Ricky is trustworthy and is good with updating you of the diagnosis, if another problem was found, and any additional costs. He is straightforward with estimates, never wishy-washy about pricing. I highly recommend this shop if you own a Honda or Acura. Ive been taking my cars & SUVs to Ultracare since 2005
