Breanna Perry This was hands down the BEST experience I have had at a nail salon. I was a walk in today and Ben was my nail tech and he was wonderful. I had a picture off of google that I asked if he could do and Ben recreated it beautifully for me! Throughout the whole experience he was always checking to make sure I liked what he was doing. I’m afraid that if I confess this secret gem then they will quickly fill and I won’t be able to get in as easy . But I must share . It’s 25.00 for an express pedicure and 30.00 for a regular one ! I was skeptical at first being that it was inside a Walmart but it definitely exceeded my expectations! Not to mention the Walmart is HUGE and so after we got to get a little shopping done. 10/10 recommend and we can’t wait to go back!!

A M I brought my daughter in for her 7th birthday. We did the "just me" package and she was so excited to try this place out.. . Everyone was very nice and professional and the place was very well maintained and clean.Mrs. Gale was the main one who checked us in and got us set up and she made my daughter feel so special! She Called her princess, told her how beautiful she was and continued to fill her little glass with pink lemonade when it got empty. My daughter absolutely LOVED IT! Reasonably priced and 100 percent worth the experience. We will be back!

Mandy Samhammer Custom Service is top notch! I placed an order about 7am on day. By 10:30ish am I received a text message letting me know that the product I ordered might be little different color than expected. They wanted to know if I still wanted the product, if I would like to switch it out or if I would like a refund. I was so amazed and the speed and precision this company has. And it’s Christmas Eve Eve when this happened. I will continue to give my business to this company first for years to come. So impressed.

Lateecia Alfred If I could give negative one hundred zero stars I would! I came to this nail salon for the first time. I close friend recommended it….. first and foremost I was greeted kindly. But they are severely understaffed while I was getting my pedicure my nail tech stopped mid way to go and work on another client who came in after me! Not only did she stop and finish another pedicure other than mine when she came back she was rushing! She actually nicked the side of my foot. Then while I was getting manhandled. My manicurist came over to me to start on my manicure while I was still in the chair getting my feet done. I have gotten gel coat many time never have I ever gotten a manicure and the next day all my nails are chipped! Also she wasn’t able to use the blue light correctly because ofcourse it was not on a table. She decided to use the Uv light on the arm rest. I would call and go back but im scared that I may get the same treatment! Definitely not worth the 110 that I paid I honestly deserve a refund !

Ashley Mitchell I very rarely write reviews on the first go round, but my experience here was UNMATCHED. I have gotten my nails done for 10+ years and have tried it all acrylic, dip, gel, etc., but no one who ever truly cared about the health and wellness of my nails. I booked with Angelique & before even starting anything she asked me about my nail habits to determine the best manicure possible. I’m a habitual nail biter who is rough on her hands, and I learned more in my one appointment about nail care than I ever have in 10+ years of nail appointments. She talked through every single step that she was doing to make sure that I was informed and also checked in on me to make sure I wasn’t burning or uncomfortable. She guided me through picking color, shape, and length, but ultimately left it up to me, so I felt like I could make corrections without that salon guilt (iykyk) Lastly, everyone in the salon made me feel so comfortable and not just awkward small talk. You would’ve thought I’d had been going for years! I am looking forward to my next appointment already. (Before & After! PS I know these nails are short, but that was completely my choice as I have fast nail growth so I always like to go a little shorter) Anyway, if you struggling finding nail techs who listen and you can trust try out Glitz!!!

Starting with the owner and on down to the staff. If anyone has an issue with the owner or any staff members, then you really should look in the mirror because these ladies are AMAZING!

Destinee Harris My experience with Taylor, the owner, has been deeply disappointing and unprofessional. Her communication skills are severely lacking, and I have often felt disrespected and treated as if I were a child. The salon itself is cramped and uncomfortable, and Ive noticed that she frequently rearranges chairs and desks to ensure that my clients have nowhere to sit when they visit. Despite my ongoing politeness and respect towards her, I have not received the same courtesy in return. Taylor has carelessly discarded my tools without my consent and has dismissed my vibrant energy as “pushy.” She has also attempted to dictate my pricing strategy, arguing that my nail specials compete with other technicians, including herself. Additionally, Taylor often rummages through my belongings that I have not made publicly accessible. When I have attempted to engage in constructive conversations to clarify these issues, she has insisted that she isn’t “arguing” with me, yet she remains dismissive. Her communication is inconsistent—she ignores my calls but expresses frustration when I take time to respond to her texts. I have consistently sensed a bias against me; her interactions with other technicians are marked by warmth and joy, in stark contrast to her treatment of me. Throughout my time in the salon, Ive always maintained a respectful demeanor, yet I have felt unwelcome since before I even moved into the booth. Overall, my experience has left me feeling marginalized and unsupported. When the contract was terminated, she attempted to unlawfully take my belongings by insisting that I had seven business days, until 5:30 PM, to retrieve my items. However, the contract explicitly stated that I only had 48 hours to collect my things, after which they would be considered abandoned and become hers. To prevent me from accessing my property, she deactivated my entry code to the shop. It’s important to note that Florida law mandates technicians must have 24-hour access to their belongings unless the contract is in default, and we possess all of our items.

Cheyenne Simpson Got my nails done by Diana! First time going but definitely going to go again! She did a great job and exactly what I wanted. The photo I showed her didn’t show the thumb so she did her own twist on it and she did it perfectly to match the other fingers! The workers are very kind as well! This was $80 and I think for the work and how well they turned out. It was a perfect price!

Katlyn Nestler Relocated to the area a little over a month ago. I had visited a salon near my home and was displeased to say the least. I visited TT&T today on a recommendation from a coworker and it couldnt have been better. I had Diana as my technician and I explained to her my concerns from my last nail experience such as the lady cutting me not one, not two, but SIX times. She noticed immediately I had more sensitive skin and took extra care when performing my service. Not only was she gentle, but she was great to talk to. Oh, and did I mention my nails came out GORGEOUS and exactly how I expected them to. I would highly recommend Diana at TT&T Nails and will for sure be a repeat customer going forward. One more thing: Although I did not accept, they did offer something to drink multiple times, which I appreciated and the bathroom was clean.

Her customer service alone makes me want to invest in more spa experiences with this place. I saw her first hand multi-task flawlessly with the most positive and passionate attitude. Tori provided me with my lash and brow service, and I avoid spas mostly because I cannot find myself being relaxed or comfortable. I was blown away with how comfortable and relaxed she made me feel. She took her time, explained everything she was doing and made the right amount of pleasant conversation. I choose not to invest in myself with 3 girls and owning a business and having a future dream that requires saving money, however I cannot wait to invest in myself again with Stay The Spa, simply because of the two people I was acquainted with. Coming from a corporate background, I truly hope that the owners of Stay The Spa see this review and remember how important it is to have remarkable employees. There will always be a saturated market for spas or any business, the only difference in these businesses will be the customer service they provide. Kimberly Good evening I just left from this outstanding place. Let me start off saying I was greet you soon as the door open, very friendly voice and face with a smile I was handed a clipboard to fill out for some information I was placed in comfortable chairs. I waited less than five minutes before the massage therapy came and got me. I was ask if I needed to use the restroom or needed anything before my massage then escorted to room with double massage tables. Very clean and smell great I was explained a lot of information, had a choice of picking out an aromatherapy fragrance of course I pick lavender. I was given instructions on how to Prepare before she exited the room. I had a one hour massage. I asked for light to medium pressure when I tell you it was exactly what I needed. She was gentle and applied just that amount of pressure as I needed. I also was given warm towels upon each area She massage oh my God it feels so good as leaving I was offer complementary of champagne or water. Also, a lot of items to purchased on the way leaving candles that smell very wonderful etc. I highly recommend this place without a doubt I will be returning keep in mind you’re able to get manicures pedicures and a lot more done all at the same time. KP Andrews I went in today to get a full set. After talking to the tech we agreed on doing an overlay. Everything was fine as far as the process. The design was the problem. I showed the tech my photo before we did anything at all. He didn’t say he couldn’t do it. Instead, he asked another tech who tried it on a tip to show him. He said “I do it my way.” He didnt ask me if I liked it or anything to make sure i was satisfied. Im not the person to cause a scene. But, if you’re saying you can do something you should be able to do it. I ended up going to Elegant nails to have the design redone. The first photo was my inspo. The second is what the tech at vanity did. The third is from when I went to elegant nails and had them fixed.

The pedicure was good nothing extraordinary but still nice! Edit: I’ve been going for a couple months now and I LOVE THEM! Tracy is my go to tech but all are talented! If you get designs the fill can be $80-$95 pricey but worth it

DiDi W. Came to visit family, I needed nails and 3 other family members wanted pedicures. We were all seated and the nail tech started arguing with me that I needed to have a pedicure with my family. Would not take no for an answer. My sister in law finally convinced her that I only wanted nails. $65 later, after I specifically showed her my very slanted nails, they’re almost all slanted, and my thumbnail has a very interesting swoop. Terrible customer service, they constantly tried to sell other services by saying “you need lip wax”. Insulting. Would not recommend.

Sherri Stewart Prices are very Good. I have been going there a lot now and I am still getting great service every time I go! Louis is very good at what he does. Louis is very fast and thats one of the reasons that I go back to him! Plus they are open every day including weekends, both days on the weekend to. Today was the first time that I have been there on a Sunday morning and its still GREAT! I have been going there for over a year now and I still get the same service as I did the first time I went to Louis... prices are still GREAT!! I enjoy getting my nails done there and I think that anyone should get their nails done there! Kelly does a Great job when Louis is not available. When I have a problem with my nails, Louis always fixes them, just like when I had my knee surgery and 6 nails had popped off, well, the product had lifted up on those 6 and he fixed them for me and the price was not that bad either.

Chris Cagle First time to visit and can’t say I will be back. The most uncomfortable, stressful $140 I’ve ever spent in a nail salon and my nails look like crap. The staff was loudly arguing with each other over who was supposed to do my nails. I would have rather them just not do them if it was going to be an issue. The lady who ended up doing them was not happy and you could really tell in the quality of her work. Edit to add, already chipped after a week, I can normally go at least 3 weeks with dip

The green set was taken from Pinterest and I failed to take a picture, but I swear it looked exactly the same! She’s magic ✨Also, Ms. Ruby gives the best most relaxing pedicures. She worked meticulously and methodically to get my ingrown toenail fixed and all my toes looking and feeling great! Mr. Louis painted my western theme and I loved those too!

Once Daniela took over, she worked her magic, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the final result! My nails turned out absolutely beautiful, perfectly shaped and just the right nude shade. Fallon Earlington This is my second time here, and Im quite upset. I just paid $71 for a gel/powder fill on Thursday, and by Friday morning, one of my nails had already popped off. Im really frustrated because Im leaving for Texas soon and dont have time to get it fixed. Last time I got my nails done here, the technician asked me if I had eaten my nail. I felt like they were making fun of me because Im plus-sized. Regardless, I want to know what the explanation is for this nail falling off so quickly. Its ridiculous that this happened the day after they were done

Victoria The nail techs and staff were super nice!! Equipment was great and it was very clean! However, my pedicure left a lot to be desired. I got the VIP pedicure and even though they went through all the steps, they were out of one of the special lotions, and the massage was kinda of lack luster and had a lot of smacking of my legs, I personally was just not a big fan. They didn’t offer us any drinks which is of course is not a requirement but just a nice touch. Then with my polish, I had to ask for a bunch more coats of the gel polish to match the sample I chose. The first time the tech called it done, it was uneven and translucent. She was very sweet about it and did as many coats as I wanted. She also however left a large uneven gap between my cuticle line and nail. It looked like I already had about a month of grow out. I came home and added polish so you wouldn’t notice so much. Lastly it’s chipped already and normally I can have gel polish on for months on my toes if I wanted, but this barely lasted two weeks. People were super kind though so had a hard time deciding on the stars to give. My friend’s polish looked better. I don’t know I would go back unless someone asked me to.

Alexander Rios I took my grandmother to this place, and they were so patient with her. The staff was very good, place is very clean and professional. The seats that they have are very comfortable. They did a great job cleaning out nail, also the massage with the rocks really relief my grandmother of some pain she had. They really do a full service. It is worth what they charge.

Emily Ransdell I’ve been coming to Tina’s nails since I was about 5 years old (haha). Now at 25 Tina’s still does the BEST quality pedicure that I’ve ever had. Walking in the door feels like walking into a friend or family’s place. Everyone in the shop is so sweet and caring. The level of detail they maintain is impossible to find at another salon. Van is an absolute magician when it comes to get out ingrown nails. She also somehow always knows what color of polish to get and it works out perfectly every single time. She will tell me if I’m picking out an “old lady color” and can pick better than me 10/10 times. Before moving away I had only been to Tina’s and thought that all salons would be as great. I was extremely wrong and anytime I go to another salon I find myself thinking “this place is nowhere close to as amazing as Tina’s”. If it was a 3 hour drive or closer I would make the drive to Tina’s every 4-6 weeks. If you are on the fence about where to get your next pedicure - DON’T BE. Go to Tina’s!!! You won’t be disappointed. My only wish is that they would open a salon in VA so I could exclusively see them. Lots of love for this amazing group of ladies!

Misti Davison The employees were really nice and helpful. It is a very clean and peaceful environment. My nail tech was very sweet, patient, and kind. I love my nails and am happy overall, except for one thing. I decided to try the Gel X, and during application, I noticed that on my right hand, pointer finger, the extension did not adhere to my whole nail. The tech tried to add more gel from under since it was already applied, but it did not work, and I have a gap between my nail and the Gel X extension. For how much these cost, its really disappointing. I unfortunately did not notice that the tech trying to add more gel did not fix the problem until after I was home and looking at them.

Jessica Meisenzahl My normal nail salon was closed on Sunday so I decided to try the nail venue. I never complain about service, especially my nails. As long as they stay intact with the powder dip, I don’t complain. I’ve been getting my nails done for years. She filed my nails paper, thin and the powdered dip was not sticking. My nails have continually chipped over the last 12 hours after having them done and my nails are so paper thin I’m afraid I won’t have any left by in the morning.

Diana Pereira My teenage daughter received a manicure here the day before we were leaving for Disney. She was so excited! However, the tech did not want to wait since it was the end of the day and put the clear coat on before the original coat was dry. He told us it was dry and fine. Two hours after her manicure, it still wasnt dry and looked like the pictures. She was devastated! It didnt even last two hours even though we were VERY careful. We were unable to get it fixed because we were leaving the next day. We would love for the owners to contact us and make it right with her somehow.

Blessed Faithful I saw so many good reviews about this salon!! This was my first time there and let me tell you KEN is the tech to choose! He gets you in no playing around or talking all over the place to everyone looks at your design and in no time your nails are looking fabulous!! I finally found a nail tech!! I like this place definitely will keep my business!!

Len S I’ve got my nails done twice at this salon. The first time I got my nails done I had such an amazing experience, which made me go back to get my nails done again. The second time was such a disappointment. The nails I told the technician was not the one they did. I was looking for more light yellow nails and it turned out pink! Angelika Rambo Went yesterday and got an acrylic full set and the lady did a great job I love my nails but I’m very disappointed with the pedicure I got… I expected the dead skin to be removed from my feet but I got a brief scrub on the ball of feet and that was it he did do a nice massage on my feet and calves but that’s not what I was there for it would’ve been a lot cheaper to have asked for my toes painted. I should’ve said something before I left and I regret not doing so. I won’t go back for my pedicures I could’ve done that at home really

Michelle Taylor Not a fan..... They are too expensive. It goes from a reasonable $35 regular pedicure to $55 deluxe. Im used to an in-between price. They cut my big toe and it was bleeding. They cut my sons toe nails too short and then tried to file them but filed the skin down on two toes. They burnt me with hot rocks. He did apologize several times. Also, my toes have paint on the skin. Not a pleasant experience and wont be going back....

Daphne Oliver I went in for a pedicure and a polish change ok . I told the gentleman that I had brought my own nail polish before he even started my pedicure! Upon checking out he states that my pedicure would be $45 plus $25 for the gel polish . I stopped him and said I brought my own polish and he lost it !!!! He stated that they still charge the regular price for gel polish even if you bring your own. That information should have definitely been disclosed before he even started any service for me ! This is when he lost it ! He became outraged and started screaming to the top of his lungs which was the most unprofessional experience that I have ever received at a nail shop !I love Mrs Jackie who is the owner but she wasn’t there unfortunately because this never would have happened . Poor Customer Service …..

Colette Perry I’ve been going here a few times a year. Nice and friendly staff. I asked for a $50 pedicure with gel white tips. I told the tech a few times that I didn’t want the pink gel or gel on the nail except the white on the tip. She kept telling me she understood. I even told Kim. Then she proceeded to cover the entire nail in clear gel polish. I just shut up at that point. I gave her $60 and she said it was $80 because of the gel. Wow! $30 extra for gel??? I will not return or recommend. Bad choice to go there today.

Not here the young man who did them did a fantastic job! He also got my ingrown toenail’s out from my last terrible manicure. Linda did my eye & brow wax. Also excellent. J E Thompson Lynn and her staff are very knowledgeable and make suggestions above and beyond what you may have come to expect when you go to a nail salon. Not only are they friendly but they treat you like a friend. They provide an excellent manicure and pedicure and they actually care about the condition of your nails, hands and feet. If they see something of concern they will even ask if you have seen a doctor about it, if thats appropriate, just to be sure you are aware of it. My mom and I both go there.

We really enjoyed time here, it was authentic, different, very professional, warm and clean, feels like home. The lady that worked on my pedicure did really good job, worked with love, and took her time to do best job possible. I literally came home and cried my eyes out cuz these are horrible!!! I have to go back to my usual place which is 30 minutes across town to get these redone! I just moved over on this side of town and tried a new place closer to home but I guess I’ll use the gas to go back over on Davis hwy! Not to mention they charge me $40 and do great with my nails this place charged me $60 for horrible nails. And I also went thru 3 nail techs!!!! They just kept passing me off to different people! Like wth?????? Never go here!!

Ebony Nesbitt Slightly disappointed with the service I received. I was able to be seen upon walking in which I appreciated. What I didnt appreciate was not getting the service I asked for. First I asked for a soak off of my overlay. However, the nail tech decided to wrap my fingers individually and because of this I didnt leave for 3 hours. My pedicure turned out great. What worried me was that there was no protective plastic covering the foot bowl. I also didnt observe any of the nail techs disinfecting the utensils. Finally my manicure was done horribly. She absolutely rushed Im supposing because the acrylic she continued to wrap instead of soaking off like I first requested, took so long to come off please refer to the pictures. I wont be back.

My friend got her nails done also & they had one lady doing her toes & another doing nails at the same time. I decide to get a manicure & was extremely happy with it my nails look great. Prices are decent or comparable to most nail shops in the area. All the ladies working were very friendly will definetly go back again.

I had ingrown toenails and she got them out with hardly any pain. This will definitely be my regular spot now.

Lori Werdann I went to the salon for a pedicure - I get gel on my nails so I’m used to an up charge. However,, as she was putting the color on my nails and had already dried the base coat, she says that the gel is a $30 up charge!!! I said 30 dollars and she said yup 25 for the gel and 5 for taking old gel off. My classic pedi ended up costing me $70!!! I Won’t be going back - they should have told me upfront! I’ve never ever paid that much for a pedicure and I’ll never go there again!

dani leilani Today was my second and last visit. First time, I had to superglue my $80 nails back on because Tom didn’t prep the nails properly. I just left there. I made an appt for 1 pm. I had to wait 35 minutes. Not cool. I notice reviews can’t be left anymore on their fb page. I see why. He charged me $100 for nails that were supposed to have an apex build and that had razor cut lines. All my lines are crooked and blurred. I have no apex build. He asked if I liked them and I said no, not for $100. He got cocky and said “they look fine from a distance” and then asked what I think I should pay. I simply think I should get what I asked for and paid for-however I did not answer his question. I just paid him and said thanks. He told me never to come back. No worries Tom. Such a disrespectful little person he is. I was planning on an expensive pedicure too but screw that place. He has no business. 2 clients the whole time I was in there, one of which who came back very upset and stood over me going off on him about the $185 he charged her for shoddy work as well. Her nails aren’t even worth $100- nor are mine. Oh, and he didn’t even have to take off my old nails. $100 for garbage. I am soooooooooooooo disappointed! Eta: they were lifting big time within 2 weeks and I had no choice but to remove them at home. I usually get 6-8 weeks out of my sets before lifting. He’s simply ridiculous and not a salon where you should spend your cash. There are much better nail techs in the area that don’t charge that kind of money.

tabeys natural nest After pointlessly soaking for 30 mins waiting for a technician in cooling water, warmer water was added but then Another 15 mins wait while someone else’s polish change was done. Requested Deluxe Pedi and and was so disappointed I almost cried. My heels weren’t buffed. No cuticle remover used on one foot. Old polish was left on. The dead skin inside the nail bed was not removed. The file was dull so the shaping was bad. I lIke my nails cut low and even but they were not, honestly I would have been better off stopping the service altogether. Waisted time and money. I’d rate -2 but they did clean the chair after the previous patron after I requested it and I was serviced by the owner, I noticed she had hand trimmers because they were shaking so I was respectful. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

Becca Turner I went to Lisa’s Nails on 05/28/2021 for a gel manicure. At the time of service I was really happy, the nails looked beautiful. However just days later by 06/01/2021 the polish had severe discoloration which is unusual of gel nails. I’m just really disappointed and I don’t think I’ll be going back to the salon. The staff was very polite though.

Julia Kirk Wow, where to start? We called in asking 2 hours before they closed if they could do a classic mani pedi for two (my mom and I.) They were able to get us in and out in an hour, with phebomenal looking nails. I had maybe a cm of fingernails due to having to keep them very short, and i havent had a mani or pedi in 12 years. Despite this, Long was personable, nice, and fixed my nails to look like a beautiful set despite the fact i had almost no nail to work with. Linda had to bust out the grater to get the dead skin on my feet, and I ended up crying on the way home because of hpw sweet she was. She reassured me that she does pedicures all day, and that her job was to make my nails beautiful. Neither artist shamed me for the state of my nails, feet, or hands, and precisely handled them with care and expertise. I cannot praise them enough. My mom, who is difficult to please, also has found an amazing Nail artist to now help her with her nails as she is 70 and starting to lose the ability to take care of them. Tammy took care of her and had her nails shining. I really cant praise this place enough. Fair prices for everything you get too!!!

LadyDeathStrike123 I have gone to Nails Envy several times right now and every time the staff service has been so welcoming and friendly. This is the main reason why I keep coming back. Mr Davis (Pictures attached of his work) has done my nails a few times now actually and every time I show him a picture of my idea and he definitely delivers and adds his own flair. I really enjoy his style and he is very nice and accommodating. You really cant go wrong with any other technician there. They are all fantastic! I would recommend them to anyone!

Lauryn Jones I have been going to this nail salon for a couple years. I usually never leave reviews for places, but this morning I had the worst encounter I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I went in to get my nails redone from the day prior because I was not satisfied with how my nails turned out. I spent $60 on my nails and I felt as though the nails that I got were not worth that much. I was not rude at all and came in willing to pay whatever I had to pay to get them redone. LINH refused to do my nails again and told me that I was “rude” and “blaming” her for the outcome of my nails. Another short older gentleman then proceeded to tell me to leave the shop. I spent 5 minutes trying to reconcile and express that I just wanted my nails redone and I was not satisfied (not to mention that I stated multiple times that I was not trying to come off as rude). I will not be returning, this is not how you do service. If I could leave 0/5 stars, I would.

Lori Cruz Terrible service. Not worth the money at all. Booked and appointment online and was told their booking system does not work so I did not have an appointment although it was confirmed by them. Both staff who did my pedicure and manicure were so rough they broke skin on several fingers then continued to get gel polish in the cut which was extremely painful. Asked for an overlay with French tip and was given the sloppy job plus the guy doing my nails was pausing to text & talk on the phone every minute. Asked him to fix a few spots that were very uneven/lumpy (which was most of the nails honestly) and he just about threw a fit saying they were already smooth before filing them down. French tip looks awful and uneven. One nail needed a tip and came out so much longer than the rest. Overall terrible experience, didn’t want to argue the price since I will never be going back.

Fs I really did love my nails and my toes were okay they could have done a better job but I felt like was up charged like crazy if it wasn’t for that I would’ve came back. I got very short nails and designs and they changed me 150. I do nails and don’t charge that much for what I got and even if I get my nails done somewhere else with a longer length and more designs I don’t get charged that much. 150 and I didn’t even get a pedicure just a color change and very short nails is crazy I wasn’t expecting that

Abby I just had to laugh at this version of a "pink/white ombre." I have no words as its quite possibly the worst thing Ive ever seen. Yes, I could have been more verbal and demanded that someone else take over and make it better, but I just wanted to get out of there and never return.

Aaliyah Brown Went to get my toes done for my baby shower just a regular express pedicure. The older lady who did my pedicure was very rough with my feet and used all the tools very heavy on my feet . I will not be returning to this chop shop , I also seen one of the nail technicians using dirty tools on 2 pedicures in a row. I would definitely not recommend this nail shop to anyone . You can definitely see the difference in how they treat their customers. I recommend that no one come to this nail shop !!

Erica Cassidy I’ve always loved this place for my mani/pedi! My nail tech Kathy does my nails perfect every time, every shape I’ve got, she’s done excellent and she goes the extra mile for me and I love her for that! She isn’t too rough on messaging the legs when I get my pedi, always makes sure I’m comfortable and my water is perfect. She could almost put me to sleep. Never been rough, never grew a fungus under any nails. The other employees even when they’re walking around they still will acknowledge clients and give a hello or how are you! Pricing is reasonable!

Lexi Powers I went into Lux Nail Bar when I had a break at work after my nail broke. Its extremely uncomfortable for me when I have only one or two nails missing so I always end up ripping them off subconsciously. So it was nice when they said they could get me in right away. I also had them filled not even 2 weeks ago at another place and though the girl was very nice, she didnt assure that any of the acrylic that was popping up was removed and smoothed before filling so you could see the yellow and distorted lines in the middle of my nail. Andrew, my tech, explained that he would do his best to fix and seal them because lifting of the nail can lead to bacteria and mold if water gets in. He took his time to drill off the parts that needed to be fixed and filled them in. He was understanding that I didnt have time to get a new set and that I would have to do it next time. He worked with me to figure out how to hide the lines that he couldnt completely fix under the acrylic and did an absolutely amazing job on the French tip. He saved my nails! And I work in an environment where my appearance does mean something, so I was so very happy to leave with this set. I will definitely be coming back.

Drew Shannon Second pic is what I asked for. 1st one is what I got. They have a huge wall of colors but he told me they only had 4 browns to choose from and then he told me sorry ones being used so I only had these 2 colors. One basically looks black. When I first arrived he peeled my old nails off with an acrylic nail and it was painful- never seen this done they always soak them. Shape and design is way off. The nails were extremely thick and wide. All were different shapes, sizes and lengths. It felt extremely rushed as I saw him only put oil on 8 of my nails lol. I paid 67 for these plus I always tip. I decided to go back in the next day to ask them to take them off because I felt so embarrassed wearing them and they’re not what I asked for at all. I was so polite and even offered to pay. They made me explain it to literally 5 different people before they would seat me and fix it. And one of them was trying to make me point out the tech who did them which was very uncomfortable. The same guy told me nothings wrong with them they look just like the pic (if you truly believe that you’re in the wrong business). During me re-explaining it 5 different times they all talked in another language while looking at me making it very obvious that they were annoyed and talking badly about me. (Y’all aren’t sneaky and you’re extremely unprofessional). The girl who “fixed” my nails spoke to me once the entire time to say “clear color?” as she was already painting it on. I had to ask her to please fix the shape as she was just gonna repaint them. She didn’t ask me what I wanted at all. A very “let’s get this over with you’re a bother” attitude. And they’re still super crooked. Really bad experience. I would not recommend this place.

Haley Baker I’ve been here numerous times and my nails have always looked great, but I went today and they were a little busy so I don’t know if that’s what happened with my nails or if she didn’t know how to do a fill correctly. I didn’t really notice them until I stepped outside into the light but you can still see the color I had before and where the previous length of my nail begins which makes it look nasty and not clean at all.

kelsey griffin I walked in on a Tuesday around 11am and was quickly greeted. Although the techs were busy the woman at the front desk let me know someone would be with me shortly. I asked for gel x with a cat eye and that’s exactly what I got! Ne took care of me and I was in and out in no time.

G Raychel I was really impressed with Nancy! She has been doing my grandmas nails for years and I had the pleasure to have her as my nail technician. I did a simple short gel nail and she was so meticulous! I was very happy with her attention to detail! I would highly recommend requesting her!

Mary Sands Do not go to this place. Not only is it run down, but I was given 3 fifty dollar gift cards that they will not honor because they switched systems. They stole my money.

Rye I got a refill and wanted to get my sister acrylics for an early christmas present to her. My nails are thicker than they should be, and the tips of them are not painted so you can see the acrylic. They also didn’t file them all the way down like they were supposed to, she left color on my existing nail. I asked for acrylics for my sister and they did not do acrylic. They put glue-on tips on her nails and painted over them with gel and charged me $72 for them. The ends of the nails are slanted and the nails are crooked. They took advantage of the fact that I wasn’t watching her do my sisters nails.

Alaina Rodriguez Good environment, way overpriced for what was done.... got French tip, gel, which is what I got... but Ive never had them peel off in under 10hrs!!! Thats absolutely crazy! I got them done yesterday and half werent fully reaching each side of my nail. Im not sure if it was the polish gel used or poor curing...but poor application in general. I mentioned I was a bartender so they typically cure for longer (at least at my usual salon) I got two gel services mani pedi and paid for my friends pedi and the total was $190...will stick to my regular nail place :(

Lovely J Ladies dont ever go to L & C Nails on 9th Avenue and Langley. Ive had the worst experience of my life. I came here due to me working and missing my nail appointment. Not only that he insulted me further by saying I just didnt want to pay for the service when Im very capable of paying for the service! I guess he stereotyped me for some reason. Maybe because my hair is tied up, because I just spent more on my hair than what I spent for my nails to get done. Andy is very unprofessional and rude. I will never come here again. It took everything in me not to slap this man! Now this is how far he filed my natural nails, to the point it hurt but he goes in to say this is how it should be. Smh like I dont get my nails done every two weeks.

Allie Uhl HORRIBLE experience. I came here yesterday for a color change and a fill.. The lady used white acrylic which was not necessary/ I’ve never had white acrylic. I also wanted a dark color so on top of the white the color was not coming out dark at all. So she took it upon herself to do a blue underlayer (I was getting dark green nails) and then do the green on top. She did not fully cover the blue and it was showing at my cuticles and when I asked her several times to fix and cover it, she refused, saying that “she can’t bring the color back any further or it would damage my cuticle”……..wtf… I’ve never heard such a thing. Not only that, but one of my nails was a completely different shape than the rest and again, she wouldn’t fix it. Also, my nails were different lengths because she didn’t even measure. The whole time we were there the guy was repeatedly asking us if we wanted to get a pedicure and like pressuring us to change our minds. We told him at least three times that we just had pedicures last week and we were good. Don’t waste your time or money here. I went to Polished today to get them fixed because I hated them that much. Should have gone there in the first place. Polished is 10/10 the best.

Crystal Peek So I was recently in the search for a salon where they do pink and white acrylic nails. (I like the old school look) I called several places and finally found D&N where they said they do them. I just went back for my third fill in and I couldnt be happier with my nails. They turn out beautifully every single time and my guy is super fast. If you want perfect pink and whites like mine, go to D&N and ask for Tony. He is the BEST and as long as hes there, Ill keep going back. Edit: I forgot to add that even going as long as 3 weeks between fills, I have zero lifting. No chips, cracks or breaks. They hold up beautifully. Im telling you ladies- go see Tony @ D&N.

Amber Love love love this nail place. They also play Christian music while you get your nails done great comfortable loving atmosphere my nails always look great and last about 3 weeks. The techs are so kind! I found this place 3 years ago when I moved from GA and fell in love with this nail salon ❤️

ItZme Ladi The ownership hasnt changed but the service has in the last 4 years. The pedicures are rushed, sloppy and the techs dont listen or pay attention for $40-$65. One pedi/mani tech talk back to the owner all the time when asked to do a customers feet/hands, like she dont want to. The owner acrylics/gels/overlays are getting sloppy and not lasting as they should costing $45+ The more customers they see waiting the sloppier they get and you become a $$$$$ and not what matter in that moment. This is an issue for me because These are not one offs. I noticed I was charged $140 total for a $65 pedicure and $45 full set overlay (overlay something I always get) with gel polish that I brought with me. They are over pricing and if were not paying attention, theyll continue getting over.
