5 /5 Tony Balboa: Sierra Auto Care was recommended to me by a friend due to their positive experience, so I figured Id give it a go. After getting ripped off for a $200 diagnostic at John L. I decided to pass on allowing them to dig further into my pockets for the actual repair and choose to go with what my friend had recommended. SO glad I chose this place. I called at 8:01am on a Monday, and without missing a beat, I was greeted with a helpful employee. My truck was taken in that morning, and the repair was estimated to take 3hrs. Job done on time, done right and I had my truck back that afternoon without my pockets feeling ransacked. Thanks again and I will return here if I have any other auto repair needs. I highly recommend this place.

5 /5 Diane Nguyen: My car battery was so heavily corroded that the positive terminal had to be replaced. The people at Sierra Auto Care were so helpful and caring! I was exhausted after getting off work at 4:30 AM and from waiting for a tow company to come (I didnt arrive at the auto shop until 10 AM or so) and they really took care of me and even allowed me to nap in the reception area while my car was getting fixed. I am so grateful for all their help and their ability to fix my car at such a last minute notice! Thank you!!!

5 /5 VIP PAINTING: Was able to get me in last minute and took care of business was fun to sit in the waiting room and visit with staff and watch the news. The owner shared some Reeses peanut butter cups with marshmallow with me. Great value great service. Great tasting candy. What more can you ask for? I definitely recommend Sierra Auto Care as well as marshmallow topped Reeses peanut butter cups.

Jimmy found a couple things I should bring up with Carvana before the warranty is over and saved me a headache for sure. Both Shannon and Jimmy took care of me right away and its very refreshing to ditch the dealership service experience. Thanks again and Ill be back!
