5 /5 Michael Simpson: My mother has been in and out of this facility for several years. The staff has always been helpful and many of them know me on sight. My mother has been exploited several times in private care. Because I dont get the chance to vistv her as much as I want, at least I can say I always know she is safe. Thanks NEFSH for always being there for my mother.
