What stood out to me was the team itself, fantastic people who exemplify kindness, professionalism, and fairness. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and incredibly polite throughout the entire process. Joe, in particular, is an excellent communicator. He reached out later that same day to ensure everything was running smoothly after the work was completed. I felt genuinely well taken care of. While I was waiting, I chatted with other customers who clearly love this team as much as I do. The community really appreciates the people at Yotaluma, and it’s obvious they care deeply about their community too. They’re such good people that spending time with them honestly felt like a therapy session. Thank you, Joe and Larinda!

5 /5 Hps Doug: Yotaluma far and away exceeded my expectations. After scheduling an appointment with another shop and them not honoring it, I spoke with Tony at Yotaluma, and he said he could get me in right away. They replaced my sparkplugs and ignition coils in the time that they said and at a very reasonable/fair price. My Ram 2500 Promaster now gets 3 miles to the gallon better gas mileage and runs a lot smoother. Joe (I think is the owner) is very hands-on and is the FURTHEST thing from being pushy. The shop fixes what needs to be fixed at a fair price and on time. I will absolutely return for future repairs. I couldnt recommend Yotaluma more strongly. Thanks, guys!

5 /5 M SZ: Last week, I had my oil changed at this location. I drive a 2000 Toyota 4Runner with 350K miles on it. As always, they provided me with prompt quality service at a fair price. If you are looking for a cheap place, do not come here. However, if you are willing to pay a fair price for the right level of service, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I want quality service for my car as it has 350K miles already. I want to ensure a longer lasting engine life. I get my oil change service here regularly. I continue to be a regular here, because of their customer service and quality care for my car. THEY ARE THE BEST IN TOWN!

5 /5 Gustav Gustavsson: This review is for my mother, Cecilia. We brought her car in thinking the brakes needed to be done. Surprisingly, they still had some life left in them, even after about eight years since she bought the car. The team let us know they didn’t need to be replaced just yet, which we really appreciated. While we were there, we went ahead and had the transmission serviced. Everything went smoothly, and as always, we felt very well taken care of. Visiting Yotaluma honestly feels like catching up with friends. They truly humanize the car repair experience.
