5 /5 Kelli Cuevas: Reliable Family Auto was a pleasant surprise. We broke down traveling on the 15. Googled some local mechanics and all places were too busy to squeeze us in. However, Reliable Family Auto took our car right in. We were towed to their shop, within 10mins they had our car diagnosed. Instead of steeling our money for looking at the problem, they helped us and told us it was better to take it to the dealership because it was a big job and may be under warranty. They were right, and didn’t charge a dime. Thank you for being quick, honest, and kind!

5 /5 Amy Hydock: Previously, I took my car to a different place (which shall remain nameless). I spent thousands of dollars, some unnecessary stress, and a few months later —my car is not working. Wanting to avoid that old place, I followed a friend’s recommendation for Reliable Family Auto Repair. He said they had fixed his van, were very knowledgeable -especially about electrical issues, and honest. I believe it! That was my same experience, especially because they let me know the problem with my car was the alternator and agreed to look over the invoices from the last place and helped me figure out that I had to take it back to that place for repairs lol. They helped me save money and solved the mystery of what was wrong with my car. They didn’t charge me to look at it, which was above and beyond nice. I am hoping to make these guys my regular mechanic, and I’m definitely sharing my good experience with friends because a good mechanic is getting harder to find.

5 /5 Aimee Stephens: We were driving home to Vegas for Christmas, literally on Christmas Eve, when the brakes started making a clanging noise. We googled and called the nearest shops and these guys answered and stayed open for us. Turns out the screws were coming out of our brakes! So scary and the gentlemen here performed our Christmas miracle and fixed everything and double checked the rest. They’re wonderful and so kind and I feel like they should have charged us more than they did, they were so amazing to stay open for us. We are back on the road and Santa will be able to come visit our son tonight. Can’t recommend them enough!!!
