Gail Marie I really like Dr. Hein...however...everything I come for my appointment I have to sit in the exam room alone for an hour or more. Just me in the silence of the room listening to the clock tick. .AND... I was 20 minutes early for my appointment. This hasnt happened just once, it has been going on for years.

Alma Dr. Hein has ALWAYS been great listening to my problems. He shows awesome knowledge and explains the treatment in detail. I am glad he is my Doctor.

Rhonda K Too many issues to list.The doctors and lab and reception staff are all wonderful. Somehow the pharmacy spoils the experience every time. They are polite? But never seem to have my meds available causing me to run out. Auto refill is not an option. They do not communicate well. I requested a refill and then received a message to request a refill. This went back and forth. Much phone tag occurred. When ten days passed, they oddly called me to say, "we cant refill your prescription because it was transferred." Of course it was. You didnt have it available and so I asked you to transfer it for me but you refused. But Publix has got me. This is just one experience. Please yall if its caring with a heart, Im so confused. Never has that been my experience with the pharmacy. Ive given so many chances. After I emailed to tell them the issues and why I wont be using their pharmacy, they auto refiled all my meds. Right. Why?!!!! You were already fired. You were even informed. Why patronize me?

K Pruett Great little ER with the nicest staff! From Cameron and the other EMT on the ambulance ride, to the ER nurse and the tech and the front desk people..Everyone was friendly, kind, and professional! All of our needs and requests were met quickly! The doctors orders were completed very quickly with results shared as soon as the nurse got them. We felt like we were in good hands the entire visit. The facility was super clean and had all the necessary supplies.We would definitely return to this facility if need be! On top of that, they called us the next day just to check on our loved one to see how he was doing!! They were just awesome!

Janet Perez My visit here today has been very pleasant. I had projectile vomiting with other concerns. They promptly attended to me. But one person really made me much more comfortable during my ordeal. My nurse "Mallory" was so pleasant and attentive. I want to give a heart felt thank you to her and the rest for your care of me today. You made this process less stressful. THANK YOU

Sarah Burget I had lab work done by two different nurses and they took two different tubes of blood and I was told the blood work results would be back in two days it has been five days and I have no results or any follow up call to say what is going on with these results. The nurses on the other hand were 5 ⭐️. They were friendly, patient, empathetic, kind, caring, understanding, etc. If someone has a traumatic event and suffers with anxiety already I’m sure you can understand that the combination of the two creates extra worrying, stress, and more anxiety. Where are the blood work results?

Bob Green I had a wonderful experience at Advent health. My nurse was Mallory, who was excellent, attentive, caring and had all the attributes of what you would expect in a nurse. she explained in detail every step of the process I was going through. Great personality. My doctor was Dr DEWAN who’s communication skills were wonderful. The explanations were Very detailed. My nurse leader was Jose and Jose had all the qualities you would expect in a nurse leader. I cannot say enough about the attention and the care that I had at the hospital. I thank the staff.

Lisa Hulit I seem to have to call on the ER in Wauchula a lot more than most I would bet. The last time I was there, I had a nurse named Mallory Stallings. If I recall correctly, it was her first day. She was sweet, kind, compassionate, skilled in her craft; and very professional. This hospital is fortunate to have someone like her on their staff.

Tiffany Carpenter Er experience wonderful. Very fast paced about ordering procedures. Daughter is very comfortable while waiting for xrays. Nurse Mallory was one of the sweetest nurses I have met here. Dr. Dewan definitely knows his stuff and gets right to the point. Great experience.

Kristine Drawhorn Mallory was my nurse, which is an RN. Dr. Seely was my doctor. I had such a nice time very pleasant very nice welcoming and loving nursing doctor. Thank you for the experience. I appreciate you all. I think this is the best experience being in the hospital.
