Alexander Rios I took my grandmother to this place, and they were so patient with her. The staff was very good, place is very clean and professional. The seats that they have are very comfortable. They did a great job cleaning out nail, also the massage with the rocks really relief my grandmother of some pain she had. They really do a full service. It is worth what they charge.

Emily Ransdell I’ve been coming to Tina’s nails since I was about 5 years old (haha). Now at 25 Tina’s still does the BEST quality pedicure that I’ve ever had. Walking in the door feels like walking into a friend or family’s place. Everyone in the shop is so sweet and caring. The level of detail they maintain is impossible to find at another salon. Van is an absolute magician when it comes to get out ingrown nails. She also somehow always knows what color of polish to get and it works out perfectly every single time. She will tell me if I’m picking out an “old lady color” and can pick better than me 10/10 times. Before moving away I had only been to Tina’s and thought that all salons would be as great. I was extremely wrong and anytime I go to another salon I find myself thinking “this place is nowhere close to as amazing as Tina’s”. If it was a 3 hour drive or closer I would make the drive to Tina’s every 4-6 weeks. If you are on the fence about where to get your next pedicure - DON’T BE. Go to Tina’s!!! You won’t be disappointed. My only wish is that they would open a salon in VA so I could exclusively see them. Lots of love for this amazing group of ladies!

The 3 ladies that worked with me Jessica, Emily and Bonnie were so kind and all of the other staff was extremely kind. Everything was very clean as well! If you are looking for a place to treat yourself, this is the perfect place. Will definitely be back!

Katie Nelson Im not really the spa type, and a co-worker gifted me a gift certificate for my birthday. I have been in a field of customer service most of my life. I have to commend Mercedes for the most excellent customer service experience. Every phone call, she was polite, patient, professional, and so very accommodating. I truly hope she understands how important she is being the frontline of the business and what an impeccable difference she makes. Her customer service alone makes me want to invest in more spa experiences with this place. I saw her first hand multi-task flawlessly with the most positive and passionate attitude. Tori provided me with my lash and brow service, and I avoid spas mostly because I cannot find myself being relaxed or comfortable. I was blown away with how comfortable and relaxed she made me feel. She took her time, explained everything she was doing and made the right amount of pleasant conversation. I choose not to invest in myself with 3 girls and owning a business and having a future dream that requires saving money, however I cannot wait to invest in myself again with Stay The Spa, simply because of the two people I was acquainted with. Coming from a corporate background, I truly hope that the owners of Stay The Spa see this review and remember how important it is to have remarkable employees. There will always be a saturated market for spas or any business, the only difference in these businesses will be the customer service they provide. Thank you for taking the time to provide a wonderful experience. I will certainly be returning.

Kimberly Good evening I just left from this outstanding place. Let me start off saying I was greet you soon as the door open, very friendly voice and face with a smile I was handed a clipboard to fill out for some information I was placed in comfortable chairs. I waited less than five minutes before the massage therapy came and got me. I was ask if I needed to use the restroom or needed anything before my massage then escorted to room with double massage tables. Very clean and smell great I was explained a lot of information, had a choice of picking out an aromatherapy fragrance of course I pick lavender. I was given instructions on how to Prepare before she exited the room. I had a one hour massage. I asked for light to medium pressure when I tell you it was exactly what I needed. She was gentle and applied just that amount of pressure as I needed. I also was given warm towels upon each area She massage oh my God it feels so good as leaving I was offer complementary of champagne or water. Also, a lot of items to purchased on the way leaving candles that smell very wonderful etc. I highly recommend this place without a doubt I will be returning keep in mind you’re able to get manicures pedicures and a lot more done all at the same time. Julia Crow Can’t say enough good things about this place. I called about hours on Christmas Eve and Anna knew exactly who I was when I walked in the door! She did a beautiful job on my nails. I couldn’t be happier. She is so sweet and thorough in her work. Doesn’t rush the job and makes sure they are perfect. Jaiden Ramirez I absolutely love my nails every time but this set is my favorite (and I’ve been multiple times). Anna is an amazing artist that has never shied away from challenging nails designs that I’ve brought her and also is very detail oriented with the shape/lengths being equally perfect. Tonight I also had my eyebrows done and that was heavenly! Didn’t hurt a bit and they look wonderful!

I can’t wait to bring my son in to have his feet done (I always check the vibes of somewhere before bringing him. Ya know, cause people judge.) they did an absolute fantastic job on my nails. Did EXACTLY what I asked for. Also, I was a walk in, at a busy time, and didn’t wait longer than 10 minutes to get seated and started. They were so friendly and welcoming. Update: still visiting and they’re still doing a wonderful job.

hayleigh hurt This place is amazing! I have lived here for a few years and have made rounds to many salons, but this is my go to from now on! The owner was so friendly and spoke to everyone like she was their best friend. Ryan did my set today and I couldn’t be more pleased. The service was amazing and he went above and beyond to find the exact colors I was looking for! The pricing was surprisingly less than expected. I am so pleased with Van Nail Salon!!!

marie hazen My first time going here and honestly, not sure if I’m gonna make it back there. I first called to make sure they would take walk-ins and I was told yes please come in. So I showed up. It was busy a lot of going on, And after waiting for a bit to be checked in, which never happened I just sat down to get out of everybody’s way. Then I was told to go sit at a certain station which I did, and when the gentleman started working on my nails, asked me what my name was and tried to look for my Information, but there wasn’t anything because I wasn’t checked in. My whole experience was poor. I mean I was left alone at the station sitting waiting for the nail tech to come back, not knowing what do I do next with my nails, was she done, do i leave??? I don’t think they were happy with me just wanting a manicure. You’ll see my pictures of the outcome, I’m really not happy with it. But I paid my bill and I left politely.

Monica S. Jackson As soon as I walked in, I was very impressed with how clean and nice it is inside. I knew I was in good hands with my nail tech. Believe me, they needed a lot of work. They also have really nice pedicure chairs and their prices are very reasonable. Not to mention, I noticed they provide discounts to teachers and bankers. I just dont remember the other careers they provide discounts for. I finally found my nail home. The fact they also offer wine is a bonus.

Jesseca Manning I just recently started going to see Linda at Beauty Nail. She is the best! She listens to what you like and does exactly what you ask. She’s very gentle with the drills which is very important to me because most people go so fast they make your nails hot and make my cuticles hurt or bleed. I’ve showed Linda 2 pics on Pinterest of exactly what I wanted and she delivered perfectly! I also love the pedicures and Don was great too! Thank you for doing a great job!

Libby Nguyen Found this place a month ago after I quit going to this other nail salon. Ive only done my nails done here so far. This picture is the dip power. This was my second appointment and I will come back again! Very good customer service! UPDATE: I came back for a third time and asked for sparkles! They are so meticulous and make sure you get exactly what you want. The 2nd picture is the white dip powder with sparkles. Costs $42 and lasts 3 weeks!

Wendy Salas First time I’ve been here. This is the best mail dip & pedicure I’ve had in years. The shaping of my nails always seems to be a problem. Not here the young man who did them did a fantastic job! He also got my ingrown toenail’s out from my last terrible manicure. Linda did my eye & brow wax. Also excellent. Took me two years and I’ve finally found my new nail spa.

Aaliyah Brown Went to get my toes done for my baby shower just a regular express pedicure. The older lady who did my pedicure was very rough with my feet and used all the tools very heavy on my feet . I will not be returning to this chop shop , I also seen one of the nail technicians using dirty tools on 2 pedicures in a row. I would definitely not recommend this nail shop to anyone . You can definitely see the difference in how they treat their customers. I recommend that no one come to this nail shop !!

dani leilani Today was my second and last visit. First time, I had to superglue my $80 nails back on because Tom didn’t prep the nails properly. I just left there. I made an appt for 1 pm. I had to wait 35 minutes. Not cool. I notice reviews can’t be left anymore on their fb page. I see why. He charged me $100 for nails that were supposed to have an apex build and that had razor cut lines. All my lines are crooked and blurred. I have no apex build. He asked if I liked them and I said no, not for $100. He got cocky and said “they look fine from a distance” and then asked what I think I should pay. I simply think I should get what I asked for and paid for-however I did not answer his question. I just paid him and said thanks. He told me never to come back. No worries Tom. Such a disrespectful little person he is. I was planning on an expensive pedicure too but screw that place. He has no business. 2 clients the whole time I was in there, one of which who came back very upset and stood over me going off on him about the $185 he charged her for shoddy work as well. Her nails aren’t even worth $100- nor are mine. Oh, and he didn’t even have to take off my old nails. $100 for garbage. I am soooooooooooooo disappointed! Eta: they were lifting big time within 2 weeks and I had no choice but to remove them at home. I usually get 6-8 weeks out of my sets before lifting. He’s simply ridiculous and not a salon where you should spend your cash. There are much better nail techs in the area that don’t charge that kind of money.

I’m afraid that if I confess this secret gem then they will quickly fill and I won’t be able to get in as easy . But I must share . It’s 25.00 for an express pedicure and 30.00 for a regular one ! Great service! I just found this place by referral from a friend that finally told me where she went . I just wanted to share .

s First time here, Amy did a phenomenal job. She fixed the shape and took her time on details. Lengths are even and I am very happy with them. They’ve taken a lot of sensible measures due to the pandemic. My favorite tech is Len. She is conscientious and detailed when doing my pedicures and she does an amazing job on my eyebrows! Tina Sprayberry Kevin did the worst job ever on my nails and they were rude. First two times were great, but this time he rushed and even moved me to a different chair to start someone elses nails before he finished mine. My nails are bumpier than a dirt road! Never going back to this place.

Lori Werdann I went to the salon for a pedicure - I get gel on my nails so I’m used to an up charge. However,, as she was putting the color on my nails and had already dried the base coat, she says that the gel is a $30 up charge!!! I said 30 dollars and she said yup 25 for the gel and 5 for taking old gel off. My classic pedi ended up costing me $70!!! I Won’t be going back - they should have told me upfront! I’ve never ever paid that much for a pedicure and I’ll never go there again!

Daesha Henry I am obsessed with everyone who works there. I called for an appointment day of and they got me in within the hour. The guy who did my nails was so nice and accommodating. He consistently asked if I wanted to change anything and was always willing to do what I wanted. The girl at the front desk helped me pick my color and was so sweet. Everyone offered me a drink or asked if I needed anything. And I LOVE my nails. I’m usually super particular and I love love love them. Will be going back!

Callie Johnson Fastest pedicure of my life, could be a good or bad thing. In this case it was rather negative, lasted about 20 minutes, felt rushed, not relaxing. Not to mention, I walked out bleeding as pictured. Not worth the money.

Lori Cruz Terrible service. Not worth the money at all. Booked and appointment online and was told their booking system does not work so I did not have an appointment although it was confirmed by them. Both staff who did my pedicure and manicure were so rough they broke skin on several fingers then continued to get gel polish in the cut which was extremely painful. Asked for an overlay with French tip and was given the sloppy job plus the guy doing my nails was pausing to text & talk on the phone every minute. Asked him to fix a few spots that were very uneven/lumpy (which was most of the nails honestly) and he just about threw a fit saying they were already smooth before filing them down. French tip looks awful and uneven. One nail needed a tip and came out so much longer than the rest. Overall terrible experience, didn’t want to argue the price since I will never be going back.

Fs I really did love my nails and my toes were okay they could have done a better job but I felt like was up charged like crazy if it wasn’t for that I would’ve came back. I got very short nails and designs and they changed me 150. I do nails and don’t charge that much for what I got and even if I get my nails done somewhere else with a longer length and more designs I don’t get charged that much. 150 and I didn’t even get a pedicure just a color change and very short nails is crazy I wasn’t expecting that

Abby I just had to laugh at this version of a "pink/white ombre." I have no words as its quite possibly the worst thing Ive ever seen. Yes, I could have been more verbal and demanded that someone else take over and make it better, but I just wanted to get out of there and never return.

Avein Thompson This was my first time here and it will NOT be the last. Wendy was a joy to be around!! Her bubbly personality alone was 5 stars!! Several customers came in while I was there and she knew them by name. Her work was just as wonderful as the experience in her salon. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 20 years and this was by far the best experience I’ve had! The Deluxe Spa Pedicure was AMAZING and she did a beautiful job on my nails! Tram-Anh Pham Excellent service! I had my first pedicure at M Spa Nail and I had a great service, it was super relaxing both the feet massage and massage chair. Donny gave me the best foot massage. I liked the service so much that I came back on the next day to get a full set done . I’m a very perfectionist person so I never leave reviews, but this place I can tell you that the shape, finish, and thickness of the nails are to perfection. The photo I showed her didn’t show the thumb so she did her own twist on it and she did it perfectly to match the other fingers! The workers are very kind as well! This was $80 and I think for the work and how well they turned out. It was a perfect price!

Mz Dean ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing experience at TT&T Nails! The staff was friendly, and the salon was spotless. My nail technician Diana(who has been doing my nails for years)was skilled and attentive, ensuring my nails turned out perfect. Great selection of colors and high-quality products. The massage during my pedicure was the icing on the cake. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Katlyn Nestler Relocated to the area a little over a month ago. I had visited a salon near my home and was displeased to say the least. I visited TT&T today on a recommendation from a coworker and it couldnt have been better. I had Diana as my technician and I explained to her my concerns from my last nail experience such as the lady cutting me not one, not two, but SIX times. She noticed immediately I had more sensitive skin and took extra care when performing my service. Not only was she gentle, but she was great to talk to. Oh, and did I mention my nails came out GORGEOUS and exactly how I expected them to. I would highly recommend Diana at TT&T Nails and will for sure be a repeat customer going forward. One more thing: Although I did not accept, they did offer something to drink multiple times, which I appreciated and the bathroom was clean.
