Amy Phillips I have gone there for years, but since bought out or merged with HCA it has become ridiculous. No return calls for days, no appointments available and told to go to an urgent care (more than once) . I have a GP so I can be seen when I have a sinus infection and not just for annual re set appointments. I love my provider, but will be looking elsewhere for a new GP.

Daylon Rivera Having to wait over three days for a return call as an established patient is not acceptable. Called multiple times with the same answer. No accountability. I guess I need to find a new provider.

Debbie Breslow Great group of staff at this location! From reception, check in, check out and to the MA and my NP that is my Primary Care, I never dread coming in for my appointments. Friendly, caring, and attentive across the board. Once you check in, the appointments are never more than 15 minutes late. My NP is fabulous! She listens, is friendly and goes out of her way to find the best treatment options that I may need.

Deana Dion Was told by a bunch of people that Veronica was a great doctor, even going into my first appointment I was told that the reason I waited 2 hours in the waiting room was because she takes her time with her patients and she was well worth it. Which is the reason I stayed. I originally went to her for standard blood work and adhd treatment. During my appointment she listened to what I had to say, asked me standard questions and we did blood work inside the facility. However, as soon as the blood work was done she immediately said “If there’s anything to report on the blood work I will contact you but otherwise have a good day” which left me with questions because I want to know about the referral process for the adhd. Unfortunately I just didn’t ask and figured someone would call me. So I went about my life and started getting anxious so a week ago (two or so weeks after my appointment) I called the office asking about it all and was told I will get a call back. That was a week ago, no phone call. So I get a text message about a referral to a psychiatrist with zero information on for who or why so I call, I gave them my information which was totally sketchy to me because I had no idea who they were and why they were trying to reach me. Probably would have helped if I got that information from my doctor. Anyway, it was for me. So I ask if they accept my insurance, they said no. Funny because I specifically asked Veronica to make sure they’re within my network because it’s very clearly unaffordable to the average person. So I call the office and now I’m irritated. Now I want to know why she’s not living up to all the good things everyone is saying about her. That’s the reason I chose her because let’s be honest, it’s already hard enough to keep up with this stuff when you’re mentally ill, it took a lot of courage and determination for me to get even this far. The right people will understand. So when I call I was placed on hold and believe it or not, hung up on after waiting 15 minutes. Call back and was put on hold again to be told that the receptionist is going to write a note to what I’m assuming is her assistant. Guess I should continue to wait for someone to tell me what the hell is going on. Wouldn’t hold my breath tho. I’m one more inconvenience away from switching providers and my review will not be updated until my level of care is taken seriously.

Mr. Mark After several years, experiencing frustrating care I had to leave because of their lack of support for my health. They failed to go over vital lab results and got hostile when I asked for information and more care. This caused me to have to start over and beg for treatment which they would not provide. STAY AWAY Don’t trust your health with these people… None of their doctors responded to my calls for help☠️

A F Make you wait over an hour for a telehealth. Don’t call to let you know they’re behind. We called and the excuse was “it’s Friday and we are overbooked.” Do not overbook your doctors if they can’t handle their patient load! After an hour and multiple more calls, we are told our appt is being cancelled because they can’t get their stuff to work. They refused to do just a call, had to be video. Very disrespectful for our time. Only option was to wait for 3 more days to be seen when offices were back open because the doctor needed to leave. Does not help when someone is sick to wait so many more days. Would not recommend.

Lori Worst first impression ever! I called and asked about same day appt cause Ive been really sick. She was talking down to me right off the jump. Uhhg are you a new pt I said yes my husband goes there and he gave me the number to call to see if u had an opening She says (in her rude condensending way) uhgg so is this an appt for you or your husband? I just said for me as Im talking g she cuts me off with we dont have any appts for new pts I said ok so you dont do like walk in sick people she said uhgggg we dont do any of that no walk in same day appts I said ok thanks. She was the rudest person, maybe she shouldnt answer the phones because of that one interaction i will never go here and will help others not go here as well. My husband will be finding a new one instead of going here. Not very family friendly!

M M Just so everyone knows this review is only for the HCA on 200 definitely not for the 17th Street office ! awesome place! Went over everything and very pleased with the professionalism and care that I received! I will highly recommend this office ! From the minute you walk in this facility to the check out process definitely is a pleasure! Plus quick to respond on my portal ( before I even left the practice driveway all my info and prescriptions were in my portal and taken care of immediately!) Just amazing what a smooth knowledgeable practice does for their patients! Wish I knew of this place years ago! You won’t find this quick of a response or seeing a doctor on time anyplace else in Ocala! Facts!

Marie O My partner and I just recently relocated and was looking for a new primary doctor. I even made the appointment way before we initially moved due to my health conditions and the need for continuous care. We were scheduled with Dr. Lucarelli and overjoyed as some of my partners issues could be recitified and I could continue my care without interruption as I am wheelchair bound with muscular dystrophy. And we could see the same doctor; making things way easier for both of us. The office staff was amazing and I really loved all their help and patience with their assistance but the visit turned when we met the doctor for my partners appointment first. After shaking hands, he asked us why we could not get a doctor where we live. Upon explaining the small area 30 minutes from Ocala does not have doctors that we were aware of upon making our appointments he seemed irritated; it then took about 3 minutes for him to not listen to my partners diagnosiss that we just recently got from specialists in Jacksonville, then go on to insult him and frustrate my partner enough to leave the room. I stayed for my appointment wondering if the mood would change. I wish I had left too ..... He asked me what was wrong with my partner and when I told him my answer the mood of the room changed. He then preceded to tell me that the doctors and specialists who diagnosed my muscular dystrophy in Jacksonville could not make that kind of diagnosis (keep in mind I have had all the muscle tests and a genetic test a few years before we relocated) and made me feel like if I spoke up to him I would be rejected from his care like my partner was. I was made to agree to come to my appointments alone.. mind you I am wheelchair bound with hand movement issues and need my partner who is also my caregiver to help me with bathroom, getting weighed, and getting on the table for exam, also driving me bc I can no longer drive, which none of the weighing or bathroom happened bc he was not with me. I took the doctors advice from the beginning of our initial meeting and found a primary at the HCA in Gainesville. Please be aware of this doctor if you have chronic disease.

Kae Kay Ten stars!! THIS. OFFICE. IS. TOP. NOTCH!! The Staff never disappoints. From the initial contact, to the appointment reminders, to making sure you are aware of any upfront costs, you will receive effective two-way communication. The staff is very professional, kind, courteous, polite, caring, and welcoming. To top it off, you are greeted with a SMILE!! Dr. Aichs level of care and chair-side manner is EXCEPTIONAL! She cares, listens, follows-up and "personally" calls you to answer your questions by telephone and in response to your emails sent to her through their Patient portal! Whether it be in the morning, evening or outside of business hours which is very rare!! You are never kept in the dark as to where you stand with your medical treatment and care. You are not just a number here, or another capital gain. Here, your care and health matters and it shows!! I highly recommend this location for all your family health and wellness needs!!

Kelli wallace Had the (mild procedure) spinal decompression surgery with Dr Lipnick and from start to finish (4 hours) everyone was superb. Dr. Lipnick is the best, first time in 3 years I have been basically pain free as far as leg pain, he is a miracle worker and I owe so much to him for helping me. I also wanted to mention the wonderful caring staff that was a pleasure to meet. Very professional and personable, they all made my experience a positive one. Thanks again to Kerri, Leigh, Melanie, Whisper and Kelsey.

Peter Beane I had surgery on both feet this morning. The staff is top-notch. Everything went smoothly from the minute I arrived until I left. Dr. Scott Goldstein was great. Hes very good at explaining the process in terms that I understood, and he made me feel comfortable undergoing these two surgeries. Im very pleased he performed the surgeries. And a special "thank you" to all nurses for what you do every day.

Rachael Adams I brought my friend to have her surgery. The front desk did not even acknowledge that we had came in the door. We stood there for 5 minutes while she was fumbling through paperwork. She seriously looked liked she either hated her job or the patients she was dealing with. The nurses were ok except for the one who didnt know how to insert an IV and the one that was extremely rude. We also heard another nurse tell a patient to hurry up and get dressed because she needed the bed. That told me everything I needed to know about this place. I for one would never recommend anyone take themselves or their loved ones there. I really hope that this is taken seriously and that they do better. Patients are not just numbers.

Laura Colon I recently had a knee surgery performed by Dr Farr here at the surgery center. I was incredibly nervous due to this being my first surgery and the entire staff made me feel so at ease. My nurse was fantastic- she was so sweet, caring, and supportive. The anesthesiologist was amazing. He took great care to make sure I was comfortable and talked through any of my concerns. Highly recommend this place for outpatient surgery.

Jeremy Gee Just had a surgical procedure done a couple of weeks ago and everything went well and I couldn’t have been happier with the staff that I came in contact with with there for my operation as well as the emergency visit beforehand. Everyone was extremely supportive and helpful and showed that they really care about the patients that come in that building. The only bad experience was with the anesthesiologist who, instead of giving me a rundown of what his plans were, shamed me for not having insurance and a primary care physician. He argued that I had high blood pressure and I tried telling him my nerves are through the roof right that second because I was about to have my first surgery and he claimed there was no way for me to know that because I haven’t been tested for high blood pressure. I’m mean, every other time in my life anyone has ever taken my blood pressure has said it was great, but he didn’t want to hear it. How about just relay what you’re going to do for the procedure and don’t rile me up to where I want to punch you right before my surgery and everyone can be happy.

Cassandra Morris Terrible hospital. Theres no communication between the staff, the doctors and correctly relaying information to the patient. No general surgeon on Friday. No MRI texts on the weekend. They knowingly were understaffed and could not perform medical capabilities. Convinced me to stay when I easily could have been transferred to another hospital to get everything taken care of. Instead my stays been dragged out over 3 days with little progress. Would definitely suggest never going to this hospital. Im sure now Ill receive a generic response from the hospital. Read through the rest of the reviews and every other one is a one star and a poor review

Joyce Nuara Be aware of this hospital!!!! I went here due to grinding my teeth and a cracked tooth. The Dr misdiagnosed it as just an absess. It was Ludwig Angina, a rare and serious infection that can be life-threatening. He sent me home w just old school penicillin not even pain meds or a steroid pack. I followed his orders and it only got worse. I had to be in ICU for a week following emergency surgery. Thank God it wasnt this hospital. This would not have come to this point if the Dr actually listened to me and cared, was knowledge. He definitely was none of those. His lack of care, concern and knowledge almost killed me, no joke. Avoid this hospital at all costs!!!! They will end up killing you or making you worse!!! Do better!!! I work in health care also. I will advise everyone I know to avoid this horrible hospital. Im looking into a lawsuit honestly.

Wow !!! Im still amazed with her total and complete bedside manners! She informed us right away about our health issue . She spoke to us in laymans terminology and it was so easy to understand!! We just loved her ! Also the nurse that assisted her was KSS(initials ) , and she was very informative, kind , and very professional !!!! Also there was another nurse that administered the medication needed intramuscular and Im so sorry I dont remember her name but she was equally as kind ,and professional !! The whole team worked together like a well oiled machine! I will be singing their phases for a long time !! So thanks to all that took care of my husband ! The patient with the foot spurs!! Elizabeth Wilburn My review goes specifically to my provider, Jennifer Sinquefield. Myself, my husband, and my father all see her because she is such an amazing provider and we all love her. She has so many patients and I still feel like I have her full attention every visit. She is the only provider I’ve ever had that truly makes me feel heard, and that I truly feel tries to get to the root of an issue instead of just pushing it aside. I trust her judgement and her decisions 100%, and truly feel like she always has my best interest in mind. She is extremely knowledgeable and keeps herself up to date on so many medications, treatments, etc. I’d follow her to any practice she chose because she is truly just that good. I consider myself so lucky to be under her care. Providers like her are hard to find.

Tara Smith I had a sincerely poor experience with this office. I moved to FL from PA and this office seemed to be the best choice for my insurance. However, I went in for my first appointment and I could actually hear one of the nurses/NP’s/etc. talking about my ADHD, PTSD, and OCD medication outside of my door on the phone as if I was a complete basket case. For context, I am in my Master’s for clinical counseling and I work with disordered children’s in the public school system. I was disappointed that I had not yet even met my NP and they had made a quick judgement of me. Although my NP, Nicole DuMont, was very nice when she came in, it seemed as if I was more knowledgeable on my medications and the interactions than she was. I am on Buspirone for anxiety, but she recommended a triptan for migraines. My BP coming into the office was only 90/70, and then she recommended a beta-blocker for my tachycardia symptoms since I have orthostatic hypotension. I told her they were severely contraindicted on both fronts and she did agree, but it was concerning nonetheless. They have in-house cardiology, but I was treated less than in that department too. My cardiologist, Dr. Bipul Roy, asked if I had any heart conditions or a family history of heart issues. I told him that I have an incomplete RBBB, and a LAFB, and he said “that is not a heart condition,” and continued to tear apart my diagnosis. When he did an EKG, he said I did not have an IRBBB, but I was in the hospital shortly after our visit for palpitations and my IRBBB and LAFB was still completely intact. I switched to HCA Ocala Primary Care and I am treated like a human being by people that are knowledgeable in their field. Overall, I genuinely would not recommend this practice based on my personal experience.

Andrea K. Bednarz I have been seeing Melissa F. at OFMC for a few years now and I can say without a doubt that she is wonderful and one of the most caring, thorough providers I’ve ever had. She is always responsive when I need something through the portal and explains everything during your appointments. She runs on time as well and her MA is very nice too. I can’t say enough nice things about her.

Sarah Boyd EDITING TO ADD- Look that this offices response. It’s so unprofessional and ridiculous. If they delete, I can always post it. They managed to call me after my review and tell me I was over $400 due for a refund. Funny that happens AFTER my review. Bet I would’ve never been told that info if it wasn’t for my post on here. It’s also funny the response was made almost exactly after Dr. Wood left- she was the only positive part of this place. Wish she was staying local. I HIGHLY suggest staying away from this practice. Dr. Wood was FABULOUS. Any questions I had she answered, I felt so comfortable with her monitoring me and my child. She made my labor so comfortable and motivated me to keep going. Postpartum wise she has continued to stay on top of my blood levels and everything else. She has been an absolute dream of a doctor! However the low rating is due to the staff in this office- that’s another story. They don’t answer the phone 90% of the time, they requested my global fee for the delivery at 10.5 weeks , it was due a couple weeks after. (We are talking almost $2,000 they expected me to just pull out of thin air - not sure why you don’t get more time to pay this.. More times than I can count did I see the front desk staff being HIGHLY rude and disrespectful to patients. I have been directly billed at time of service for ultrasounds 2x when my insurance paid it out, still awaiting my refund for the second one I paid for out of pocket. I once waited almost 2 hours to be called back and another hour until anyone came in to see me in the room. The place is a disaster overall and I will be switching for my gyno care as well as any future OB care.

We met Dr Riley recently and therefore understand that her dedication/love of her profession completely extends throughout the entire office staff. chosenoneholy1 Great hospital, employees(Nirses) pretty friendly. Out of all the hospitals I have to say is our number one choice. The only complaint that I have is that, we waited way to long for a room. People shouldn’t have to wait hours to get a room/admitted. I FEEL LIKE THEY WANTED THE CLOCK TO RUN FOR BILLING PURPOSE, ADMIN AND WHOEVER MAKES THE DECISIONS INCLUDING DR’s. Be honest and quicker on getting your patients into a room for emergency and upstairs when they are admitted, THANK YOU!! PS: I WOULD HAVE GIVEN 5 stars but there’s too much time wasted!

Waletha Garrett ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had to visit AdventHealth in Ocala, and I cannot say enough about the outstanding care I received from start to finish. From the ambulance transport team to the ER staff and nurses, everyone was professional, compassionate, and efficient. The EMS team arrived quickly, ensured I was comfortable, and communicated with me every step of the way. Once at the ER, the nurses and staff were incredibly attentive, making sure I was well taken care of and keeping me informed about my treatment. Their kindness and dedication truly made a stressful situation much more manageable. I’m grateful for the excellent care I received and highly recommend AdventHealth Ocala for their top-notch emergency services. Thank you to the entire team for going above and beyond!

fred rudloff My experience in the emergency room was excellent. The process was efficient and effective. The admin staff was skilled and professional. The emergency room doctor who cared for me knew his business and included me in his diagnosis. This is essential in my case because of my medical history. I would recommend this emergency room to anyone. However, when I was admitted, the nurse practitioner who determined the medications I was to take would have put my life at risk had I agreed to it. I could not comply due to my medical history. She would not speak to me so I could explain why I could not comply, nor would she agree to call my regular cardiologist so they could explain. So, the only alternative left to me was to check myself out and seek help elsewhere.

Salena Mclynn My grandfather was placed in this medical area of Advent health hospital while he was contagious with pneumonia. He was here a total of 9 days and in those 9 days the family stayed by his side waiting to see or even speak with a doctor on his condition. On that 7th day (Sunday) I demanded to see the doctor. When he finally came in for all of 5 mintues (standing in the doorway)to tell me my grandfather is only alive because of the machines. He came into that unit alive and coherent. He left that 9th day after sitting in his feces for hours on end for days and having diabetes tested at 299 for it to take the nurse 1 hour and 40 minutes to return with medicine to lower it. The doctor placed him on diabetes’ medicine that not only never lowered his insulin levels but plummeted his blood pressure. He left the hospital heading for hospice. I do not recommend this place. Your loved one’s deserve so much better.

carolyn L This place is not care about your loved one. They will let them lay in the room for an hour in their own poop when the patient is unable to even lift their arms to push the call button if they need help. The Patiets that cant talk or help themselves suffer alone and in silence. They starved my mother to death. Her body was having a hard time absorbing nutrients. Instead of trying to find a way to help her, they just gave up on her and let her starve. Even after having what was supposed to be a life-saving surgery. She was hungry and asking for food. it would have had to be fed through a tube but it would have been something. Coming in and seeing football on the TV which my mother hated... Was just so sad. At least she could have been listening to something enjoyable or peaceful as she lay there dying. My heart is just broken. Folks, if there is any way you can consult a functional medicine doctor... Please do. Get second opinions. Dont trust that this place has your loved ones best interest at heart. They are just a paycheck and another patient passing through.

They are just barely two weeks open and still have contractors putting finishing touches and tying up loose ends. The staff however are outstanding and are hard working getting comfortable in their new digs( facilities) , jobs and each other. As I was there only two days I do wish them all the best and with my health conditions probably will not be the last.

Luna Absolutely fabulous care. The nurse and doctor met me at the door, addressed my complaint, and got me out the door quickly. I absolutely appreciate their professionalism and kindness. One of the other nurses even pulled my medication and brought it in the room for me to expedite things. It was wonderful to see the teamwork. Thanks everyone!

Don Weiss On 12-16-24, I was advised to try this new hospital to see if they could alleviate the extreme back pain. As I entered the hospital, I was greeted by friendly staff members, namely Debbie and Later Kayla who couldnt do enough to help me. Nurse Katelyn arranged to have Dr. Zik treat me in a timely manner. In short, these professionals in this immaculate hospital were effective and are simply the best of the best, hence this review. Keep up the great work and thank you for being there for me.

Jody T ER provided a estimate for non insured self pay of $2000.00 for a 2 hour visit with a kidney stone. A CT, 2 pain meds, 1 to help break up stone, 1 bag of ringers. Bill on portal came @$3850.00, almost double!!!! $2000.00 an hour, really? I reached out and got a reply of you already got a discount! And a financial assistance form. As an uninsured, retired single person, this means Ill die with this bill. You all should be ashamed. This is why people dont go but maybe that solves the problem. Less to take care of. Had hips replaced non insured and it was WAY more cost effective, reasonable and significant procedure. Sad greed has taken over health care

J Austin NEVER AGAIN. If they give an "estimate bill" for self pay......ignore it. Your bill will be MUCH HIGHER. As in THOUSANDS more......NEVER AGAIN. Come on UF....seriously? Skip UF and go to Advent. They will work with you. UF wont.

Carla McCullough Luckily was quick getting to see a doctor in the ER. Attentive and professional. My wife (a nurse) said the triage gal that took my blood did not use proper protocol for drawing blood from me. I take blood thinners and still have a huge, hardened hematoma on my left arm. She acted angry when my wife tried to tell her she needed to apply pressure on my arm when she withdrew the needle. She wasnt prepared with a pressure dressing. Other than that pleased with my care

Ellie Jaynes This was my first visit to your ER. I was impressed with the friendly staff and professional service. My illness was diagnosed and I quickly received treatment. I was discharged with instructions and prescriptions. My only disappointment was with the woman at the front desk. She acted like I was intruding and pointed and grunted “log in”. She did not greet me or inquire whether I was able to use the kiosk.

Zanishia Wilson The staff at Advent were quick and knowledgeable. Explaining things as they went. I appreciate how they carefully handled my little one. Advent even called to make sure everything was fine after we left.

Sylvia Dudley All of the nurses and nurse techs, on the observation floor that took care of me , the patient in room 105 were wonderful. I wish that I could remember all of their names. The physical therapy staff were also great. The names that I remember are Suzie, Francis, Sheally, and Layla, because I had the most interaction with them. I think I bothered Suzie the most. She gave me a phone charger. All of th were absolutely Wonderful. Thank you to all of the staff members that took care of me.

Ashley DeLoach Advent Health Pediatric ER was by far the best hospital experience our family has ever had. Our youngest son was severely dehydrated, and the doctors and staff took wonderful care of him. This unit is specifically designed for children, the waiting room and the rooms were beautifully decorated in a fun and colorful way. We were so impressed with the level of care they gave us. We were seen almost right away by the doctor. Joy started an IV on my 3 year old with such ease. They gave him a transformer toy (his favorite) and let him watch ninja turtles on a tablet for the remainder of our visit. They even gave my older son a toy to take home, and snacks when he was antsy from waiting. Every person we encountered was compassionate and kind. 10 out of 10! Highly recommend!

Wesley Holiday Had to cancel a WIc appointment because my wife was hospitalized because of her pregnancy. Was told to call back as soon as baby was born and released we did. They schedule us for 6 weeks later (not happy but understandable) 1week before the appointment they call and cancel it saying they will be closed that day and rescheduled us over 100 days later. I called to try to get us the formula and a special shake for our toddler benefits at least been hung up on 3 times before ever getting to talk to someone waited a combined 5 hours on those 3 calls.

Kristi Stewart They handle alot of different things here. I went in to get my daughters shot records done as we just moved here from out of state. Cost $5 per child. Staff is super friendly, and helpful. They seemed to be a little short staffed, and it can get busy at times. Just be patient they are doing the best they can.

Kelly Heck Ive called several times. I usually get hung up on. I had an appointment for them to call me and they never did. Then I had an appointment for Friday. They werent even open! I drove all the way there to see an empty parking lot. They offer good benefits but are difficult to deal with. Just go in and talk to them in person so they cant ignore you. Good luck!

Aaron Moore Horrible hold and wait times, I called when the office opened and sat on hold for 1hour and 30 minutes. I have been calling since Monday. It would be very convenient for my wife and I to reschedule appts for WIC on the app.

Samantha Neaves They schedule over the phone appointments, you may as well tell them no youd prefer an in person on. I had one this morning at 9am, Noone called I waited a little bit of time just in case they got behind schedule and nothing. 9:30 I called and left a message, waited and Noone got back to me. So I decided to call and wait on hold in order to talk to someone, Im still on hold and its be an hour. Absolutely crazy how long they want you to be on hold and then by the time they answer the phone except you not to be upset.

stephanie Took my mother in on February 18th for what appeared to be a stroke alert cannot do MRIs because of a previous aneurysm which she has a coil in her brain so with that being said she was there for a few hours and started bleeding out of her rectum they talk so much about putting her on plavix a blood thinner which everybody knows that when you bleeding you dont give a patient plavix! She was there for a couple of days No one wanted to give her a blood transfusion they were going to allow her to have a very serious vascular surgery for carotid arteries before doing a colonoscopy. that being said she was there For a few days lost a lot of weight. Brought her home fetter bleeding stopped for a few days then she bled again took it a primary care Dr Juan Crespo who immediately took her hemoglobin blood work found that her blood work was at a 6.2 told me take her straight to the hospital I did not take her back to HCA. I took her to Advent health. Id like to say that doctor Taylor Lewis vascular surgeon is an amazing doctor I just pray to God that my moms procedure can be done at Advent health I will not be taking her back to HCA She would have never made it out of there alive

Thomas Holley My doctor sent me from his office to the hospital by ambulance. I was diagnosed with AKI (Acute Kidney Injury). It was hard for me to move so I was place in bed with the alarm activated. The only problem was that my nurse call button didn’t work so I had to yell. When no one answered, I had to get up and they would yell at me for getting up. I told them that the call button didn’t work. It took them 2 days to get it fixed. Other than that, everyone as well as everything was good. Nurses were the best, very attentive and caring, both the men and women. All who worked on the floor, showed care and compassion especially Head Nurse Holly whom checked on patients daily.

Jauregui-Rodriguez Maritzabel (Marutxi) I was there January 2 with my mother. She had an unbearable back pain. We experienced very uncaring and rude atmosfeer and personel. The nurse practioner was unkind, rude, not even polite or professional enough to introduce herself. We got there early but the "real emergencies had priority" we waited about 4-5 hours. During that time she was called several times for paper work and to put a caterer for IV if needed. They order a ct scan when we wanted to know why it was needed the same nurse practioner came so visible upset and rude, that after that my mother felt that we better didnt ask any more questions afraid that they will be treating her worst. Once called the assistant tha put the IV on her was also uncaring and rude. Patients shouldnt feel intimidated by this bad treatment specially when they are suffering and are in pain. In the waiting room someone was moaning in pain and throwing up and it was another patient who got a wheelchair for her, even though the receptionist was there. The only people that were kind and caring were the technicians at the CT scan. We wont never go back to such a place.
