When the results came back he himself called, explained the treatment, reviewed follow up and prescribed medication. He is a very caring professional and provides excellent care.

Len Leni We came to see Dr. Figueroa after a horrible experience with another PCP. My husband is dealing with prostate cancer and needs to have an outpatient procedure in order to start radiation ASAP. We changed health insurance plans, but went to a "meet & greet" session in December, as to inform the new doctor what was going on. That doctor was our worse nightmare and my husband procedure had to be cancelled. What a blessing in disguise! I called Dr. Figueroas office to make a "new patient" appointment. Spoke to Yolanda. When I explained to her what was going on, she secured us an appointment for the next day! When we got to the office, next day, what a difference!! From the moment you step in, you feel at ease. The ambiance is so welcoming, cozy, yet elegant. Yolanda and Kimberly are amazing. Great attitude and easy smiles and kindness. Dr. Figueroa gave us his undivided attention for over 30 minutes. We were talking to HIM, not a person looking at a computer trying to rush us out of the office. He asked questions, and spoke to my husband at length, getting all the information needed, not only about his prostate but his overall health and lifestyle. Gave us some great suggestions on how to improve some areas that need improvement, showing his concern. He was absolutely easy to talk to, humble, caring, friendly, respectful. We were in awe. He is awesome, and I feel so blessed we were able to find him! We are hoping to have him for many years to come.

Sue Kuczynski Dr Winton is the best surgeon you have ever met!! He saved my husbands life! Not only is he the best at what he does, he cares about each and every patient ! He makes sure that you get the care you need immediately!! Heidi in the office is awesome. She answers whatever qustions you have in such a caring manner . Mindy is the best. She is Dr Wintons nurse and will answer any qustion even if you feel that it is dumb, Mundy doesnt think it is. She is very informative and caring as well !!! Dr. Winton is one of the best Doctors I have meet. He is truly caring and explains things to you so you understand. Julie Harner I have utilized the services here several times and have NEVER been disappointed in their quality of care! You dont sit in a waiting room for hours while people cough, sneeze, vomit,, etc. -- spreading germs everywhere.( I have no immune system, so this is a definite plus for me..) Once youve supplied the needed paperwork, they take you back in a timely manner, someone comes in to take your vitals, you speak to the doc and the tests you need are ordered and completed (for the most part) right there on the spot. Having said that, dont expect to be in and out right away though. They are very thorough and take as much time as is needed to assure theyve covered everything-- and not just for a patient or two... they do this for EVERY patient. Given this, it can sometimes take awhile to be released, having some understanding of whats going on with you. They are courteous and professional-- they keep you well informed of whats going on and how long it will be. Ive never seen a place such as this run so efficiently and still show their patients, kindess, caring, compassion, etc. Theyre totally awesome and I wouldnt think of going anywhere else when Im in need of care and my PCP is unable to provide for any reason whatsoever! Take my word for it-- you can go there with complete confidence that you will receive the best care possible! Kudos to EVERYONE who works there for a job well done.... and done with immense consistency! (applause, applause.... especially since when you g,o you dont feel well!) THANK you GUIDEWELL! Ron Alberts Sent there by my doctor as they would be able to perform labs on site. Sure enough they preformed labs and an xray and Doctor Hopkins was able to give me a diagnosis. All is well now. Cris Alampi My visit was due to worrying about a blood clot in my leg. I was seen right away but had to wait for the sonogram tech to come in to do the test. She was great and told me she saw nothing out of the ordinary, which the doctor confirmed. Very happy with my visit there!

At 88, I have had many Primary Care Physicians in starting with New Rochelle, NY, Buffalo, GA, CO & SC. I went through several PCPs here & Mark Stine, DO is the absolute BEST! He is knowledgeable, treats the WHOLE BODY and has a complimentary efficient staff. He is patient, assesses and treats the problem and spends as much time as needed with each patient. His referrals are also the BEST. On top of this, he has a great sense of humor!!! I come from a family with lots of medical doctors.

Ed Bonenberger Dr. Tran and his staff were extremely accommodating and understanding of my needs and expectations. This was my first visit so I was a little nervous however my experience leads me to believe that this will be a good doctor patient relationship.

Lindsay Zirkel Seriously one of the worst practices Ive ever visited. Ive only met with Dr Tran once and he was very inattentive and dismissive. My next appointment with him was canceled due to him being "out of the office for an unspecified length of time". I met with one of his ARNPs who actually listened and when I requested a follow up appointment with her I was told I had to see Dr Tran instead. Then last week I was admitted to the hospital with serious respiratory issues that also resulted in other problems. I made an appointment with my primary once I was released (and was honestly shocked that I was able to get in because theyre a nightmare to make appointments with) but was set up with another ARNP Pao Hsu. Her lack of knowledge and attention to detail is FRIGHTENING. They dont know that Im actually an RN and the number of times I had to correct her on my lab reports was appalling. Also the fact that she had no knowledge of what she was able to prescribe was concerning. Lastly, I contacted their office about refilling a prescription and received ZERO response. Not even an explanation about why they did not refill or suggest another medication. I definitely do not recommend this practice to ANYONE.

Jessica M I feel Im being gracious with 1 star. I know Dr Tran cares about his patients, but at my annual EXAM, he only listened to my lungs! If he is uncomfortable treating female patients, then dont expect female patients.. or have female staff in the room with you during exams. But my problem is more with the practice, and lack of ability to make appointments, the lack of just getting someone to answer the phone. I unfortunately will be leaving this practice that I have been at since 1990, the quality of care and service has drastically gone downhill over the last few years.

Amberlea Barber Dr Lowery performed my double mastectomy with axillary lymph dissection in 2016. Hes the most kind surgeon, very knowledgeable. Definitely the best in profession. I felt confident at age 28 with my second cancer diagnosis, stage 2B invasive ductile carcinoma (first being childhood leukemia 12 yrs prior). He was there for me through the diagnosis, surgical process and postoperative management. I was lucky enough to have his nurse anesthetist wife take care of me in the OR. Overall, I couldnt be more thankful to have had Dr Lowery be a part of my breast cancer journey. His office staff is wonderful and as genuine as it gets.

Bob Swango Dr.Lowery is one of the finest surgeon in the TampaBay area. Super nice guy, so professional, so knowledgeable, absolutely amazing office staff. He is Chief of Staff and Chief director of the O.R. hospital in Largo. Great guy. I highly recommend Dr.Lowery , outstanding specialist Thank you , Dr.Lowery Bob Swango, patient.

Christiana Carter Dr Keene is fantastic. He takes time with every patient to make sure you get what you need. He’s kind, super knowledgeable, he is old school with a wealth of knowledge that is missing in newer doctors. If you need to figure out what’s going on, you want doc on your case. He’s helped me, my mom, and my uncle. Just be aware, you will have to wait… If you expect to wait, you’ll be fine just plan accordingly. He doesn’t rush patients through to meet quotas. He’s worth the wait to get it right the first time.

Val Valentin At first glance this looks like a shady business. Obscure entry door, no name of the business posted anywhere, its like a private house. Had a hard time locating it. Once in, I had to fill out a first time patient form which is normal. I was a little surprised with the front desk clerk insisting on colonoscopy and other tests when the reason of my visit was a renewal of my high blood pressure meds but I said its nice of them to offer other services. Then Ive waited more than an hour for the doctor who didnt have any patients, there were none inside. Finally the lady doctor showed up (Bailey) and I had to start over with the same questions, more than half hour. I got frustrated when she said my blood pressure is a little high and advised me to drink more water. An average of 140/98 is a real concern, Ive been monitoring and taking meds for the past two years. And then again, she started insisting on other expensive tests, a full blood work, colonoscopy and so on. She said giving me the prescription without further tests would be malpractice. I felt like I was at the market, trying to be convinced to spend money for items I didnt need. In the end I told her I have an issue with needles and I will not draw blood. Her answer was that in this case all she can do is prescribe the requested drug (Losartan) for 3 months but no more. They took my pharmacy preference, said they will forward my prescription right away. Days went by, my prescription never made it to the pharmacy and any attempts to contact them over the phone were unsuccessful. If this is how we treat patients in the healthcare business... I wonder what was the oath this doctor Bailey took and when. Totally disappointed, I recommend people avoid those place. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

misteek40 My insurance changed and I had to find a new doctor. I was very fortunate to pick Dr. Keene from the list of providers in my network (Ambetter). If you are old enough to remember Marcus Welby, M.D. then you already have a good idea of the type of doctor he is. He takes his time with each patient and he has a great sense of humor. Now I realize that most of the doctors I have had in the past had their hands tied by insurance companies as far as how much time they can spend with their patients. I highly recommend Dr. Keene if you are looking for a caring and excellent physician. Oh... and his staff is awesome and responsive as well.

Ahlam Altwassi I had an appointment at the clinic and on my way there was an accident and the road was blocked. I tolled them what happened and that I would be 10 minutes late. They told me come When i arrived, I was treated very badly and They was very rude in front of my one-year-old daughter The clinic is very bad. I do not recommend dealing with them.

starrynightin64 The very best PCP and team Ive ever had. From the front lobby set up to relax patients to the friendly staff it shows they care about patients in more ways then the normal doctors office. That lobby is set up with an oldies Rock & Roll theme including music that helps you relax and lower blood pressure. Ive watched patients sing and even dance back to their appointments. They have a share food pantry box that patients can take home an item and even help them with contacts for other needs. I brought my complete file from my last PCPs office for my new patient visit. Had my lowest blood pressure ever on a new patient visit. Between the med tech, Dr. Figueroa and myself, we went over everything. Im dealing with some very complex issues that the previous PCPs chose to not help figure out. A plan of action was set up to try some different meds, do some baseline bloodwork with follow up and get me into a couple specialists. We are tweaking things as we go and learning a lot. If you need anything or even have a question there is someone answering the phones and messaging the staff at all hours. Those people are normally off site but really very nice too. I got side tracked my last visit, forgot a copy of my bloodwork Doc wanted me to take to the Gastros new patient visit. I called and they mailed it to me to go with my MRI reports and other paperwork. Ive also called in updates on appointments that were canceled then rebooked, bad reactions to new meds and that I was going back to the old meds until instructed. Dr. Figueroa and his staff all told me NO MORE WORRIES; I have a home with them! No more PCP ignoring MRI reports and the w/follow up instructions. No more trying to figure things out alone and they are very happy to work with the specialists team I have had for years.

Pete Galiano Changed to Suncoast, very cautious with where I go and who I see. My prior physician retired and I could have went anywhere. Suncoast and Dr. Otto was recommended and met with him, very detailed and knowledgeable. The entire staff and Dr. Otto have been excellent. No issues with phones, the staff are super. Dr. Otto and his assistants are all first class. Dr. Otto is detailing, informative and caring. Would not hesitate to recommend Suncoast and Dr. Otto to anyone.

You have to follow up on them constantly . Its ridiculous. There arent many other options in the area. Shes lived here for years and this experience just keeps repeating. I have been here six days waiting for this prescription to be called into Walgreens. And that doesnt count the time my mothers been waiting before I got here. how can this possibly be construed as healthcare or care of any kind?

Linda OBrien I was the first patient in the door and waited over 1/2+ hour to be taken in for x-rays. Once that happened, it was a wait for the evaluation of the x-rays somewhere else. Then everything moved quickly with the doctor who was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and helpful - it just seemed like 2 hours of being the first patient was excessive.

Ben Weeks Ive really appreciated this place and have always been a repeat patient since many years ago. Ive also never had any issues w/staff, nurses, treatment and of course w/physicians that work here within the BayCare Group and everyone has been Great!! However, this visit today w/ my daughter was very frustrating and so unfathomable. After a long conversation w/the receptionist/representative, "Kaitlyn Fritz," she verified my daughters Insurance Card information and DL and said it was INVALID/REJECTED. She told me to call my Insurance Company to fix what issues she received and so I did. After calling my Insurance company and doing a 3 way call, we did initially verify that we DO HAVE INSURANCE and your medical front desk representative, "Kaitlyn Fritz" had the authority to deny coverage when we verified it was a Clerical Mistake. We literally had her rerun the freaking Insurance Card and she said oh okay its approved in the system...I really dont ever give any bad reviews to any affiliation, but this is so Baffling that a person can deny coverage/entrance based on incompetent clerical data entry. Theres definitely a huge issue here that needs to be adjusted and fixed, and I feel this was necessary to be heard loud and clear. No excuses in the Med Field. This is probably why A.I. will eliminate those uncalled mistakes, especially working within the medical field.

Tricia The most caring staff & Doctors (Especially Dr. Monica & team ) Cleanest office, never a wait. They can do almost everything for patient care with sensitivity, priority, & honesty ( even brutal honesty because they care about physical, mental, & emotional wellbeing) From check-ups & trigger point injections & the medical spa is the best. And again, the medical staff & team ALL care about the patient. I cannot say enough great things about them. They are the standard every medical office should be. Dr. K has an amazing sense of humor and is kind and compassionate to his patients. He also has the BEST staff there is! He has taken care of me for five years and has always seen me on the same day if needed and has always responded to my calls in a timely manner. Even one time when he was in California with his family in the midst of the California fires he still found time to call in an emergency prescription for me when it was critical.This is a great Doctor that really listens and cares.He is conservative and thoughtful with the management.He always goes the extra mile to help his patients and is open minded enough to consider all therapies including cannabis which was an alternative therapy for me for intractable nausea. He was not an advocate for the cannabis as much as he was an advocate for trying all methods to help his patient. His nursing staff and office staff are great and have been the same staff that I’ve known for the past five years.I give him five stars and would recommend him to anyone who wants a real Doctor who cares.

Island Girl In a country of Drs just not caring or listening to their patients, Dr Todd is a breath of fresh air. I lost my primary many years ago and never found another Dr I liked, until I started seeing Dr Todd. Dr Todd truly cares about her patients and she actually listens. Really glad she is my Dr. She is also extremely smart about a lot of things.

roy sartori Dr. Jacqueline Todd is an absolutely superlative primary care physician. She combines sympathy with compassion for all of her patients. She has an excellent educational background at a top university and has received a standing post graduate training. I would heartily recommend Dr. Jacqueline Todd to any family member or friend. It’s unfortunate that there are more not more primary care physicians of this caliber to choose from.

Ginny Nicholls I honestly cant say enough great things about this office. The entire staff is amazing but especially Dr. Moore. Whenever I have a concern about anything at all, Dr. Moore gets on the phone to explain to me what is going on and talks to me in a way that I understand. A lot of doctors use medical terms that will confuse me more but Dr. Moore explains things so well that I am never confused with anything going on with my children. I am still amazed how he could tell by the time my son turned 1, that he thought he could be autistic and sure enough, he was right! I am so thankful he knew he could be autistic because that had me get him into therapy early enough so he keeps continuing to thrive more and more everyday. I am forever grateful for Dr. Moore!! When my son who is autistic gets scared at the visit and hides under the table, Dr. Moore gets under the table with him to make him feel more comfortable and it helps! He isnt even scared to go to the doctor appointments anymore. I will always recommend Dr. Moore to anyone who is looking for a pediatrician. You cant ask for a better doctor for your child than Dr. Moore!

Samantha Maas Great great doctor office!!! Dr. Moore is FANTASTIC, you can tell how much he cares. I love how he communicates, how he really makes you understand, lets me listen to my daughters lungs just to hear the sounds he hears or just the time he takes to lend a hand with the other doctor or even if office staff if they need him. I was at a multi pediatrician practice prior and I love how this smaller practice atmosphere that really cares. The nurse is also hilarious and fun he makes my kids feel so comfortable. I was looking for a practice that truly cares and I know my kids are in good hands. I’m so glad I made this move.

Vanessa Fanfan I couldnt be more grateful for the care my children receive at Peninsula Pediatrics of West Florida s office. Every visit is met with kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism from the entire staff. When we show up for our appointment, the wait time to actually see the doctor is always very minimal. I have had to call the office after hours when my children are sick, and have had the pleasure of interacting with Dr. Hagan and Dr. Clark, who both treated me with so much compassion. They never made me feel stupid for my questions or make me feel like I am overreacting. They took all of my concerns very seriously. Dr. Moore is our primary pediatrician, he is incredibly kind and knowledgeable, always taking the time to thoroughly explain every detail and address all of our concerns. When my husband suddenly passed, they reached out to me and provided me with resources to help us cope with our recent loss, and the shock of suddenly becoming a single parent. Their dedication goes above and beyond, especially when our children are unwell. They make it a point to check on us at home, providing a comforting level of support and reassurance. The genuine care and compassion we experience at this office are truly exceptional. We feel very fortunate to have found such a wonderful pediatrician for our family.

Danie Spinney Peninsula Pediatrics is fantastic. They are so patient with my 3 year old who doesn’t like to cooperate at Dr visits. They squeezed in a quick check for my 8 month old while my 3 year old was being seen. Highly recommend them. Both of my daughters have been going there since birth. I feel heard and understood as a mother with very young children. If you’re contemplating going to Peninsula Pediatrics I absolutely believe they’re the best.

Yana Re Knowledgeable and understanding Dr. Moore. NP Leslie is also great. They do listen, answer questions, treat and do help out. Their staff is polite, works efficiently. Easy to schedule, reschedule, referrals. Their manager, nurse Casandra is on top of things.

NoName I was referred to Dr. Fitz many years ago and he has been my Doctor ever since. I would never go to another primary care physician, unless the dreaded day comes and he retires. But I dont think that will be anytime soon. He is full of life, energy, personality, and most importantly, experience and knowledge. He is brilliant, and one of a kind. I wouldnt trust my health to anyone else but Fitz! He truly cares, and his traditional values are great. His office environment is amazing, and he has common sense, which is hard to find in a doctor nowadays. Florida is blessed with such a great, honest physician.

Penny Atwell Jones I can’t say about how competent Dr. Fitzgerald is he’s absolutely amazing. I recently saw him because I had a TIA. He had me come in for an ultrasound, which put me at rest. I just love him.♥️

Heather Muscarella I dont know why I even bothered to go back after the 1st visit. I should have stuck with my gut instinct. At my new patient appointment we spent almost an hour talking about him and what he was about, he talked political shit and even bitched to me about his ex wife and how she is taking all his money. But against my better judgement and the lack of doctors willing to listen to my health issues I went back. I was actually happy because as soon as I showed him I was having episodes of hypoglycemia he immediately said I needed a CT of my pancrease to rule out an insolinoma. Not one doctor has ever acknowledged me having hypoglycemia. I also asked if he could prescribe my testosterone and his reply was he needed blood work to see what my levels were. Shortly after he left the room his phlebotomist came in. She asked what we were doing and I told her he wanted blood drawn for hormones. Two days later I started getting results from Quest....CBC, CMP and a bunch of other labs that I never agreed upon because I just had them drawn less than a month prior and gave him copies of. So I called the office to ask what was going on. The receptionist said they would look into it and call me back. Never heard back so I called again This time he said he would transfer me to someone I could talk to. 8 minutes later and no one picked up the phone. Being on my lunch break I hung up and called back. This time asking to speak to a manager. Once again I was placed on hold for another 5 minutes with yet again no one answering the call. I cannot believe how unprofessional this doctor presents himself and how incompetent the staff is.

Diane Moulton I have been going to Dr Fitz for many years now. He is a very thorough and caring DR. When I had breast cancer he sent me to a very good oncologist because it is a very scary and confusing time. I cant say enough good things about him. I highly recommend Dr Fitz.

Taylor Zelinsky Regardless of what you think of Fitz, you should probably look elsewhere for another doctor. Had to get a refill of my anti anxiety meds for my severe anxiety and panic disorder (I’m going on a plane and I don’t do well flying). Not a single pharmacy in this area would fill the script he wrote me, all because of his name. Him nor his staff even had the decency to tell me that or give me a pharmacy that would fill it. Not gonna make assumptions here but somethings definitely going on if nobody will fill any script from him. Went through absolute hell trying to deal with this and pretty much wasted time and money going into his office yesterday

Debbie Mont Worse Drs Office specifically Dr Stine and Nurse Dony. Because I wanted to go to Baycare Radiology instead of Akumin thats located in the same building as Stine. I was literally Screamed at, I was told Im a LIAR that I was Never at Baycare & Humana doesnt approve Baycare per Stine! Even when I was trying to show him proof Ive been to Baycare for Years & Humana Paid. He was right in front of my face while standing over me & screaming. I got so scared I stood up! He Ripped up a Script in front of me told me he would NEVER give me a referral to Baycare or the script.. I asked for a copy of my Records his exact Words were "I dont have to give you them & Im not"! Which is against the LAW! Dony is rude & let me know you get nothing from Dr Stine unless you go through me. I was also never given new paperwork which I should have known they arent professionals. This was only my 2nd visit Thank God not sure if I would have lived with this kind of treatment!

Nicole Love Dr. Dean. Review has nothing to do with her. But Front Office staff Roberta is very rude and has no respect for patients whatsoever. She has the worst attitude and hung up the phone on me. I work in a medical facility as well and that is not how you talk to patients. And I will be writing a more formal complaint as well.

G R I have been a patient here since 2007. The office staff are very competent & wonderful to work with. My care provider is just the best. She always has time to listen to whatever I need to discuss & never makes me feel rushed. I have had to speak with other doctors when mine is away & they showed the same qualities. I cannot recommend this care group enough!

Patricia Miller Very disappointing, was told to go to er immediately because pace maker failed. The receptionist ignored me when I told her situation. I laid in my own urine for 2 days. The doctor was awesome but the nursing staff was not helpful at all.!I will never go to largo again

Stephanie Loomis Saturday night the 25th , my daughter who is only 10 we had a freak accident and we just needed to get to the nearest hospital quick , even though Largo med is not really pediatrics , we just needed to be seen. The care my daughter received was absolutely incredible. The nurse Gabby seriously left a huge imprint on our hearts , she was so incredibly caring and not just for my daughter for myself as well. She was very professional and compassionate. She made both of us throughout our time there , very comfortable. She took her time to explain everything to myself and to my daughter. Her bedside manner is absolutely top notch and she most definitely deserves some recognition . We will never forget her , we are so thankful we had the opportunity to meet her even though the unfortunate circumstances

Bobbi Stapleton Everything and everyone during my recent emergency situation operated at the highest level. I found a painful, large lump at 2 a.m. last Tuesday. From the moment I walked in until my Wed morning discharge, I was treated quickly, kindly, and knowledgeably. My particular situation was exceedingly rare, but handled well.

Debra McIntosh I went to the emergency room due to a rash on my leg. I signed in to the kiosk and within 5 minutes I was called back. They put me in a room with the nurse who asked me a couple of questions and said that the doctor will be right in. The doctor came in within 3-4 minutes and looked at my rash and told me what it was. From start to finish I was in and out of the hospital within 20 minutes. I have never been treated so quickly. I highly recommend this emergency room.
