Amanda De Matteo My son has been going here since he was born. The staff is always friendly and patient with him. He goes to Dr. Meyer and she’s always very good at explaining things in ways even he can understand. She’s a very kind and loving doctor. I have never had a problem with anything here. The only reason I’m not giving 5 starts is because there is a wait for appointments. Overall I’m very satisfied and wouldn’t take my son anywhere else.

Andrew Minor I was sent to the Pavilion on the side of the hospital for Sonogram by urgent care suspected appendicitis just to be sent home and told to call urgent care for results. Paid almost $200 hundred dollars for the results to tell me nothing only to end up going to a better hospital in Turlock within a couple hours. They didnt need a sonogram to tell that I had appendicitis. They had me diagnosed and in a room ready for surgery in a couple hours.

De’Anna Briggs I seen Dr. Moore here & he is an excellent OBGYN! He delivered my son via C-Section last year. I requested him again when I found out I’m pregnant this year but I was told he wasn’t accepting any new patients or patients with my insurance. Ok bummer…no problem, so I asked which doctor could see me at this hospital and I was told that Dr. Edwards was accepting new patients. I had my first appointment with Dr. Edwards and it went well. Then the receptionist booked my next appointment for my first ultrasound over a month later which I thought was odd. I asked for something sooner and was told there was nothing available until October 20th. Yesterday on October 4th I got a phone call from the receptionist stating that my current doctor…Dr.Edwards is taking a “personal leave and she may or may not be returning to work and that my next appointment is cancelled and no other OBGYNs are accepting new patients”….What??? This is the most unprofessional thing that’s ever happened to me! They dropped me as a patient for no reason and didn’t let me have my next appointment or find another OBGYN there for me. Now I’m looking elsewhere…very unprofessional

Maria M Ramirez The nurse with the last name Offhaus told my mom that if she didn’t have suicidal tendencies, she could not extend her disability for three more months. Apart from that, she said that it wasn’t her problem that my mom didn’t have insurance. I’m seventeen and my mom’s translator, and witnessing her distress during this appointment made my heartbreak into shards. My mother suffers from PTSD, Transverse Myelitis, Hyperthyroidism, Asthma, Neuralgia, and other chronic illnesses. I truly cannot believe the lack of sympathy on behalf of the nurse. Though I am seventeen, I know that temporary disability benefits are extracted from patient’s paychecks, which means that any benefit is NOT extracted from the paychecks of doctors, NPs, PAs, etc. Therefore, health professionals please don’t be cruel to your patients whenever they ask for disability benefits. They’re not YOUR benefits, they’re YOUR PATIENT’S benefits.

Stephanie Foster Do yourself a favor and pick a different medical group. I used their online scheduling option to schedule 2 appointments for my husband and myself. No problem until we got to the office. First their fax machine had been down for a week, so they didnt get any notifications from their online scheduling service; Then, she told me that the online program was only for Existing patients, even though there were several times through out the process when the system asked if you were a new or existing patient and I always selected "New". Finally, the doctor that we scheduled our appointments with didnt even work on the day we scheduled our appointment. She used to, several months ago, but doesnt anymore. If they cant run an online site, they probably can run an efficient office either. Oh, and I asked to speak to the office manager, the girl went in the back to get her and 5 minutes later, the manager had mysteriously "stepped out" of the office. These people obviously dont want your business.
