5 /5 Silz: Claire is so knowledgeable and approachable. She takes her time in explaining diagnoses (translates them into everyday English) and possible treatments and their reactions. Dr. Frucht seems busier but nonetheless knowledgeable and approachable.

Dr. Frucht is very personable and quickly established rapport based on our common interest in the photography of rock music stars, as evidenced by the pictures on the walls of the exam room :-)
