5 /5 PopNlock (PopNlock): I read the reviews and decided to check it out for myself. I like the close convenient location, just minutes from my home. The owner explained in detail the work they would do and what my options were. He understood that I was paying out of pocket and not using insurance, therefore he tried to make my dollar stretch. He did not take advantage or try to sell me on more even though my car is older and could definitely use more "fixing". He walked me through the quote so I understood what he was charging me for and what he chose not to charge me for. He checked for non dealer parts pricing to provide me options. My car was ready 1 day prior to what was estimated. I was surprised to see that they went ahead and fixed 2 small dents that was not quoted, just to be nice. They used top of the line paint that wont chip, this was huge for me since previous work done used poor quality paint and I had lots of chipping over the years. The entire staff was professional and kind. I felt safe and waited in the waiting room for my ride. Excellent experience overall and would return and tell my friends to go here.
