5 /5 kayla scott: While this review is specifically about my experience with Deanna, the whole Synergy staff is super friendly and talented! This place is full of smiling faces and the cutest décor that makes you feel right at home! My first experience with Deanna happened over a year ago when I had just recently moved to Melbourne. I wanted to get my hair cut/colored the week before Thanksgiving and (unfortunately) chose a different salon. The results were so bad that I freaked out (definitely cried a bit) and looked for another place to fix it. I called another studio where Deanna was working and she fit me in the next day aka the day before Thanksgiving! I was SO happy! She worked with me to find out what I wanted and how to fix the horrible mess that was done to me earlier that week. As you can probably guess since Im writing this review almost a year and a half later and still going to her for all my hair needs, she did an incredible job!! I received compliments all throughout Thanksgiving and a lady even came up and knocked on my car window at the gas station to ask where I got my hair done because she loved my blonde color! I will continue to go to Synergy Hair Loft for as long as I live in FL. The time and effort that they put into their customers and this salon are truly amazing. I highly recommend!!
