4 /5 Thomas Holley: My doctor sent me from his office to the hospital by ambulance. I was diagnosed with AKI (Acute Kidney Injury). It was hard for me to move so I was place in bed with the alarm activated. The only problem was that my nurse call button didn’t work so I had to yell. When no one answered, I had to get up and they would yell at me for getting up. I told them that the call button didn’t work. It took them 2 days to get it fixed. Other than that, everyone as well as everything was good. Nurses were the best, very attentive and caring, both the men and women. All who worked on the floor, showed care and compassion especially Head Nurse Holly whom checked on patients daily.
