5 /5 Bonnie Cring: This is the only place I will go in Kingston to get my nails done. Tony makes my nails look so nice with the builder gel manicure (with tips on in the beginning). I hate that fake look and he’s so good at making my nails look natural. No powder here. Chong does a great pedicure too, and they are always upbeat and happy.
