5 /5 Katie Nelson: Im not really the spa type, and a co-worker gifted me a gift certificate for my birthday. I have been in a field of customer service most of my life. I have to commend Mercedes for the most excellent customer service experience. Every phone call, she was polite, patient, professional, and so very accommodating. I truly hope she understands how important she is being the frontline of the business and what an impeccable difference she makes. Her customer service alone makes me want to invest in more spa experiences with this place. I saw her first hand multi-task flawlessly with the most positive and passionate attitude. Tori provided me with my lash and brow service, and I avoid spas mostly because I cannot find myself being relaxed or comfortable. I was blown away with how comfortable and relaxed she made me feel. She took her time, explained everything she was doing and made the right amount of pleasant conversation. I choose not to invest in myself with 3 girls and owning a business and having a future dream that requires saving money, however I cannot wait to invest in myself again with Stay The Spa, simply because of the two people I was acquainted with. Coming from a corporate background, I truly hope that the owners of Stay The Spa see this review and remember how important it is to have remarkable employees. There will always be a saturated market for spas or any business, the only difference in these businesses will be the customer service they provide.
