Kasey Lemanski Dr. Sarah is the best primary care doctor Ive ever had, she listens and answers any questions and concerns I may have. The front desk is always nice and efficient making sure you never have to wait long to be seen. Very clean office and professional space.

Elizabeth Wilburn My review goes specifically to my provider, Jennifer Sinquefield. Myself, my husband, and my father all see her because she is such an amazing provider and we all love her. She has so many patients and I still feel like I have her full attention every visit. She is the only provider I’ve ever had that truly makes me feel heard, and that I truly feel tries to get to the root of an issue instead of just pushing it aside. I trust her judgement and her decisions 100%, and truly feel like she always has my best interest in mind. She is extremely knowledgeable and keeps herself up to date on so many medications, treatments, etc. I’d follow her to any practice she chose because she is truly just that good. I consider myself so lucky to be under her care. Providers like her are hard to find.

Tara Smith I had a sincerely poor experience with this office. I moved to FL from PA and this office seemed to be the best choice for my insurance. However, I went in for my first appointment and I could actually hear one of the nurses/NP’s/etc. talking about my ADHD, PTSD, and OCD medication outside of my door on the phone as if I was a complete basket case. For context, I am in my Master’s for clinical counseling and I work with disordered children’s in the public school system. I was disappointed that I had not yet even met my NP and they had made a quick judgement of me. Although my NP, Nicole DuMont, was very nice when she came in, it seemed as if I was more knowledgeable on my medications and the interactions than she was. I am on Buspirone for anxiety, but she recommended a triptan for migraines. My BP coming into the office was only 90/70, and then she recommended a beta-blocker for my tachycardia symptoms since I have orthostatic hypotension. I told her they were severely contraindicted on both fronts and she did agree, but it was concerning nonetheless. They have in-house cardiology, but I was treated less than in that department too. My cardiologist, Dr. Bipul Roy, asked if I had any heart conditions or a family history of heart issues. I told him that I have an incomplete RBBB, and a LAFB, and he said “that is not a heart condition,” and continued to tear apart my diagnosis. When he did an EKG, he said I did not have an IRBBB, but I was in the hospital shortly after our visit for palpitations and my IRBBB and LAFB was still completely intact. I switched to HCA Ocala Primary Care and I am treated like a human being by people that are knowledgeable in their field. Overall, I genuinely would not recommend this practice based on my personal experience.

Andrea K. Bednarz I have been seeing Melissa F. at OFMC for a few years now and I can say without a doubt that she is wonderful and one of the most caring, thorough providers I’ve ever had. She is always responsive when I need something through the portal and explains everything during your appointments. She runs on time as well and her MA is very nice too. I can’t say enough nice things about her.
