But as soon as I checked in with the Radiology Department at Ed Fraser, the welcoming environment, the sympathy, the empathy, made me feel confident that I was in the best hands. I felt at home. Jessica, your professionalism is exceptional, admirable. Thank you for going above and beyond in taking the time to listen to me, help me to relax and patiently wait for me to be ready for my mammogram. I had not pain at all during-after the test for the first time in all these years I have had to do this. I highly recommend Ed Fraser for this screening. There is no doubt they deliver high-quality work. Thank you!

Joy Honey Bunny This clinic has been a blessing to this small community. The nurses and medical assistants who work here are always kind, knowledgeable, and helpful in treating their patients. The receptionists don’t always seem to know normal office procedure, but I have not had any major problems with them. I recommend others to make an appointment with this clinic if they need medical care.

Kathryn Hutcheson The providers and nursing staff are very professional and helpful. The receptionist Shameka however is incredibly rude and lazy. I have called in two different occasions months apart and I had the same experience both times. When I asked for an appointment the second occasion she had me on hold for many minutes before I hung up. I guess scheduling and appointment instead of being a walk-in is too hard. She is the only receptionist I have any issue with and I am surprised she still has a job.

Misha Wiseman My experience here with Crystal was beyond disappointing; it was a complete disregard for my time and a stunning display of unprofessionalism. It started with an initial consultation, a blood work order, and a follow-up appointment scheduled two weeks later. I was promised referrals within that two-week window, but what I got instead was radio silence. No calls, no referrals, no follow-up about the blood work—nothing. I had to take the initiative and reschedule myself. For this rescheduled appointment, I diligently went to complete my blood work exactly as instructed. Imagine my frustration when, upon arrival the next day, I was casually told the provider had "no basis" to see me. No explanation, no apology, just a dismissive "no basis." A simple phone call could have prevented this entire debacle. The fact that Crystal the Physician couldnt even extend that basic courtesy speaks volumes. This isnt just inconvenient; its a complete lack of respect, but moreover I am patient, this is not the care in which I thought I’d be receiving.

Jordan Zarzycki Came in to see nurse practitioner Mrs. Erika Paskey, just wanted to say she was nothing short of amazing! I came in with a very serious health concern that had been stressing me and scaring me for months. She immediately had answers for me and reassured me releasing me from months of stress and fear. She loves her job and I will be coming to Baker Health Permanently now as my Primary Care Provider and will request Mrs. Paskey everytime. Ms. Hannah the receptionist for the hospital and Ms. CeKena the receptionist for the clinic was also exceptional! Thank you guys for being so polite always, I really appreciate it and will never go anywhere else. Amazing staff all around, Im VERY impressed.

Natalie Taylor This is my go to urgent care facility & they have never let me down! Always in and out without any issues. They have great hours and treat all issues unless it is something you should obviously see the ER for.

Germain Gardea I was surprised to read a comment posted by the President/CEO of Baker County Medical Services (Dennis R. Markos) in USA Today in an article dated November 15, 2016. After reading an article giving Mr. Markos accolades for his success in Bekers Hospital Review, I was shocked to have read his comment...."F*** the Mexicans. If they boo the Teams should walk off and refuse to play! These people come to this country to escape that rathole and then wave the Mexican flag at US sporting events , cheer Mexican participants and boo Americans while they enjoy the freedoms of the US. The hell with all of them." Contrary to Mr. Markos statement is on the website...."We treat you like family" it sure doesnt sound like it based on the comment posted above.

Brandie Willhite My roommate was there because of his epilepsy the other night. He almost died but they accused him of being on dope. Hope you like negative drug test jerks. Also he had 63$ cash on him and a cross necklace that his daughter gave him. He had 60$ and no necklace when he left. Hes not upset about the money so much as he is the necklace that hes had for years from his daughter. Weve heard bad things about this hospital but now experienced it.

kXX dub00 I seen Dr. Keener On October 31st 2017 for Cosmetic Surgery and she is absolutely amazing! Everything from her waiting room, office staff & even operating room staff were all so friendly and had amazing bed side manors!! They were all so nice to me and patient with me being I was so nervous the day of my surgery! She is very very well educated on what she does and isn’t going to sugar coat anything or tell you what you want to hear to make money! She checks up on me constantly and is always there if I have a question at crazy hours! Don’t let the bad reviews of that medical center ruin going to see her for any kind of cosmetic surgery you are considering to be beautiful! She has all the best stuff from Botox to getting a tummy tuck! I had no bruising from my surgery and my scar is extremely limited! She is an amazing dr and I’m so glad that I found her! I drove from starke to come see her!! And will continue to see her in the future!

Amber H Misleading and rude. Will never step foot here again. Took my $50 to check my vital signs. This facility will be in trouble when claims pay by pt experience and outcomes! Ill get my $50 back in 30 days..... even tho Im new to Baker County. Ridiculous.

Mahogany Anderson My mother has been in this facility for over 6months she is bipolar and Schizophrenic. The medication they give her doesnt keep her level out she is always upset and angry. My mother was arrested in this facility with 3 battery charges. No case worker notified a family member about her arrested. We called because we havent heard from her in a couple of day and found out she was arrested by another patient which I think is horrible. How can you arrested a mental ill patient thats admitted into you facility with 3 battery charges with a bond of $170,000 me and my siblings had to call arround in that county to find my mother. I would not recommend this facility. Im in the process of hiring a lawyer.

Michael Simpson My mother has been in and out of this facility for several years. The staff has always been helpful and many of them know me on sight. My mother has been exploited several times in private care. Because I dont get the chance to vistv her as much as I want, at least I can say I always know she is safe. Thanks NEFSH for always being there for my mother.

Deidre Mclane I was a patient here for 6 months in 2012. Ill never forget the terrible living conditions or the violence of the highly untrained staff. This place is a living nightmare and no human being should be exposed to it. The fact the facility is still up and running boggles my mind. I was fortunate to be released.

Marge Teal My daughter d j ehrlich has been a patient at this facility for 3 months. We are in constant communication with each other. She can come live with me however this facility does not talk with her or I about the length of her sentice. She receives physical therapy and takes her meds as directed. She is not allowed to attend church services she is not a violet person and has no criminal history. No not even a traffic ticket. They don’t tell her when she will be released it’s like she is in prison only never had a trial. Do not let your love one go here ever. M teal (mother)
