5 /5 Gail Marie: I really like Dr. Hein...however...everything I come for my appointment I have to sit in the exam room alone for an hour or more. Just me in the silence of the room listening to the clock tick. .AND... I was 20 minutes early for my appointment. This hasnt happened just once, it has been going on for years.
