Savannah Oxley I cant say enough good things about this salon. I came in with a hair disaster from another salon, and they truly worked wonders. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. My stylist took the time to listen to my concerns and carefully assessed my hair before making my hair look far better than I could have hoped for! The color is perfect, the cut is exactly what I wanted. I’m so grateful to have found them and will definitely be returning.

I wish that I took a before picture of my hair, the after is amazingly beautiful. My husband said its the best he has ever seen my hair! Pham and Ty were so professional and thorough. They work so well together ❤ they didnt rush and made me feel important. I called on a Friday and they got me in the next day, which was amazing! I will never go anywhere else again! Brande Martin I was hoping my third time here would be the charm; instead, its three strikes and youre out for The Curl Sanctuary. In June of 2023, I saw Devon for a haircut. I was very clear with what I wanted and did not want--I did not want my hair too short, and I did not want my sides several inches shorter than the rest (I dont know why this is a common practice--it looks terrible and choppy). What I left with was a too-short haircut with sides that were about 3" shorter than the rest of my hair. I sent a message with a picture via Facebook Messenger, and Richard, one of the owners, did apologize and issue a partial refund. He also offered to cut my hair in a few months. However, my hair had been cut so short that it took a full year for it to grow enough for a cut. When I was ready for a haircut, it felt like it had been too long to reach out and take him up on the offer, so I booked a haircut with Lisa in June of 2024. I showed her pictures of what I wanted and told her the most important thing is that I do not walk away looking like a mushroom with the weird, much-shorter sides....Despite very clear, explicit instructions, she cut my hair much shorter on the sides! Now, I recognize that I should have learned from these previous cuts and should not have gone back; returning to give them a third chance was my fault, and I take responsibility for that. Since the previous two stylists were gone, however, I thought that maybe standards had changed. I assure you thats not the case. I made an appointment with one of the owners, Marlon, thinking surely someone so credentialed (and expensive!) would give a gorgeous haircut, but the confirmation text did not provide an address. The address listed on their website was Eau Gallie Boulevard, where Id had my previous cuts. They moved locations, and I had no way of knowing, so I showed up and waited nearly an hour, called (no answer), and finally left. Marlon did text later and asked when Id like to reschedule. Since he had no availability for a month, I booked with Brittany. I showed her pictures of what I wanted--an asymmetrical bob that is *longer* in the front. I *begged* her to not cut it like her colleagues had. I very clearly, in great detail, and with pictures, showed her what I wanted, and I showed her on my hair the areas of concern and asked her to not make them shorter. Instead, she gave me a shag-type haircut that--you guessed it--is inches shorter in the front on the sides instead of longer like Id plainly asked for (see picture). Its also super thinned-out at the bottom. I want to also note that you pay by the hour here (though haircuts do not typically take an hour), and Brittany spent only 41 minutes with me. She dry cut my hair, ran her hands through it multiple times, and left it a puffy, frizzy hot mess, even though she had time to wash it and put some product in it. I told her I was going somewhere after and asked her to style it, and she rubbed some oil in it, and it was hard for me to tell what shed even done. Why would you send someone from a haircut looking like theyd been in a windstorm? Why do you charge for 60 minutes and provide only 41? As a teacher, I spent a days wages on a 41-minute experience that has, once again, left me with an unacceptable haircut that will probably take a year to grow out. I was upset and did not want to risk it being cut even shorter and/or worse, so I left. Do yourself a favor and make the drive to Winter Park to Salon Ciseaux. I used to, before trying to find a local place, and I sure wish I had gone back after my first experience at Curl Sanctuary. You will save yourself money and disappointment.

Sharlyne Acevedo This was our first visit to Curl Sanctuary as we moved to the area just a few months ago. Joelis did a phenomenal job with my teenage daughters hair. She educated my daughter on how to care for her hair and what products to use. My daughters haircut was fantastic. It looked so much bouncier and she said it felt lighter in comparison to before. We were very satisfied with her service. 100% recommend her!

Logan Molly is best for the younger generations or the more adventurous types. Vida is great for more conventional and classic but timeless looks. Prices per hairdresser vary.

kayla atkinson LVETTE CREATED A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR ME. I asked for ginger hair left with clown orange bright hair. It’s completely damaged and stringy with multiple spots not even dyed. She double booked herself and in the end I look like a hot mess.

Dawn Mullane I went here for the first time for a pedicure and Cora-Lynn was absolutely fantastic! Great pedicure and massage! She is very knowledgeable about what she is doing too! Everyone is so friendly and talkative so I felt very comfortable!! And the salon is extremely clean! I will definitely be back!

McKenna Tirado Reya does such a great job consulting me with my hair wants and then the results are even better. She’s been doing my hair for years and I’ll have her do it for a very long time!! Go see Reya!!!!

Megan Fehrenbach Had an appointment for 3pm, it got pushed back an hour for her to pick up her kids which is fine. However, when I arrived at around 3:50 and texted her I was there waiting for whenever she arrived at 4, she said oh I have a flat tire. Also fine as life happens, but it’s not fine that she was never planning to let me know until I texted her that I was there waiting. It would have been professional to let me know not to come yet as she wouldn’t make it. I then asked for a discount to come back later which is only fair after having to spend 5 hours of my day trying to get a couple small braids done on my husband. She said no that life happens and that she is so professional. I had nothing but an awful experience. She is just like what you would expect in this area. She does not care about the quality of your experience at all only her quick cash. I would go anywhere but here.

Ali M I absolutely love this place! They have everything a girl could want. I can get my hair done here, nails, get an amazing facial, massage, waxing, eyelashes, permanent makeup, relax in an oxygen bar session, & pick up some CBD. This is definitely the one stop shop for all your beauty needs. They even have barbers for the gentleman as well!

Karin Day Great place to lease a space to have your own business. Very secure and nice spaces. The girl that trims my hair started her own business, Dye Pretty, and I go here every month to see her. It has a small lobby area with an intercom. You enter the suite# and they buzz you in. So its safe for owners and clients both.

Patrick came to our Air B&B to cut our son’s and grandson hair as well as my Husband. Ali worked with me for a couple of months with color leading up to our wedding day. And the day of the wedding Ali and Karrianne not only made me look amazing but they’re so much fun! A great team and just all around great people! I typically wear very little makeup if any at all and am so glad I found this team! They specialize in natural looking hair and make up and they are true artists! Maci Nonell Ali and Pat did both of our hairstyles for our wedding last year and we had a great experience! They are both VERY talented hairstylists, as well as very kind and generous people. Pat gave Jorge the rest of his hair gel in case he needed a touch-up and Ali even helped me get into my wedding dress. They went above and beyond to make sure we looked nice for our special day. Sometimes its awkward to sit there while someone does your hair, but both Pat and Ali are very easy to talk to and make the experience fun! I have also had Ali cut and style my hair a few other times and she really has a God given talent. I dont have to give her much guidance; she looks at my hair and knows what it needs better than I do! I totally trust her skill and expertise. Youll be in good hands whether you just need a trim or youre looking for something elaborate for your wedding day!

I have searched in Brevard County for over 25 years, from Titusville to Palm Bay, looking for someone who can work with thick hair! Most recently, I needed a stylist who could help me make the decision to transition to my natural color, gray! She is THE ABSOLUTE BEST! I am not exaggerating! She really knows her stuff; fantastic cut & when I was coloring my hair, as we are letting my natural color grow out, she was awesome with that! Her cuts are so good that I only need to have it cut every 8 weeks, as opposed to 5 weeks. She is such a joy to talk to & is a beautiful soul! She and her wonderful husband, Patrick, own the salon. Try her, you will not be disappointed!

Melanie Laureigh I went in for a hair cut a little over a week ago to blend in my hair with my outgrown undercut. It turned out adorable and amazing and everything I wanted. More recently I got heavy full highlights and when they werent exactly what I wanted they fixed them. The highlights are amazing! I highly recommend them as long as you have the budget for it!

marisa kahn Longest Review of my life…A month ago I told Gracie I was leaving Friday, March 29 th for a work contract and I needed to get in for a touch up. My appointment was set for March 27. Gracie had just had a knee replacement and I reminded her that I was leaving that week and she said it’s fine I’ll get you in. I got a text on the 26th saying she basically that she couldn’t work that long each day and can get me in next week. This was not feasible since I was leaving that Friday I had to remind her again. I had a meeting at 11am when she texted me helping a colleague but canceled it after going back and forth with Gracie concerned. She got another stylist involved! Another stylist and Gracie were not collaborating well where it had me as the client like you guys are the professionals so please get on the same page.They were saying 2 different things for my hair. In a panic, I ran to the salon and I encountered Kristin. Kristen said she would help me.Gracie texted saying she recommended her. Kristen from the very start was very condescending and rude. She started off saying “don’t be mean to me.”I said to her “I’m sorry am I being mean to you?” I’m panicked because time was of the essence. No one seemed to understand the severity of the situation that I have to get my house together, and pack to be gone for seven months working 24/7. I was by no means, mean and she said “no but just don’t be mean to me.” It was an odd statement. Throughout the whole service, she would barely let me talk to say anything. Another client of Gracie’s came in and Kristen was trying to help her. She was telling her how she was swamped due a bigger case. I said “sorry I am the bigger case”. Kristen snapped at me and said “don’t talk over me.” That’s how it was the whole time I have no idea why Kristin was making me feel like I was at her mercy. It was like I’m going to be condescending to you because you’re at the mercy of me doing your hair and I’m going to treat you accordingly.At the very end, when trying to discuss correcting it, she said just give me my money.”My hair she turned blue, along with being 5 other colors( orange, blonde, brown, blue, white, black) and gave me a huge line in the back. She refuses to give me my money back in full, and I had to go for a color correction yesterday. I just want my money back but this was completely unethical and wrong, how this was handled anyway. Gracie; unfortunately, being the owner of the salon, and I thought a professional would not say anything to Kristen even though she recommended Kristin to me and my long time stylist! I felt thrown to the wolves I was trusting! Gracie was shocked at Kristen‘s behavior that she doesn’t normally act like that. Well, for whatever reason she was acting like that to me-100 percent. I tried several times to call and text Kristin after.I told Gracie I was going to go to social media and other avenues. I guess they were upset me for talking to one of the her long time clients about what happened when I tried to talk to Kristen at the time in the salon the next day.I guess social media didn’t matter to them.Kristen refused to talk to me though until I took a picture of her cosmetology license.Then she said she would call me later. That did not occur. A nasty text was it. Just like the rest of our interaction, it was just telling me how it was going to be and I was going to have to deal with it. Even Gracie said on the phone to me and my corrective stylist, that my hair “looked unrecognizable”. I’m quite flabbergasted at the whole situation that Gracie is apologizing for Kristin’s work and her behavior to me. On so many levels, this was so unprofessional.Kristin paid me back $85 of the $245 for her work, never mind the $250 dollars I lost with the correction that someone else did yesterday. If she couldn’t do the job, then she shouldn’t have taken the job. She said to me “you will leave here looking gorgeous because I’ve been doing this 20 years. It’s my name on it” A professional would’ve never let me walk out like that at the end of the service.

Jessica Chung I absolutely love my hair. It feels so much healthier and smells amazing. Kaitlyn (my stylist) made sure to discuss everything before we cut my hair to make sure the length was exactly what I wanted. She also blow dried my hair to perfection. I want to thank her for going out of her way and doing that to please me as the customer. I would definitely book another appointment with Kaitlyn soon.

Slim Jim Not only did I have to reschedule three times, but it’d taken about 7 hours to do my hair in which I wasn’t satisfied whatsoever. I know jet black hair takes a while to lighten but with the way they’d colored my hair and with how I was spoken to near the end of my visit was disrespectful and inconsiderate, as I am the paying client. Would not recommend for people of color to go to.

nikki wasielewski I unfortunately do not have a great report. They left my hair completely unfinshed and not wearable. As a currently licensed stylist and former salon stylist I would have never left someones hair in this state after 6 hours of work. The stylist herself was totally competant and I do not want to speak ill of her. She was given a client she should have never had and did the work to the best of her ability. But, it absolutely left me in a position of being embarrassed, crying, and having to purchase 200 dollars worth of things to redo my hair. I reached out to the owner, showed pics, and she simply tried to usher me back to sit down for a redo instead of reimbursing me the way I had re1uested. I was in the middle of moving into a new hoe, homeschooling my daughter, buying a new vehicle, and just dealing with everyday issues. I made it extremely clear I had no time to come back and that id just like to resolve the issue with a reimbursement for the product I had to rebuy seeing as though I brought my own initially. I was charged four hundred dollars at this salon for sub par work and bringing all my own color. I also, have never been in any salon.In any state who have used in the applicator bottle to apply bleach. They are just extremely outdated and a bit out of their league. When it comes to anything modern, it seems I dont want to insult their stylist. However, im sure they are extremely good in their way.Field its just a bit dated. I know the pictures. Dont do it justice, but in person it was pretty unwearable. None of my sections were blended and there are huge gaping spots of blonde showing through to the point where I could not section my hair in any way and not have a giant missing spot of color visible

Tammy Kallemeres Barbie and Summer (who I just met today) did an amazing job on my hair. All the people there are friendly and professional. I met Debbie, Natasha and K (I cant remember her name) I also met Laurie and of course I saw Darlene. It was a relaxing, wonderful experience. I will return in 6 weeks. So blessed to have found an amazing place to get my hair done.

Blonde girls dont take a chance anywhere else. She will make your hair stunning. I cant tell you how impressed I was with her. She also fit me in on short notice.

Selena Arce Katie Pitchford has been my go-to hairstylist since I was 19 or 20, and I’m now 27..that alone speaks volumes about how incredible she is. I recently returned to her after 8-9 months, and as always, she worked her magic! Katie nailed everything I asked for, and my hair turned out amazing. On top of that, she gave me excellent advice on the best products for my hair type, which has already made a noticeable difference. Her expertise, attention to detail, and ability to make you feel completely confident in her chair are unmatched. She’s simply the best! If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about your hair and listens to what you want, Katie is the one.

Theresa Horvath-Walker I had an appointment today with NATALIE! She did a beautiful job from turning my dirty/strawberry blonde (and grown-out-highlights) into copper. She matched my layers with my face shape and helped me learn what shade of red was best for my skin tone. To top it off, we had great conversation and I instantly wanted to be her friend. (Also, some negative reviews on here are false, so don’t judge a book by its cover! I’m glad I didn’t!) THANK YOU NATALIE!

Ili M. I’ve been to several salons across Florida, including “luxury” salons in Miami and Tampa, but nothing has come close to the professionalism, attention, and care that I receive at this salon. Amber does my hair regularly. She helped me transition from blonde to red, and I see her every 3 months for color retouching. The amount of compliments I get on my hair, even weeks after I got it done, is a testament to her work. She’s so sweet and engaging, always asking about you and remembering the little things you tell her in previous appointments. She also did a balayage for my sister, which was absolutely stunning, so I can confidently say she’s also an expert at blonding. I’ve also done my hair with Taffy, and she is equally as talented and sweet, so really, you can’t go wrong with anyone at this salon.

Stephanie Graham This is our fourth time here. Going onto year 3 with Amber. She does both of my girls hair ages 3 and 5. She’s kind, very pleasant with a calm demeanor. Top It off, their hair cuts always come out stunning!!! Tyla is a curly girl so she gives her some long layers, this time she wanted a short cut and she nailed it. Zoey usually only gets a trim but seeing her sisters she went short too. The setting is nice and the bathrooms are clean and smell good (Tylas observation cause she’s very judgmental on bathrooms). Brittany Bradford The people at the Glamour Lounge are amazing! Julianna did my hair Wednesday night and I spent 6 hours with her going from my natural color to a VIBRANT blue and purple! Her and Lauren were so nice and Brandon was so extremely helpful to both ladies. They all definitely work as a team. Julianna is so kind, down to earth, and extremely talented. She was so helpful (I know nothing of hair) and was able to achieve the exact style I wanted. Studio lights made the purple on top look black but the colors are so gorgeous! My bathroom pic shows off the pastel/silver she achieved on the tips. I seriously cannot recommend this shop enough! Edit: Julianna has now moved to My Salon Suite of West Melbourne.

blaze schoen Taffy always does a fantastic job. Very consistent results and such a pleasant experience. The salon is clean and just feels nice being there. My vivid color is so vibrant and they have the products and knowledge there to help you maintain it! 10/10

Robin Cote I highly recommend Roxann. She did a wonderful haircut and blow dry! I wish I could get her to blow dry and style my hair everyday! I will be back!

Katie Panagiotopoulos I really hate to write this but my personal experience with this company is incredibly unprofessional. I had reached out and asked about a gift certificate that I had received. I was upfront about it being older and explained that I was just asking if they would still honor it. I never received an answer back. I even waited several days and responded with a “so is that a no?” And still received nothing back. I had planned on going to them anyway but after the unprofessionally handled question i decided against giving them any business. It wouldn’t have hurt my feelings any if they would have said no, but to just not respond says all I need to know about their ethics.

Holly Reinert Roxana has been my stylist for years! I Come in with some pretty crazy requests and she ALWAYS gets it right! Undercuts, bobs, layers, asymmetrical, you name it, I’ve probably asked her to do it. The hair color is always amazing as well!!! Highly recommend!! The only one I trust with my hair!!!

Vikki Rife I had my hair cut today by Roxana. This was my first time seeing her. I was concerned about her cutting too much off. She took the time to discuss what I wanted, and she showed me how much she would cut before she cut my hair. I am happy to say that she did a great job cutting my hair and styling my hair. Thanks Roxana my hair looks beautiful!

Vivian Balbierer Roxana gave me the "Deva Cut" which is a hair cut specifically for curly hair. I was a long time Hair Cuttery customer, and I had been used to a lifetime of regular old layering haircuts and then the stylist would blow dry and brush my curly hair. Roxana was the first person who could cut and blowdry my hair and make it look great! No frizz! And when compared to the cost of hair cuttery, its not that big of a difference. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Roxana!

Lori Yost Beware of stylist at this salon named Athena. I went into the salon beautiful colored hair with dimensional highlights my stylist in PA did. I asked her to cover the greys in my part and the few near my forehead. She did a horrible job with the highlights, the ones on the sides of my head you have to lift my hair to see and they are multiple colors. She saw this and said nothing and didnt fix it. Then she posts a picture of the back of my head that shows the beautiful dimensional highlights SHE DIDNT PUT IN on her pages claiming the work. I asked her politely multiple times to remove my picture that she didnt ask my permission to post and because she is claiming work SHE DIDNT DO!! Instead of doing the right thing and taking my picture down she deletes my comments and blocks me from her pages. Oh and some of my hair around my forehead fell out.

kayla scott While this review is specifically about my experience with Deanna, the whole Synergy staff is super friendly and talented! This place is full of smiling faces and the cutest décor that makes you feel right at home! My first experience with Deanna happened over a year ago when I had just recently moved to Melbourne. I wanted to get my hair cut/colored the week before Thanksgiving and (unfortunately) chose a different salon. The results were so bad that I freaked out (definitely cried a bit) and looked for another place to fix it. I called another studio where Deanna was working and she fit me in the next day aka the day before Thanksgiving! I was SO happy! She worked with me to find out what I wanted and how to fix the horrible mess that was done to me earlier that week. As you can probably guess since Im writing this review almost a year and a half later and still going to her for all my hair needs, she did an incredible job!! I received compliments all throughout Thanksgiving and a lady even came up and knocked on my car window at the gas station to ask where I got my hair done because she loved my blonde color! I will continue to go to Synergy Hair Loft for as long as I live in FL. The time and effort that they put into their customers and this salon are truly amazing. I highly recommend!!

LA Kindrick Great group of ladies the best stylists in Brevard. I have thick hair that is a stylist worst nightmare and most of them run when they see me but not these ladies... They take the time to understand your needs and know what will work best for your hair. I always get compliments on my hair on how healthy and shiny it is and it is all because of Synergy Hairloft.
