5 /5 Jacob Marler: Have been here to get my vehicle serviced a few times, it’s always been convenient, efficient and welcoming. The waiting area is very comfortable and the communication is amazing. This is easily the best vehicle service center I’ve ever used.

He provided an exceptional customer service experience over the phone. Although we weren’t able to get our tire replaced due to inventory, we were stunned by Jason’s amazing care and guidance on what we can do next to take care of our needs. I hope Jason will be recognized for being an amazing representation of customer service!

5 /5 Matt Hooper: Big shout out to Chris in the service department. We had an issue with the turbo charger on our Buick encore. He found an additional coverage from the manufacturer that saved us thousands of dollars. We were in and out in a timely manner. Very professional.

Today, I was very impressed with the new Toyota Service Manager, Andy McCue. I went to speak to him after I had a minor disagreement with a service advisor regarding warranty coverage. Andy made it clear his top priority was to take care of the customer, and he certainly did.
