Maddie Moran I LOVE Pristine Nails! Ive been going here for almost 5 years now and they have never let me down. They are very accommodating to whatever you need and have great nail techs for designs. The manager here is a super sweet lady and is always very happy to see everyone there. Ive also had a great experience with the eyelash tech when I got my lashes tinted. Ive never had a bad experience with anyone here and I recommend this salon to anyone!!

Paola Rodriguez I got an acrylic manicure with a design, a pedicure, and an eyebrow wax. Bebe did my nails, and she was amazing! She took her time shaping them, and the design came out exactly like my reference photo, so precise and perfect..just look at the photo. Toward the end, it felt a bit rushed, and I wish I had gotten the moisturizer and short massage I usually receive at other salons, but the results were stunning, so I can’t complain too much! Bebe also waxed my eyebrows, and they look super clean and well-shaped. She’s quick and precise, but I wish she had given me a heads-up before pulling the strip, it caught me off guard! For my pedicure, I got the Silky & Sweet treatment with Cici, and it was lovely. She has strong hands and gave a great massage, leaving my feet feeling soft and smooth. The gel polish looked beautiful, but when I got home, I noticed it hadn’t fully cured. Not a huge deal…just something that happened. Overall, the salon is very clean, the staff is talented and friendly, and the service was great. The only downside is that it’s a bit over my budget, but if you’re looking for quality work, it’s definitely worth checking out! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Christina Martinez Holling Updated after my 3rd visit.. still loving it here and Ive tried other nail techs. I am so excited that I gave this lovely place a try.. Tracy, Kelly, and T were excellent! Tracy’s attention to detail on my pedicure was impeccable. Kelly and T went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and make sure that my experience was five star… and if it wasn’t, they made it clear they wanted to know about it right away so they could correct it. Very rare to have a place that cares so much and I’m so glad they are right around the corner. I will be back! Excellent experience, reasonable in price, and did not feel rushed at all.

carly I came in December 23rd around 5pm hoping by chance to get a dip manicure. While everyone had a customer they were tending too, I was greeted very quickly and asked what services I needed and asked to see the color wall. I was sat in the next 10 minutes, everything and everyone was very attentive and I was offered refreshments. Cece gave me my manicure and its held up very well over the past week. She didnt rush the application process and was very professional. I look forward to booking my appointments with her in the future! Im so happy I stopped in after months of driving past them. It will absolutely be my new go to place.

Gina H The place is beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and all of the staff was pleasant. Kelly did my nails and not only is she skilled but also VERY kind and personable. I can tell you honestly, I am so glad I went! My dip manicure with a cute design, was done perfectly and took so little time! I also received a gel pedicure, which turned out wonderful! I am absolutely coming back! I think Ive found my new spot! ☺️

Michelle Earles Max is absolutely amazing. Although my nails look simple. I saw him do a really amazing Christmas design for the client before me. That said I will be going back but he listened to my needs and wants. Definitely check this place out.

Debbie Bornstein Tina is awesome. She always recommends the right facial and explains everything she is doing along the way. Its also very relaxing. She is friendly, professional and cares about her clients. I come out of there with my skin glowing. She recommends different products if you like, and always takes the time to go over my regimen. I look forward to my visits there. Beauty Talk is clean and bright!

Marissa Rider This place is unlike any other salon Ive been to! Small and intimate so the techs really take their time and create perfection! Im an out-of-towner that came in on a whim for my wedding nails. Not only did they fix my toes to match my Hailey Bieber glazed donut look, but she also removed an insane amount of ingrown nails - despite having a pedicure done 3 days ago?! This is what I mean by attention to detail!! Ive gotten a ton of compliments already on my nails, I couldnt be more happy with the results! Thank you guys so much for making me feel like a real bride and giving me a nail look Ill never forget!

Roda Carter Perfection achieved! Bliss’ Deluxe includes mask, hot towels plus paraffin wax dip! Gently removed old gel polish without excessive drilling and digging. No worn down nail bed with that grow-out line! Can we preserve the health of our nail beds please? YES. That’s normal practice at Bliss. Due to taking good care of my nails, my nail bed is raised, rounded and smooth. So OK, I went for another round of gel, mani / pedi without any concerns. This time, OPI Snow White with a fine white glitter for a sparkling touch on nails. Matching toes except Chrome finish. Relaxing spa music and view of the pond, ducks, lake and sunset made my treatments very blissful. Jason did my toes (he remembered everything I told him when I was there 6 weeks ago! I couldn’t even remember.) The nail techs are the best in town PERIOD. I was so lucky to have the owner, Jessica do my nails as they came out absolutely perfect. But everyone there is talented and so focused on their work. I arrived less than an hour before closing, still they were happy for a walk-in. Warm and friendly greeting by the owners, as usual. Parking lot is always congested so plan ahead. It’s so worth it.

Sheny Rodriguez They are amazing! Great customer service, friendly, attentive and very professional. Jessica does my nails and Rose did my pedicure and I absolutely love it, they for sure have a loyal client here! I can’t say enough about them and the place, you won’t be disappointed.

Renee Antionette First, let me say they are the best in Winter Park Florida. I have been to every nail salon in this area. They start off good and then slack, people move, business is sold, etc. etc. or basically quality of work goes down. I have contracted toe fungus from two different places. I will not name here in Winter Park because I only give good reviews. Sorry. JESSICA is one of the best nail technicians I have ever been to. I would have to say artist she is fantastic!! I sought out someone that took pride in his or her work, cared, and was consistent, thank God I found Jessica. My toenails were in horrible shape unhealthy from the toenail fungus and in one year my toenails are grown out and getting healthier every day. My fingernails are another story I have had gel, dip, acrylic, tips with all of it, finally I got so upset about going nail salon to nail salon, chipping, nails, breaking nails. Again thank you Jessica So now I really wish I would’ve taken it before picture, she did a build gel I believe on my nails. I’m gonna attach some pictures. My favorite place in town. I love to look out at the lake at sunset and have a nice relaxing pedicure. It’s wonderful if people would stay off their cell phones while others are trying to relax that’s my only gripe and the people that do that please respect others. Some of us are there to relax and get away from business and family, not hear you take care of your business or deal with family issues. Please respect others. This place is the cleanest place. I have found in town. I owned a spa for many many years and sanitation Is my number one things to look out for, this place gets five stars. Don’t hesitate book today everyone is super nice and good at what they do.

Abbey B I got my nails done my Lucy. She did very good for me being her last client and the whole store being busy! I’m pretty sure she has been doing nails back to back! I have been going to Bliss Nail & Spa for years and I won’t change my salon anytime soon!

Taylor Jade Maria is wonderful!!!! I’m a barista and was concerned about what route to take as far as longevity and making a set worthwhile. She advised me on acrylics and then proceeded to fashion me a gorgeous set of nails! Generally I’m pretty picky, and I left super satisfied! She’s very kind, attentive, and communicative. If you’re unsure of who to book with, Maria is a fabulous option!

Yanira Palomo First time at Nail Vault! My daughter & I loved it! Its officially our new nail salon. Our nail tech Jesse was simply amazing!

Jessalyn Perez I have been going to The Nail Vault for the last 2.5 years and have always had the best experience. Jesse is very attentive to detail, and always is down to try out new designs I find. The nails always last 3-4 weeks as expected (sometimes longer) and I always receive compliments. No matter where I go, I cannot think of ever going to a different salon. If I could rate this place more than 5 stars, I would!

Laura C. Short story: Horrible experience! After seeing a woman, "J," I was left with paper thin, brittle nails that had been drilled down to a point that even washing my hands brought pain. She was also incredibly rude during my last 2 visits, answering personal calls and even WATCHING TV while doing my pedicure. I chalked it up to a bad day, but my last visit was my final here. Long story: I Googled this place after moving to Orlando in August of 2024. Upon my first visit, I should have trusted my gut and just walked right out. The photos online are deceiving. This place is smaller than my former studio apartment, cramped and not very clean. Also, the nail colors have zero to order so it is challenging to find a color. (It is a bit of a dive for a nail salon.) The staff is less than welcoming but, my nail lady did a fantastic job the first 2 visits. After my second visit it quickly went downhill with both the quality, professionalism and cleanliness. Again, I will not return, nor will I advise anyone to visit here.

Cheyenne Harris This is the best nail salon in Orlando! My nails look beautiful and have stayed super healthy under their care. There isn’t a single design I have brought that they weren’t able to recreate for me! Jesse, Sylvia, and Jesel do such great work and are so friendly. I look forward to all of my appointments, and the prices are super reasonable especially for fills. This is a local family owned business and you can feel it while you are there. They also have a beauty bar next door where you can get lash extensions and other services and the girls who come to get their nails done after going look amazing! I can’t recommend this salon enough especially with how difficult it can be to find someone you trust and want to come back to. Jesse has done all of my designs and he is knowledgeable and super talented, he delivers above expectations every time. If you are looking for a salon look no further and make an appointment here :)

Elizabeth Caico I came for my birthday nails… what I asked for vs. what I got. 3.5 hours later, $120 + tip. This is why I literally never ask for a design at a nail salon anymore. I even mentioned if the design isn’t doable to do a solid color to match my toes.

Wild Finally a place that can make nails look natural and beautiful! Sally is amazing at design and May is amazing with polish; she takes her time and cleans the nail perfectly!

Tracy Fordham I’ve been looking for a place I like for a while now. Been going to Pristine for a few months now (I won’t say who bc I don’t want her to get too busy for me ;)) and they are the best! I’m super picky about how I like my nails done. They have 100s of colors—lots of Opi—so not stingy about trying to use knockoff brands/colors. I highly recommend them.

Taylor Nash Didnt get the color I picked it. David was super nice did my nails and toes but I feel the service couldve been better for what I paid. Everything is smudged and messed up, didnt clean under my nails after filling the acrylic.

Bibi Ali Service was terrible. The girl that did my nails rushed to do them. She applied the topcoat on my toenails really fast and you can see a clear line where it dried and it’s separate from the nail polish. On top of that when I chose my color for my nail it was on a fake nail that appeared to look as if the color was solid and not transparent. As she did my nails I noticed the more coats she put on it never actually covered my nail. When I asked her about it she was like “well that’s why I showed you”. She was rude and did not even offer me another option but made me pay for my nails. I would never recommend this place. I will call them tomorrow to give them a chance to correct this for the removal of my review. But, I’ve read that they are constantly making unhappy customers pay without offering any assistance to make it better and that is really sad.

Brooke Kendall If you’re looking for a new nail salon, I highly suggest you give Lush Nails a try. I was so tired of paying so much money for nails I was rarely happy with. Emily Is extremely talented and I never have to stress watch to make sure my nails turn out good. Her attention to detail is literal perfection! I can just sit back and relax and am always provided with the highest quality service. From simple colors and French to intricate designs, Emily is THE BEST!! All of the nail techs always take their time and are never rushing you through the service. I always get private nail tech quality from everyone I’ve tried here. They do everyone’s nails like they are doing their own. If you’re on the fence about going here, give it a chance and you’ll never go anywhere else!!!!

Morgan Cark Visited Lush Nails and Spa for the first time! Mimi was amazing! I asked her to freestyle on my nails and they look amazing, my cuticles are well taken care of now and she had advice for my weaker nails! Also had Stefan for my toes and he is hilarious, and Emma did my eyelashes she is gentle and effective! Highly recommend all around!

Jessica Henchy Joy was amazing and did a wonderful job with my nails. I had a full set acrylic with gel. I’m a nail biter and so there was not much for her to work with. But shr worked her magic. We did an almond shape, short. They came out flawless. Joy was such a delight to talk with. We chatted the whole time. If you’re looking for your favorite nail salon in Winter Park. Then you found it!

Shaya Oliver Kim did a great job on my nails and Matt at the front desk was super welcoming as I told him it was my first time there. They offered me a drink right as a I sat down and I got a delicious mimosa as I got comfortable. My nails look incredible and they had a really good playlist of music going while I enjoyed my experience. I will def be back soon. They also gave me 10% off for my first visit ⭐️ and have a loyalty rewards program which duh I love rewards… haha

Veena C This is the FIRST AND ONLY time I’ve gone to the nail salon with a vision, and felt like I actually walked out with what I wanted. I booked an appointment online for a pedicure and gel-X set. I did call ahead to say I wanted velvet nails in the hopes of being assigned a technician that knew how to do it. The place is clean and staff is friendly. If you get a pedicure, you’re able to get a glass of wine/champagne/things like that on the house. The drinks are not allowed in the area where they do your hands. Something that stood out to me about this place is that every time the tech tried to offer additional services she was extremely upfront about how much extra it would cost. The other thing that stood out is when I explained what type of nails I wanted, they mentioned they would do a sample. While we were prepping my nails, the technician did a quick sample of two looks to determine what I wanted. That honestly made all the difference in the world. The look, I thought I wanted actually didn’t pan out and I was able to identify that by the sample. I believe my technician’s name was Tammy (I wish I had done this review sooner so I could remember, I’m sorry!!!). I had a great experience and I felt like their pricing was reasonable. I don’t often get my nails done professionally but the next time I’m relieved to know I have a spot!

Emma Smith I made a last minute appointment here for a manicure & pedicure before a vacation. I haven’t been to a nail salon in ages since it’s typically pretty pricey, but I looked at the prices on line and found they seemed really reasonable for a salon in Winter Park. I got the Bahamas pedicure with Andy, and as someone who typically detests getting pedicures, Andy made sure everything was comfortable. He was extremely friendly, personable and helpful. He helped me choose a great color, provided really lovely conversation and really did a fantastic service (the foot massage was top tier). He also then set me up with the technician who did my gel extension manicure. Nancy took over for my gel extensions and I was also thoroughly impressed by her as well! Not only was she so kind and personable, she was detail oriented and did a beautiful job shaping and styling my nails. I added a manicure service on to my gel extension service and Nancy really helped make my terribly messy cuticles look tidy and clean again so they my new manicure looked perfect! After 12 days of hiking and doing water activities, my nails still fantastic. For the price for the manicure & pedicure, it’s easy to say that this is WELL worth the price and I will be back. Thank you for a really great experience!

Eliana First time getting Gel X and Karly absolutely killed it! Definitely one of my favorite sets and I can’t wait to come back for more designs. Karly was so nice and checked with me during the whole process to make sure I was happy with everything every step of the way! Can’t wait to come back!

Ally Kru I am so lucky I found this place! First salon I went to since moving here. Have gone a few times and had Emily do my nails each time. This last time, I told her I wanted jelly nails like gummy bears and she even found these cute bear charms to add! I have really sensitive cuticles, and she is the first ever to not cause them to peel. The salon itself is large and clean. I never see anyone having to wait to get service. Very competitive pricing too! 10/10 recommend.

She was very personal with me and we talked the whole time. I have never had a nail technician carry on the conversation with me and I loved it!
