5 /5 Theresa Smith: You have good doctors and then you have not so good doctors. We are one for one but next time. I know that they have numbing cream. I will never again let them us a needle for numbing before the numbing cream.

4 /5 Elena Pietrantonio: Ive always had my blood drawn at Quest, it was just more convenient, but the last time I went I had a black and blue and pain for 3+ weeks. It was my first visit here and the next day, not a sign I had blood drawn, and 3 tubes not just one. The only drawback was not knowing how they operated. I had made an appointment but didnt know I had to tell them I had one, just figured they would see it when I checked in. Instead of in and out, I waited 45 minutes. If youre smart enough to make an appointment ahead of time, tell them you have one when you check in, I will next time.
