They dont have a website, or a MyChart option for patients to see their visit summaries, schedule new appts, or email their doctors.
They also dont have an advice nurse on staff.
And if your pharmacy sends a renewal request for your meds? They go weeks without responding.
YOU have to call and tell them that the renewal has been sent to their system.
