Andrea Jones I have had multiple family (elderly at that) see this physician and have encountered multiple issues and it’s getting to point where it needs to be investigated. Someone with visible necrosis not being taken seriously and referred to a specialist. To threatening patients from seeking second opinions or new care. I am sick and tired of hearing of the elderly patients that visit this man being taken advantage of for their insurance and their complains not being heard. Please note this will be presented to the proper authorities for investigation.

Elena Pietrantonio Ive always had my blood drawn at Quest, it was just more convenient, but the last time I went I had a black and blue and pain for 3+ weeks. It was my first visit here and the next day, not a sign I had blood drawn, and 3 tubes not just one. The only drawback was not knowing how they operated. I had made an appointment but didnt know I had to tell them I had one, just figured they would see it when I checked in. Instead of in and out, I waited 45 minutes. If youre smart enough to make an appointment ahead of time, tell them you have one when you check in, I will next time.

Rachel Cartechine, MD - OB/GYN

Address: 3425 Bayside Lakes Blvd SE Suite 110, Palm Bay, FL 32909

(24) Reviews Rachel Cartechine, MD - OB/GYN:

Deavin Bowman I am so grateful to have Dr. Cartechine as my OB/GYN! From the very first appointment, Dr. Cartechine made me feel comfortable, heard, and cared for. They take the time to listen to my concerns and always provide clear, thoughtful explanations. I truly appreciate how knowledgeable, compassionate, and patient they are, making every visit stress-free and reassuring. The office staff is friendly and professional, and the overall experience has always been wonderful. Dr. Cartechine truly goes above and beyond for their patients, and I feel so confident in the care I receive. If youre looking for an OB/GYN who genuinely cares about your well-being, I highly recommend her, from one endometriosis and PCOS girly to another.

Charlie The worst gynecologist I have ever had. I cannot begin to describe how rude and patronizing she was to me for the year that I saw her. As an endometriosis patient with a poorly placed IUD and recurring cysts I needed frequent visits and ultrasounds. She was extremely dismissive the entire time, and told me repeatedly that surgery (diagnostic laparoscopy, which was recommended by two separate doctors before her) would be a waste of time. During my surgery (which she only agreed to do after I tried scheduling with a different doctor in the building), she found endometriosis but downplayed the severity and didnt even put the diagnosis in my records. Instead, she put anxiety disorder (something I had already been diagnosed with for years). Almost 4 years later, and the diagnosis is still not on my records unless the doctor is able to access surgery notes, which is absolutely ridiculous. She continued to downplay my symptoms and brush off the pain I was in, even after she placed an IUD. On the appointment notes for my IUD placement, she completely lied saying that it was an easy placement and that it was well tolerated. She couldnt get it in at first and I had to be rushed in for an ultrasound afterwards. I almost fainted and nearly vomited during it. I was later told by 2 other doctors that I shouldnt have even been considered for it. I had constant problems with the IUD and she brushed them off everytime and flat out told me I was overreacting and that I didnt have enough endometriosis to cause my symptoms. I went on to get an endometriosis excision with the Center for Endometriosis Care in Atlanta, GA, where they found endometriosis everywhere with scar tissue connecting my bowels, mishaping my appendix, and covering my bladder, ureters and ovaries. I wont fault Dr. Cartechine for not being an endo expert, but her treatment was absolutely reprehensible and the fact that she refused to put my actual diagnosis where it could be seen by my other providers in the network is unacceptable. Her appointment notes painted me as a liar and someone who was seeking drugs and attention. If you have a legitimate health concern go to anyone but her. I cannot put into words just how awful her treatment was and I hope no one else ever has to deal with that.

PK Rodgers Im not even sure where to begin. I thought I was receiving adequate care, but I guess billing is more important than my well-being. As stated by another reviewer, "terrible bedside manner." I was told that if I deliver at Holmes, "youre going to die." Im pretty certain that Rachel Cartechine transferred my care to Orlando out of spite. My delivery was so traumatizing that I have now lost all faith and trust in the medical system as a whole. I will now have to search for alternative options for any prenatal or gynecological care in the future. I hope I dont ever have to return to this practice for any reason.

Jada B Dr Cartechine is the best OBGYN I’ve ever seen. From the front desk to the nurses, Everton is so kind and helpful. Dr Cartechine was extremely patient with me during my entire pregnancy and I couldn’t be more grateful to have had her monitoring my health during this time. She always informs me of everything she can and it always helped me to feel a bit safer even though I was completely terrified on the inside. So happy my PCP recommended her because I truly don’t think I could’ve gotten such amazing care from anyone else.

Meghan Ball Unorganized and uncaring office. Dr Cartechine herself is nice and knowledgeable, but most of the interaction is with the staff, and Christine up front does not seem to care about the patients at all. The office is disorganized, has lost samples, and is not good at calling back. I called back in today because I didn’t have a refill for my old medication or the answers needed to start my new medication before the holiday weekend, and was made to feel like it was fault because the 3 days I gave them was not enough time for them to call back with answers on my treatment plan that was already in place. They told me there was no doctor backup for when Dr Cartechine was on call for the last 2 days and so they couldn’t get me answers or a refill. Without my medication I would have ended up in the ER. Thankfully, the Gateway location was able to explain everything to me about how to switch over to the new medication and they completed my refill (CVS had been sending refill requests for over a week). I will be switching to the Gateway location.

Pamela Moore At this time I will only give 1 star. When I first moved to Brooksville before this hospital was TGH my family and I always received the best care. All the staff members including the EMT staff went above and beyond with the care they provided. However today the bed side manner of the staff is complete and utterly rude. To tell someone that they cant be diagnosed and/or treated anymore and they should go some where else to find help is unacceptable. I was in tears and heart broken to receive this type of service. All I could do was to take my aches and pain with my head hung low and go home to deal with what I thought the ER could help with....Severe muscle spasms. Shame on you TGH Brooksville!!! It is supposed to be about your patients, not the MONEY.

Mackenzie Torres Last night, I endured some of the most intense pain Ive ever felt. My parents drove me to Tampa General Brooksville, where I was checked in immediately. However, I had to wait 45 minutes in a completely empty waiting room before anyone triaged me, all while dealing with this severe pain. The front desk staff was unhelpful and very rude when we asked for assistance, so we decided to leave and go to Oak Hill Hospital. There, I was quickly checked in, triaged, and within minutes was in a room and having a CT scan. After this experience, I will never return to Tampa General Brooksville again and will steer my friends and family away from there.

Kimberly Clark I am currently at Tampa General Brooksville. I have been here since Friday. I have experienced doctors reading me the results of a different patient. They were at the wrong bed the med cart trying to give him medication wrong bed again the lady next to me they’re doing the same to her that we’re trying to give her my meds or read my test results wrong bed. Yesterday the doctor forgot me in my room when he was making his rounds and they had to call him from another floor. Today the doctor came in while I was getting a EKG and he said he would be back Around and never came back to see.me. A man died the other night on a cold blue they were running from everywhere. Their family was devastated out in the hall and I heard a nurse running down the hall saying I read the wrong chart. I read the wrong chart over and over. This is very disturbing to me. This hospital needs to get their stuff together. I have also had some wonderful nurses . And some not so good,

Marissa Brought my son to the emergency room last night and sat in the waiting room for 3 hrs to receive treatment. When asked why we werent allowed a room in the ER but 2 other patients that walked in were brought back and placed in a room I was advised they had an ACTUAL emergency and that they cant tell me their emergency. I didnt ask their emergency, I asked why my sick child and I werent privileged enough to be put in a room. Im also pretty educated in HIPAA, so I found the nurses words to be insulting. I am also immune compromised and dont need to be exposed to other people. Every time I have been to this hospital there has been some type of issue and lack of concern or empathy. I dreaded going here but after a long day and late night decided to stay close to home. Never again!! I will travel to citrus or pinellas next time.

Ina Dearing It has taken me a long time to find the words of gratitude to describe my visit on August 30, 2024. I was visiting Florida, a long way from home, when I fell ill with pain and found my way to Tampa General Hospital. I was experiencing pain I’d never experienced before. I was in fear and unable to focus except for the thought of hoping someone could help me. The moment I entered the parking lot, I was curled up in pain, and without hesitation a young woman ran out of the hospital with a wheelchair to escort me into the building. I was attended to and surrounded by wonderful professionals from the very beginning of my visit. I received extensive education in regards to the medications I was due to receive. Every question was answered and every fear was put to ease. My physical needs due to my inability to perform on my own were met gracefully by my nurse, Fritzner. He went above and beyond. During my time of feeling fear I also felt love and support. He prepared me for my x-ray and CT scan. That’s where I encountered care from Lynda Kotlarek. I was so afraid and she covered me with warmth through blankets and care which in return helped me calm down. She spoke to me with calmness and grace. I was concerned about my imaging results, causing my anxiety to overrule my body’s reaction which caused me to shake. She was so patient with me and was able to explain findings to me in detail to help me be put at ease. The kindness in her eyes is something I will never forget. I want to thank the hospital staff I crossed paths with that day but most of all I want to thank Fritzner and Lynda for not only doing their jobs but being so compassionate with their livelihood. I am so grateful and hold so much love in my heart for them. With gratitude, Ina D

Walker Smith The RN Beth J at trauma center is the only nurse has kindness and care for people. Please let her know please and she deserves a big reward if management noticed. Most staff are rude ,careless, unorganized and ignorant ,also don’t know how to do their job. If you are dying, sincerely do not recommend this hospital. Ringing emergency button would not bring someone’s attention for 10-45 mins. They are so busy for all the rooms and patients, literally no time for giving great care or service for individual needs. Coffee shop is nice but not 24/7. Meal is actually good from hospital everyday has something new.

Jamie Rajca I just gave birth at this hospital and I had a really great experience. All of the nurses, doctors, and staff members were really awesome. They were very attentive, caring, and supportive. I felt like I was heard and they respected all of my birthing wishes to best of their abilities. They also believed my pain and treated me appropriately for it. But I have to specially say my L&D nurses Tammy and Danny were absolutely phenomenal. They took such great care of me. The food at the hospital is pretty decent and you can pick what you want and they also prepare a special dinner for new parents. All in all if I were to decide to have another baby I would definitely choose here to deliver again.

Carlos Figueroa Horrific Experience at HCA Florida Osceola Hospital – Avoid This Place Like the Plague My wife went in for a simple outpatient surgery that should have taken less than an hour. It was scheduled for 11 AM, but the surgery didn’t even begin until almost 1:30 PM—even though we arrived earlier than they had asked us to. No one bothered to explain the delay or keep us informed. After the surgery, things only went downhill. For five hours, we received no updates beyond being told she was out of surgery. I repeatedly asked for information and even requested to speak to a charge nurse, but no one seemed to care. It was like talking to a wall. Worst of all, at 2 PM, the nurse receptionist lady left, and for over four hours, there was no one at the receptionist desk in the surgical wing. Families were left completely in the dark with no idea who to contact for updates or answers to their questions. The sheer lack of organization and empathy is shocking. The staff here is unprofessional, dismissive, and completely out of touch with what it means to care for people. They are inconsiderate and forget that they are in the people business. If you value your health and sanity, avoid HCA Florida Osceola Hospital at all costs. Go to AdventHealth or any other facility where patients and their families are treated with dignity and respect.

Carol A Asamoah SnowBird here. I hesitated to go to the ER because I thought the discomfort would just go away. After a few hours, however and not being able to get a comfortable sleep, I went the following morning. The service I received was awesome! I felt the entire staff paid attention to details I provided from the very first person to the last person I interacted with. EVERYONE was pleasant, kind, friendly, concerned and thoughtful of my feelings and nervousness (not knowing what was happening to me medically). I left the hospital feeling I would be alright after all tests were completed. Yes, I have a few issues that will need to be addressed when I return to my home state (PA), but I know that if I need any additional help, they are there and willing to step in while Im in town. Excellent and thorough service from beginning to end. Highly recommended for your emergency care when needed.

Cory Nason I wish you could give a negative review for how crappy of a practice this is. My son went 11 years with an undiagnosed hernia that was only found by another doctor. While using them my 3 month old had a box dropped on her head, we rushed in for them to take a look only to be told they were too “busy” to make sure nothing was seriously wrong with her. I hope this practice gets shut down. None of the nurses are pleasant, none of the receptions are caring. Stay away!

Cassandra Nemours advertises that they’re in contract with Tricare but they’re actually not. They’ve been made aware but they’re not willing to correct the statement. If you’re a military family, you will get charged out of network prices. On most of the days I’ve called, it’s difficult to get through on the phone to make an appointment. My voicemails asking for an appointment have never been returned. We have access to the kindest providers here though. They really do seem to care and they take time to ask questions and listen to any concerns about my children’s health.

Wanda Velez Review for Dr. Enas Iskander: A Disappointing Experience I had a highly disappointing experience with Dr. Enas Iskander. Her demeanor was incredibly rude, and her medical approach felt outdated. From the moment we stepped into her office, I felt judged and stressed as a parent. Dr. Iskander asked if my 2-year-old daughter knew how to count to 3 or identify geometric shapes. There are numerous ways to assess developmental milestones, and these questions seemed arbitrary and inappropriate for her age. What truly shocked me was her recommendation to stop breastfeeding my daughter due to concerns about cavities, despite the fact that my daughter does not have cavities. Our pediatric dentist never mentioned this as an issue. Furthermore, she claimed that breastfeeding was causing my daughter to lack proper nutrition, despite the fact that my daughter eats a well-balanced diet with protein, vegetables, and nutrient-dense foods. Dr. Iskander only asked if my daughter was eating three times a day, without considering the quality of the food. Additionally, my husband and older son have several food allergies and sensitivities. When I expressed concerns that my daughter might have similar issues and requested an allergy test, Dr. Iskander incorrectly attributed my daughters diarrhea to breastfeeding. She effectively denied my daughter necessary medical services based on her outdated views on breastfeeding. Lastly, Dr. Iskander made an uninformed comment about why my daughter does not sleep through the night, adding to my frustration. Overall, I cannot recommend Dr. Iskander due to her lack of professionalism, outdated practices, and judgmental attitude. Parents deserve a pediatrician who is supportive, knowledgeable, and up-to-date with current medical standards. Not to mention it took them 48 minutes to be seen. Do not go to this place, not worth it if you really care for your kids health

Laelle Spoly If your child needs help with medical help at school such as 504 plan. The location on Wickham Rd does not help at all. Send referrals thats out of my child age group and will not help. Receptionist are rude and talk about customer in front of you. Poor customer service and help for your kids. Finally got all documentation done without the help and all I need is a signature. The doctor refused to sign. Says they need 7 days to read a paper and sign it so my child gets help with a 504 plan at school. I had Silver Palm called to let them know I was coming and they still did not help. Waited 20 minutes for the Doctor to leave and not even look at the paper. Do what is best for the kids but they do not care obviously.

Britny Chancey I have been taking my daughter here for about 12 years we had a really hard time finding a good pediatrician especially one who will get your sick child in at a moments notice (my daughter had 103 fever when she was 2 months old and my old pediatrician couldnt get her in for 2 weeks !) I ended up taking her to the ER instead . After a friend recommended this office and I have used it since . My son who is now 5 also goes here and the staff is great with the exception of Dr. Farid and I believe his wife which is strange since they own it I will not let my children see either of them. Luckily there are plenty of other doctors in the office who are amazing and kind. The only down side is since they never turn you away if your child is sick the front desk seems to be slammed alot. Ive seen alot of comments saying they are rude and I just dont think that is the case I think at times they just have so many patients checking in calls ect that they are rushed becaus whenever its slower they are always super talkative and friendly. I think they may need additional help and definitely deserve a raise though. Even with receptionist I would have given 5 Stars but since Im not comfortable with the owner I gave the 4

Carlos Puig Avoid this place!! I have been waiting for my appointment with Alejandra Guevara Mendez (Urologist) for over a month and half and finally received some forms several days ago to speed the process checking in and charge ahead to my credit card to speed check in. With under 24 hours until my appointment, Carrie, from the office, called me to tell me than they needed to reschedule my appointment.. When I ask her, well can you get me there like now or today so Doctor Alejandra goes do whatever she need to do she replied no. The reschedule day was nearly 2 weeks later. When I asked why the change was necessary this late, Carrie said to me, verbatim: "NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS" when I replied "WTF" Carrie said to me she is going to hang the phone because I am swearing and being rude and my reply to her was "ME"? ? "None of your business" is pretty much the rudest reply possible. Making the long history short; -Health First: your staff can benefit from some education training on customer service. There are plenty of places I can go. Alejandra Guevara Mendez: You should not cancel an appointment with in a day. You may get me in the day before or try to accommodate me a time not another 9 days after waiting almost 2 months because you didnt know you have some training. If the situation was reversed and I cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment, I would be charged. IN FACT, I was already charged. I hope the call was recorded and will be reviewed to verify my account. 09/24/24 10:20am to 10:25am approximately.

Im on Medicare advantage and cant afford these higher costs. So no matter how I feel about my doctors it looks like I will be shopping around in October.

Ryan OConnor Dr. Dalton extremely unprofessional. God complex and extremely condescending. Hippocratic oath doesnt seem to be a part of this doctors protocol. Punishment and judgment should not be a physicians main character traits. When a doctor changes another doctors orders then says you you as a patient. "I do not care about your pain. I am not here to treat your pain. After running $50k worth of test that clearly show pain and document pain. If you have option to choose a different doctor. Do yourself a favor askf or another doctor. Doctors are supposed to be of service and treat the patient and have at least a ounce of compassion. This doctor has none

Now, my brother is her patient and I will be following through with him every step. I will write reviews as needed. I called her office today to find out biopsy results and had to leave a message. I am waiting for a call back. That is acceptable to me since I know they are busy. Updates to come.....I have faith my call will be returned today.

Melissa Crapser Two years ago, Dr. Quander called me from her car phone. I didn’t see her again until the procedure room at the hospital. Two years later, I have an Endo and colonoscopy saw her for literally 1 min. and asked me in the OR if I wanted the endoscopy. I said your PA suggested it so I’m assuming I need it. I told her I was not aware it was a choice. She goes. Oh OK. Not knowing anything about me I don’t even feel confident she read my chart. That was the last time I saw her. never spoke to my husband and told him what went on post procedure, which is unacceptable. Had complications post colonoscopy, The operator got ahold of the hospitalist at the hosp., told the operator to have me come into the ER, still no call from Dr. Quander….called office manager, told her I needed info. on what was done, and have questions. She said they would see about it at the office, The PA’s name isn’t even on the recording for her even working there. so it’s secondhand info. whether you need a procedure or not. Ended up in the ER that night, bleeding after a colonoscopy is never good and the triage nurse was the one that told me what had been done in same day 2 hrs. prior. No word from Dr. Quander following up since I had complications after the procedure. Very, very poor way to deal with the patient with questions.

Chanda Jones If I could give -5 stars I would. She is completely awful as is her staff. They do not care about patient health and well being. I have had her as a doctor for 1.5 years and the medication I was on is no longer on my formulary. So I reach out to them to have something else prescribed and I was told via messaging that I need to call the insurance and find out what they can prescribe. That is the doctors/nurses job not mine. Why is it my responsibility as the patient to call my insurance and find out what can be prescribed? Why do I need a doctor if I have to do it on my own? Horrible customer service.

Yaritza Deleon-Ventura Dr.Quander is absolutely terrible in my opinion. I also see that many people agree in these reviews as well... The first time I had ever met this lady was in the beginning of January 2022 and its because she was performing a colonoscopy on me that was ordered by another provider. Even back then I had thought she was a tad bit rude from the brief moment she introduced herself but I thought maybe it was just super early in the morning and that she needed some time to wake up. I had an appointment scheduled with her for yesterday, since she had sooner availability than my normal provider. At first she was fine but once I expressed some concerns she started being very condescending and rude. She was not listening to what I was saying at all and kept trying to tell me that I am fine. She kept telling me that shes been a Dr. her whole life, I can go get a 2nd opinion if Id like, at the end of the day she makes money off procedures so if thats what I want to do then go for it, etc. Would not recommend nor see again!

Teresa Main Highly recommend Victoria Pospisil...I have struggled with mild depression and anxiety for years and seen various therapists with some success. I moved to Melbourne Beach and found Victoria Pospisil and it has changed my life. She listens attentatively, she tells me what I need to hear (not what I want to hear), she helps me make sense of stuff and figure out solutions that I am capable of, and she points out my progress. She is amazing and my life is so blessed by her presence. She is busy (arent all mental health counselors today) and sometimes late for an appointment (arent we all) but she shows up and is fully engaged. The few minutes I might have to wait are not deducted from my time with her. I have seen many therapists and for me, Victoria Pospisil is the best.

David Jones I have had good experiences with them, they have an Amazing staff, great Doctors and nurses, but I have also heard of others falling through the cracks of this Monopoly. The bureaucracy is the problem, not, in my experience, the staff. The monopoly that Health First has on Brevard has caused them to get lazy, could be a week before test results are delivered, a severe disconnect between Doctors and patients, so much bureaucracy and scheduling problems that this whole hospital system fails to do what my previous family practitioner could do in 25% of the time, hours on hold, only running banking hours, could be a full week before you can see anyone, and theyre occasionally rude about it... Healthcare options arent this limited in other areas...Bring competition back to Brevard and end this Monopoly of Over scheduled and under serving Doctors.

Hannah McQueen t really takes a lot for me to post a negative review. I am much more oriented toward leaving positive reviews and building people/businesses up. However, my recent experience warranted warning others about. I went into my visit after being sick with flu-like symptoms for five days, during which time I was unable to do anything but sleep, be sick, and hydrate. I missed a lot of work hours, which I currently really need, and have hardly been able to take care of any "real life" stuff around the house. After waking up on the fifth day and realizing I was not getting any better, I decided I needed to go to urgent care. When I showed up, I was the only person in the waiting room. The front desk girl was talking about her personal problems with a coworker and, when a woman came in requesting her husbands medical records, the front desk girl said she did not know where she put them. This should have been my first clue. After waiting for 45 minutes, I was finally showed to a room. (Again, I was the only person there.) The practitioner who came to see me (after another 15-20 minutes) didnt even look at me before saying, "Nice to meet you," which is funny, because just a month ago she turned me away because she was incapable of stitching up my bleeding finger. I told her my experience, and she said she would prescribe me a pill to "control the symptoms." Exhausted, in physical discomfort, and deeply aware that "controlling symptoms" is not a cure for something that was probably very curable, I requested that she perform some sort of test to shed a little more light on the situation. I had already been taking over-the-counter medications and doing "everything right" in terms of resting, hydrating, eating bland foods, etc. She made me feel unreasonable for requesting this, but sent someone to draw blood anyway. She also told me she would write me a prescription for something stronger than OTC medicine. Shout out to Adam, the tech who did a great job seeing me as a human while drawing blood. After they took blood, I went to the pharmacy. The pharmacy said they did not receive the Rx. Nothing too unusual about that, as I had just left the clinic, so I decided to wait a few hours. I went to the pharmacy the first thing in the morning the next day and the doc still hadnt sent over the prescription she had promised to send. I called the office, and spoke to the front desk girl (same one as the day before). She told me she was looking through my chart, and that there was no record of the practitioner sending anything to the pharmacy, and that she saw that I had "been a problem" for the practitioner. (While I definitely expressed my disappointment that the practitioner was not interested in helping me find the root of my illness but rather wanted to superficially prescribe me a lateral move Rx for managing my symptoms, I also did apologize if I came across as harsh and explained it was because I was on my last leg, physically, mentally, and emotionally--AS IVE BEEN EXTREMELY ILL.) She was no help whatsoever, and basically said she couldnt do anything because the practitioner from the day before (I believe her name is Kelly) was not in and therefore could not send the prescription. When I did not concede to this as a final answer, I was put on the phone with Amina (?) who said she would put me through to the practitioner on duty. The reason I am giving two stars instead of one is for Jill, the doctor who actually looked at my circumstances, followed through with sending a prescription, and clarified that my results showed that yes, I am indeed fighting a bacterial infection that needs medication in order to go away. She was extraordinarily patient with me and understanding of my poor experience with the negativity at the front desk and the lack of follow through with the other practitioner. If you are in need of medical care, dont waste your time at this location with anyone, unless Jill is working. The whole "do no harm" thing seems to be taking a back seat to what is convenient and easy for most of the staff.

Erica Cioffi From the moment I walked into the ED department of Palm Bay hospital I had a warm friendly welcome. My RN Kimberly that took care of me is kind, warm compassionate and caring. She listened to me, and wanted to get down to the route of the problems and symptoms I was having. She gave me alot of insightful advice, she made sure she was diligent and checked me on me multiple times throughout my visit. Asking if I needed anything. When she gave me my ultrasound results she teared up with me telling me I have a pregnancy that was viable after having multiple miscarriages. She is a sweetheart, and an angel sent from above who really cares and takes pride in her work. I am so grateful to have had her as my nurse. Thank you 1,000 times Kimberly for all you’ve done for me! ❤️❤️❤️

Lynz The good: I dropped a 25 lb weight on my toe and split it in half. Service was pretty quick. The staff was caring, and attentive. The attending Dr, Stephanie Rittenhouse did an excellent job of sewing my toe back together. The orthopedist said it was the best ER repair job hed seen. The Xray tech was kind and gentle. The attending nurse was absolutely awesome, talking through the procedure. The bad: I bled profusely in the parking lot, and let the front desk staff know there was blood in the ER entrance and it was still there after I left a few hours later. Seems like a bit of a health hazard. The ugly: because of covid the security guard at the door made me leave my 12 year old son unattended and unsupervised outside of the hospital. Thank GOD my sister was close by and was able to come get him or I might have had to choose between getting my toe repaired or letting my child sit outside by himself. The hospital policy is one visitor per person in the ER and I was not in a fit state to be able to argue with the security guard (I kept going in and out of lucidity) when he told my son to leave the ER entrance. This seems like a huge security issue, and potentially a lawsuit waiting to happen if a minor is injured because they are left outside, separated from a parent.

angel diaz My family and I were hit by a BIG rig truck and brought into the ER by ambulance. The ER staff are so insensitive. My wife grabbed new gloves from the ER because she is immunocompromised and one of the RNs threatened to physically remove them from her if she did not take them off. She refused and they called security on her. While my daughter and I were getting X-Rays, they said for her to leave my son who is an autistic, non-verbal child alone in the room. They said "No one wants to steal him". They were yelling at her and had no empathy, sympathy nor any concern for her well-being. This has caused my wife extra emotional distress, knowing that she already had high blood pressure because of the crash. These unprofessional individuals do not deserve the title of RN. Avoid this hospital at all costs. They care more about money than about the patients well-being.
