5 /5 Len Leni: We came to see Dr. Figueroa after a horrible experience with another PCP. My husband is dealing with prostate cancer and needs to have an outpatient procedure in order to start radiation ASAP. We changed health insurance plans, but went to a "meet & greet" session in December, as to inform the new doctor what was going on. That doctor was our worse nightmare and my husband procedure had to be cancelled. What a blessing in disguise! I called Dr. Figueroas office to make a "new patient" appointment. Spoke to Yolanda. When I explained to her what was going on, she secured us an appointment for the next day! When we got to the office, next day, what a difference!! From the moment you step in, you feel at ease. The ambiance is so welcoming, cozy, yet elegant. Yolanda and Kimberly are amazing. Great attitude and easy smiles and kindness. Dr. Figueroa gave us his undivided attention for over 30 minutes. We were talking to HIM, not a person looking at a computer trying to rush us out of the office. He asked questions, and spoke to my husband at length, getting all the information needed, not only about his prostate but his overall health and lifestyle. Gave us some great suggestions on how to improve some areas that need improvement, showing his concern. He was absolutely easy to talk to, humble, caring, friendly, respectful. We were in awe. He is awesome, and I feel so blessed we were able to find him! We are hoping to have him for many years to come.
