5 /5 Nikey Castillo: If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. My tire popped in the middle of the road while I was moving into my new house, my first day in Novato. Luckily I was able to get a spare on and I called Toscalito first because of their good reviews. Aaron answered and was so kind on the phone and was able to see me right away for a new tire. The wait wasn’t long but while I was there I heard all 3 of the guys at the front (Tony, Aaron and Eric? I hope that’s his name) answer phone calls and speak to customers and their customer service is truly exceptional. I chatted with them up front for awhile after my car was done and it felt like talking with old friends. I am so grateful for my experience here, I will only use Toscalito and recommend them, you have a customer for life! Thank you guys for helping welcome me to Novato

5 /5 Greg Smyth: I drove up one morning with no appointment, they immediately greeted me, listened to my bad tire situation, and wisely advised options for me. They then ordered parts needed while I stood there, invited me to return that afternoon, and it was all ready me, including new tires, balancing, alignment, and car inspection the next morning. Aaron was always extremely attentive, offered thorough and wise advice, and made it clear I was absolutely being taken care of.

I scheduled an appointment a few days ahead over the phone, and even though I was a few minutes late and the shop was definitely busy, I was helped right away when I arrived. The manager was very polite and quoted all the pricing for me in an estimate up front. They are cheaper than any dealership and the work is just as top notch. Trust me, I’ve tried other places and they are the best…for less money! I even had a tough repair and a hard to find part, but they found it. I’m so glad I found this place! Will definitely be coming back for all my future repair or service needs. It’s so refreshing to find an honest and reliable service shop!

5 /5 Tim Padovese: Was buying a used car that needed two front tires and other TLC. Eric was fantastic and worked hard to meet our needs. We got a fair price on our two tires, a much needed alignment, fixed a rear tire that needed some attention and overall it could not have been a better experience!!!!
