5 /5 Yaco Sanchez: The best mechanic shop ever!! They always fix my cars, even when no one else can figure out the issue. I take all of my cars there. They provide quality service and excellent customer service. They are so nice even with any questions I may have. I am totally thankful for all the help they provide me over the years and never take advantage of me with pricing, even though I am a female customer. The prices are always reasonable and fair. I moved far away but still brings my cars in for service because they are worth it!! Again, I am forever grateful to them for always helping me!! Thank you!! :)

Everyone there especially Jay is beyond nice and professional, Jay had me bring my 2020 VW Passat in right away and he worked on my car and had it fixed by the time they closed. I will be a forever customer to Sonoma Auto Tech and I highly recommend them to all of my family and friends.

5 /5 Katrena Daniels: Ive had many good experiences with this shop, tune up on my car and tie rod work and all work was completed exceptional, my engine gauge came on i called they told me to bring it right in they hooked it to the code reader it said thermostat. They informed me the sensor could be tripping they removed the light and told me to watch if it come back on then it would need to be fixed many months later it hasnt came back on as of yet, and they didnt charge me for it. All the work done on my car and my husband car the prices to fix was affordable and reasonable . I highly recommend them to everyone even to my family and friends.

Great customer service very honest and they will get the job done in a timely manner. They go out of their way to meet the needs of the customer, Always going above a beyond what is required of them. I am overly impressed with his can do attitude and his willingness to help in all sorts of types of situations that arises.
