5 /5 Bill Sauber: My 1999 Saab 9-3 Viggen abruptly stopped running in the middle lane (of 101 southbound in Novato). I coasted to the right to get off the roadway but lost momentum while still in the far right lane. I had to use the starter motor, with transmission in first gear, to crank over the engine in order to get to the shoulder. AAA tow truck was dispatched and I looked up "Saab auto repair shop" on my phone and had the AAA driver take me there. Even though there were other cars there with appointments they took the time to quickly diagnose the problem and get the parts ordered. I had to wait a bit for the new parts to be delivered, but as soon as parts came in the techs replaced them and got me going. I really appreciate a business that is skilled, knowledgeable and flexible enough to help out someone that was in need of help. Also very reasonably priced. Thank you so much!!
