5 /5 Elaine Zimmerman: If I could give more stars, I would. I had a fantastic experience at Santa Rosa Transmition service center. It was my first time there and I just wanted a check up for my 2012 KIA. I hadnt had it services in a while and was expecting all kinds of possible things that may have needed attention. They gave me a complete check up and there was only one small thing that needed attention. I was so relieved and so grateful that it was a minor fix and modest charge. I always worry being a gal that I may get taken to the cleaners when I know nothing about cars but it was the opposite feeling there. Highly professional and informative every step of the way. I will be bringing my car back for all services including oil changes from now on. I highly recommend them and applaud their integrity.

Explained thoroughly the steps that would be taken and how to proceed with fixing the issues. I was very impressed and would recommend them to everyone! Salvador was my initial contact and he was available for me for every phone call and question I had from start to finish! Great front of house employees there!

The diagnostic they performed was incredibly enlightening—it gave me a clear blueprint of what was going on with my car, along with detailed quotes to plan out upcoming maintenance. That information alone gave me so much peace of mind. I ended up needing a new head gasket to get back on the road. Whats that? The team at SRT explained it to me in clear language and made me feel at ease about the repair job. Chris, Sam, Alethea, and the whole team made the entire process smooth and transparent. And now, over nine months and many miles later, I can confidently say my car has been running great! I waited to write this because I didn’t want to jinx it, but their work truly speaks for itself! It makes me happy and relieved that there are still HONEST and GREAT mechanic shops out there!
