5 /5 Mari Tesch: Scripps Mercy Labor and Delivery: I cannot sing my praises loud enough for this place! From the moment I came in to get my emergency induction, to when I gave birth, to when I came back later in the week due to some blood pressure complications, the staff here were INCREDIBLE! My Nurses around the clock were Angels, my CNAs and MAs were angels, and the Doctors were amazing! They treated my husband and I and our daughter like family. I was so nervous to not only give birth (FTM) but also to be a first time patient at a hospital in my life! (Never have been in the hospital), but everyone here made sure I was comfortable and made sure I knew I could call them for anything. I had the best birthing experience and it was everything I had hoped for coming in. Thank you so much to everyone there for your care and hospitality❤️

5 /5 Carlos Esquivel: I had yet to visit an ER and didn’t know where to go when I needed help with excruciating pain.I was really skeptical to go here because of the other reviews but I was in a tight spot on a Saturday night and had no other choice. Upon arrival I was greeted by security and I was greeted by a kind person who helped me understand how to check in with the reception. The reception nurses were professional and got right on it, taking care of me while also taking care of others that were there. The wait was not bad considering how busy it was and the nurses were straight to the point and as kind as a person can be while in an intensive position. After being taken to the back to see the doctor the nurses and staff members were all kind and professional. I was released in the early morning and very happy with the process. I can see why others may leave a low review but I think that they didn’t put themselves in the shoes of the people there and situations that are experienced there.
