5 /5 Veena C: This is the FIRST AND ONLY time I’ve gone to the nail salon with a vision, and felt like I actually walked out with what I wanted. I booked an appointment online for a pedicure and gel-X set. I did call ahead to say I wanted velvet nails in the hopes of being assigned a technician that knew how to do it. The place is clean and staff is friendly. If you get a pedicure, you’re able to get a glass of wine/champagne/things like that on the house. The drinks are not allowed in the area where they do your hands. Something that stood out to me about this place is that every time the tech tried to offer additional services she was extremely upfront about how much extra it would cost. The other thing that stood out is when I explained what type of nails I wanted, they mentioned they would do a sample. While we were prepping my nails, the technician did a quick sample of two looks to determine what I wanted. That honestly made all the difference in the world. The look, I thought I wanted actually didn’t pan out and I was able to identify that by the sample. I believe my technician’s name was Tammy (I wish I had done this review sooner so I could remember, I’m sorry!!!). I had a great experience and I felt like their pricing was reasonable. I don’t often get my nails done professionally but the next time I’m relieved to know I have a spot!

5 /5 Emma Smith: I made a last minute appointment here for a manicure & pedicure before a vacation. I haven’t been to a nail salon in ages since it’s typically pretty pricey, but I looked at the prices on line and found they seemed really reasonable for a salon in Winter Park. I got the Bahamas pedicure with Andy, and as someone who typically detests getting pedicures, Andy made sure everything was comfortable. He was extremely friendly, personable and helpful. He helped me choose a great color, provided really lovely conversation and really did a fantastic service (the foot massage was top tier). He also then set me up with the technician who did my gel extension manicure. Nancy took over for my gel extensions and I was also thoroughly impressed by her as well! Not only was she so kind and personable, she was detail oriented and did a beautiful job shaping and styling my nails. I added a manicure service on to my gel extension service and Nancy really helped make my terribly messy cuticles look tidy and clean again so they my new manicure looked perfect! After 12 days of hiking and doing water activities, my nails still fantastic. For the price for the manicure & pedicure, it’s easy to say that this is WELL worth the price and I will be back. Thank you for a really great experience!

5 /5 Eliana: First time getting Gel X and Karly absolutely killed it! Definitely one of my favorite sets and I can’t wait to come back for more designs. Karly was so nice and checked with me during the whole process to make sure I was happy with everything every step of the way! Can’t wait to come back!
