5 /5 James L.: My family of 5 broke down on the grade just north of Yreka just before the top on Thanksgiving day. The tow truck was able able to drop our truck at Best Western for the night. I called first thing in the morning (8am) to verify if they could at least get my truck in to see what was going on. They told me to limp it over and promptly were able to figure out the problem. They had the throttle body replaced and me back on the road by about 10:30am. I greatly appreciated that they were able to squeeze me in dropping in unscheduled.
