was recommended by my insurance and after Albert inspected my car he also suggested I get the dealership to fix my paint due to a recall which he said I qualified for! I was so amazed when I got a whole paint job thanks to him, my car looks brand new, beautiful and he was so nice to even give me a discount at the end as he knew I have a 7 month old baby. He was honest and went above and beyond. I’m only recommending Hayes to anyone needing a body shop!

Fast, efficient, and very responsive. I’ll definitely come back if I ever need a repair (hopefully no more catalytic converter thefts).

They were effective communicators and upfront with pricing (which was good to begin with). They handled a wheel rotation as well. When I picked up the car it looked like it had just been through the car wash (interior too), which was such a nice touch. Highly recommend going here for your car needs! The car looks brand new!
