Amanda Lopez Its funny how you treat locals or customers for that matter, your front staff called my daughter badgering her because she wouldnt change her appointment time that was already established for Personal reasons, and just now the manager called my daughter to yell at her to take down her review or she would be cancelling her appointment. As someone who has worked in a surgery center this type of treatment is egregious and disgusting please do better with your patients and members of this community, someone at management level should be better understanding at customer service and patient need. Thankfully the doctors treating her are amazing but should take note how this type of treatment reflects on their business, Hopefully the future of this center will be better staffed with quality management in the future.

Taylor Stubbs I had a good experience with this surgery center overall. Dr. Blass was exceptional, and the surgery went smoothly. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive both before and after the procedure, readily answering any and all questions. The only reason I didnt give a full five stars is due to the post-op process. While not terrible, it could be improved. Patients arent allowed to see their spouses or significant others immediately after the surgery. Instead, the staff bring the recovering patient out front and instruct you to get your car. I insisted on seeing my wife because I knew she would be disoriented from the anesthesia. Im glad I did because they were giving her important post-op and recovery information that she couldnt fully comprehend. Consequently, I missed some details because she later couldnt recall everything they told her. This is my main concern with their post-op process: vital information is given to patients when they are not in the best state to retain it. I believe the center should either allow significant others into the post-op area or have a nurse come out to explain everything and provide an opportunity for questions. The current approach feels rushed. Despite the post-op experience, we had a great experience in all other respects. I would recommend this center and would choose it again.

Southernmost Surgery and Veins Clinical Dept I had the pleasure of having a procedure done at the surgery center. The entire staff were incredibly sympathetic during my stressful situation. I was well informed from everyone during every step of the way!!! The staff and my doctor Blass were so informative and caring and really put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend their services and I want to thank everyone there for a great job! David E

Derrald Banz Not impressed!!!!!! My husband was scheduled for a 30 minute procedure. I did NOT hear a word for OVER 3 hours!!!! No updates NOTHING! Finally I get a phone call to meet them outside the building!! Wow!!! No conversation about his instructions or recovery. I have never seen anything like this in my life.

Tim Fedlam NP Mary Turner is one of my favorites. Shes knowledgeable, thorough and great at her job. The rest of the staff is very friendly and helpful as well. Great primary care facility.

Fanny Vera the brunette receptionist of the E- dental clinic suite, is the rudest person and with the least vocation that exists in this place, for the second time she gave me an appointment with wrong dates, and instead of solving the problem she just turned her eyes sneered at me and continued talking to his staff as if I didnt exist, and making a rude gesture with his hand suggesting that I leave. a woman who apart from being rude has a very bad presence. she very unprofessional she is receptionist. lousy customer service. rude

jamleck dorlean I want to leave a heartfelt review for a Haitian lady working at Womankind in Key West. I remember when we went to that hospital because my wife was having a serious problem with her uterus—something beyond what we could afford. This woman referred us to The Good Health Clinic and handled everything for us. After all the tests, The Good Health Clinic discovered that my wife had cancer. They took care of everything from A to Z. I want to say thank you to this amazing woman and to The Good Health Clinic for the incredible work youre doing in the world.

El Kratzador Have had a great experience here across 2 visits. My concerns were heard and not immediately dismissed like they have been at other doctors and they took the time to administer compassionate and appropriate care. I cant recommend them enough.

Gwendolyn831 They can be a little disorganized sometimes.There was one nurse who was a bit rude a couple years ago. However aside from that, I’ve never had a bad experience here. I’ve gone here for birth control services, been seen pretty quickly upon arrival and had great care. I am so glad they are here in the keys

Robin Nilsson cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Sharon Ward - from the moment I stepped into the office, I could feel the care and compassion that radiates from her and her team. Dr. Sharon is not only an incredibly skilled and knowledgeable OB/GYN but also someone who truly cares about her patients and the community she serves. Her professionalism and attention to detail are unmatched, and she always takes the time to listen and address any questions or concerns. She makes you feel seen, heard, and valued, which is rare and so appreciated. Beyond her expertise, Dr. Sharon is family-oriented and has a warm, welcoming demeanor that immediately puts you at ease.

Sugarloaf Sanctuary No test results after 1 month , no one answers the phone. Poor office help. Its been a month since my test, i never received a phone call regarding the results or the card i filled out to send if everything id ok. I tried to call several dozen times, but no one answered the phone. Also, Its baffling how customers or staff dont wear masks when entering a doctors office. I can understand people not caring about their own health thats apparent looking around the US, but not caring about others, especially when theyre there to help folks, is rude and insulting. If its a right vs. left thing, then they are purely ignorant.

Maggie DeMond Asking for an appointment with a specific provider, got there and they switched who i would see. That provider couldnt help me, but said the surgeon would be able to do a zoom call because I live 50 miles away. When i went to make that appointment i was told they could not. When i asked for the medication i was also denied. The point of the appointment was to get the medication but because they couldnt communicate i was not able to get it. Communicate in the office needs to improve. I would recommend going to another place that communicates. Womankind is much more helpful and on time.

j dibsky I LOVE Dr. Ward. When I first switched to her, she fixed an issue that had been giving me pain for years that my previous doctor kept misdiagnosing. She spends a lot of time with you, and she is extremely knowledgeable and addresses your overall health, not just gynecological. She makes you very comfortable and is easy to talk to. The office staff is great too. Im very grateful to have been referred to Dr. Ward.

Tom Traynor This has to be the worst, unhelpful VA Medical facility I have ever been to. They told me at least 6 times they could not help me. Not once did they say they could help. Told me I would have to drive to Miami to get blood drawn. There was not one patient there, just me and 4 employees. They acted as if I ruined their day by showing up. This is the service I get for 20 years service.

John Parce It is impossible to contact the Clinic by phone. The administrative staff is not interested in answering calls, only in maybe replying to your voice mail message. The administrative staff is slow in making appointments and in processing referrals. You, the Patient, will have to follow up on everything. Unfortunately, this means having to visit the clinic to make sure all is well as the administrative staff does not answer the phone and may take days to reply to your voice mail. The nurses are very professional, though one has a listening problem caused most likely by constantly talking over Patient. The doctors are excellent. The waiting room is always a mess.

Freddie Pippin I am a 100% disabled veteran. While on vacation in Key West my knee became swollen to the point I could not sleep or walk (only hobble). At 8 am I arrived at the VA outpatient clinic. Upon entering a gentleman ask how can I help you. I informed him I would like to see a Dr. about my knee condition. He asked my last name and last four. He appeared to pull up my information on the computer. Afterwards he informed me that the Dr that provided for walk-ins transferred to Miami so they had no one to see me. Asked if I had Tri-card and informed me that I should go to Advanced Emergency Care in Key West and use my insurance. 6/12/2019

FurrySourceCode That doctor is garbage. Anyone claiming its his sense of humor is also garbage. He refuses to fill out things on the computer, claimed that a skin doctor "wouldnt care" after writing a "ref" that was just my name on a piece of paper and to add insult to injury said things about my family life that would have him counting his teeth to make sure he had them all if it was a normal person. He even came to work in his boxers after a back surgery. If he keeps it up one of these days his medical license is gonna be revoked like that other one who butchered my grandpas knee. That or he may end up like that doctor who had half an ear for a reason that used to work for depoo.

Jack DeVan I ended going to this office because they took my insurance and accepted walk-ins; bad decision. Walked out feeling like I paid for a bad joke. This doctor is down right condescending, rude, and has no business dealing with people; inappropriate all around. After blowing through some medical issues I wanted to discuss, the whole time answering with his short condescending answers, (and possibly wrong treatment; need to go see a competent dr) he proceeded to try to engage in a political conversation and give a history lesson w/ twisted facts, I told this man two times this conversation is making me uncomfortable and I didnt want to continue this and he continued..... his response was, "why do you feel threatened, Im not going to beat you up". There may be something wrong with this man!!! I never felt threatened by this man, just extremely disrespected and irritated. I went in to seek medical assistance and walked away sick at my soul. This man is beyond arrogant, has no social or medical courtesy, and should be looked into by the state medical board like the other reviews have suggested. (Read reviews before going and see where it appears they run out of room for his 1 star line, and many state they had to leave 1 star to leave a review as I did). I feel like i have definitely gotten better treatment and professional courtesy in my travels to third world countries and would suggest anybody seeking medical help to go elsewhere.

Anna Brody Disgusting bedside manner. An absolute pig of a doctor. I will never step foot in his disgusting practice again. And when I say disgusting I mean it, literally and figuratively. The office is as outdated as can be. Cluttered and filthy. The only positive of his practice are the sweet nurses. I almost want to do a welfare check on them as they have been working for him for years and under horrible conditions. AVOID DR BURTON AT ALL COSTS.

Anthony Alexander I was mandated to go into this office for a pre-employment drug screening on August 22, and both the receptionist and nurses aids were very rude. They snickered in hushed tones about how someone in the waiting room smelled awful (there were only two other patients) and talked about how people dont shower in this country. I fessed up that it was most likely me, since I work on a boat in the heat for the majority of the day, and I commented that it must be nice to work in an air conditioned office. The other two patients told me they didnt notice my smell, whether that was just a polite lie, or the truth is up for debate. I didnt have any contact with the doctor, and after this interaction I am adamant about keeping it that way. I know its a small island, and theres not much competition, which is probably why they couldnt care less about their piss poor customer service. I would definitely avoid this place at all costs if you have the means to make it to another facility.

Sala Yrenia (Reni) At the moment, hes the only civil surgeon on the island who can perform medical exams for immigration purposes. If it werent the case that wed have to return in two days to complete the exam, it wouldve been worth it just to travel to the mainland to have it done the right way. Ive sat in the waiting room with people who were nearly dying, and hardly any attention was given. One guy sounded like his appendix may have been inflamed and there he was doubled over in pain, crying, and it took over an hour for them to realize that the last thing he needed was to see anyone in the back.

J V Been in the military for nearly a decade, and I’ve been to many healthcare facilities. This place is the worst one I’ve been to in my career. Low staffed, long wait times, and the staff that are there never answer the phones. If they do happen to answer, you’re put on hold for about half an hour as if they are extremely busy, but if you show up to the facility it’s a ghost town. If you need an appointment, prepare to wait at least 20+ days to be seen.

eMiLy MM Wright People at the Reception have no clue of their job - the nurse is always not available and never return a call after leaving your details. You can’t be seen immediately as you have to always wait to have an appointment 5-15days - a uniformed staff at the reception wears her “newly rebonded” hair touching the collars of her uniform which is a BIG NO NO to any military personnel whether you are enlisted or ranking officer.

Nicole Lam The worst medical office I have ever had to go to. The “nurses” have no idea what they are doing. They are not properly trained. The doctors make A LOT of mistakes like giving out patient information “by accident.” It’s so unfair and unfortunate that living in KW as a military family that this is my only option. They won’t write me a referral to take my son somewhere else even though I don’t even trust their “nurses” to give my child a vaccine. I hope they read this. I also hope they received the complaint I filed on them to the department of health. That’s how bad it is.

jacob shea Where did LT Bryant come from? And when is she leaving! If being rude and belittling people makes her think shes better at her job, she needs to find a new line of work. She should not be allowed to talk to people the way that she does. Another encounter like this and she will have a report filed against her.

Eric Barenz I made Keys Medical Group, Dr Dell’Api in Big Pine my primary care physician after I moved to Big Pine last year. It made sense because his office is 0.2 miles from my home. I really like Dr Dell’Api, but I’ve only been able to see Dr Dell’Api once. Three times I’ve had to drive 27 miles(54 miles round trip)to Key West and I have seen a different doctor each time or wait over a month for an appointment in Big Pine. Yesterday(12/2/24) scheduled an appointment online for today(12/3/24) at 2:45pm. I fought traffic and drove to Key West just to be told the appointment I scheduled for today was unavailable and the next available appointment is tomorrow(12/4/24) at 2pm. I was told they have been trying to contact me to inform me of the cancellation and need to reschedule. I have one missed call from Keys Medical Group and it was today at 2:45! I don’t have a choice but to fight traffic again tomorrow and waste fuel driving 54 miles. I moved to Key West in 2009 and I love living in the lower keys except for the lack of good medical care. I have to drive to Ft Lauderdale every 28 days to see my pain management doctor because there are no pain management physicians in the keys. I see there are more negative reviews for Keys Medical Group than positive and most related to scheduling. If this was Miami, Orlando, or St Petersburg this practice would either have to correct their issues or close up. Living at the end of the world’s longest dead end road and not having enough medical care facilities allows them to continue their subpar treatment of their paying patients.

teri g Sandra Shue, APRN-BC, is quite possibly the kindest and most caring medical professional I have ever dealt with. She treated my eye problem efficiently and well, but it is her empathy about what I was going through that makes her truly exceptional. Thank you, Nurse Shue.

J.R. Henggeler Horrible service and care. Asked for a referral to a specialist. They dropped the ball for a month. I had to call them back to remind them, and then they couldnt get me in to the specialist for another month. They referred me to someone who couldnt even do a proper evaluation on me, and that I would need to go to Miami for that, this is after I paid for my specialist appointment. I called back to discuss the issue with management. The manager then didnt get back to me for weeks. I called asking why, they said someone was out of town and would get back to me, weeks went by again. I spoke to their supervisor and she also said shed get back with me and of course nothing for weeks again. The woman at the Roosevelt location was really rude to me when I discussed my frustrations with my attempts to get a proper evaluation. They dont seem to care about you, and when its regarding mental health, it shouldnt be disregarded for months at a time.

Erin Ford Although I waited six weeks to see Dr. Santiago for the first time I am so grateful that I did. Naomi Andrews was amazing, I’d never want anyone but her to deliver my child. She was comforting, calming, professional, and informative in every step.

savanna woodworth TWO times I called putting an emergency request in. They didn’t respond a WHOLE WEEK! I thought I was miscarrying, thankfully the urgent care in Marathon was able to see me and give me answers. I started having complications again and same thing. I called with an emergency and didn’t hear back now going on day THREE! It’s absolutely absurd. They are beyond unprofessional and do not care at all about the safety of their patients or their pregnancies.

Caresha Jefferson I waited a month and a half to see DR.Santiago, just for Teresa then office manager to call me a day before my appointment to tell me they have cancelled because they can no longer fill me in. Now I have to drive all the way up to Miami because there isn’t a single OBGYN in Key West that can see me. If I could give this place 0 stars i would.

Zoe Hawkins-Wells A family member was in there recently and it is PURE HELL. Its hard to imagine theyre trying to help given the prison like set up they have. It strips you of your humanity. There was no toilet paper, no towels, no blankets. He suffered horribly. Freezing, horrible food, nothing to wipe yourself. Avoid at all costs.

Sinead Figiel I dont even know where to begin. No direction from the parking lot all the way to check-in. Impossible to see a psychiatrist at all without admitting yourself overnight, and the nurse we talked to seemed to deliberately evade that point repeatedly. I hate to be cynical, but this place seems to be devoted to getting people in for the insurance money, and not much else.

Tabatha Williams The absolute worst experience I have ever had in the emergency room in my life! He is short fuse ready to blow at any second. He will yell in your face all because you ask him why???? This man does not deserve to work with people at all. he has lost any credibility to me, completely inappropriate, and negligent. Beware of this doctor.
