Carlos Serpa What can I say? I have been a patient of Dr Rogovin for about 15 years. During my various moves around town I kept him as my PCP. I have nothing but good things to say about him and his staff. Dr Rogovin is always very friendly, shows that he cares for his patients and I feel I can speak with him about any topic related to my health. Moreover I have by now also been taken care of by the two physician assistants in his practice and they are wonderful too. Kara, one of the PA’s listened to my concerns and promptly provided me the medicine, letter and referral for my various needs at the time. I recommend Dr Rogovin whole heartedly.

Lynn Carrier We are new patients to Dr. Rogovin’s office. Healthcare provider I am very critical of medical care Dr Rogovin and his staff had exceeded my expectations and provided excellent care. He is exceptionally thorough examination to a specific problems with appropriate recommendations. His staff out of their way to be helpful and so me an issue with another office paperwork. The staff are very attentive very positive happy atmosphere within the office. I would highly recommend him, and I am going to use him for the care for my brother-in-law and myself in addition to my husband.

James Cowan 34 year resident of Palm Beach County; one year patient of Dr. Rogovin - who was highly recommended by coworkers. My first observation, and one evident at each appointment since, is how polite and helpful the office staff are. When I am greeted with such kindness, the remainder of the appointment is stress free. Having been diagnosed with a chronic condition and having been told multiple times “let’s watch and see” … I was motivated by Dr. Rogovin’s thoroughness on my first visit. He educated me and suggested things that I had not been told by any prior physician. Yes, I read all the reviews before making the switch - and I realize that not all comments are sharing the full story. I relied heavily on first hand experiences of coworkers and I am glad I did. I cannot say enough in this review to express how pleased I am to have found Dr. Rogovin.

Dan Hodez Worst experience I have had, office manager Meredith was extremely rude and disrespectful. Before coming into appointment I have confirmed if I will have any payment due after service and as I was told after providing my insurance information, no there is no payment due so I went in to only receive a statement and Meredith believing her worker instead of the patient.

Wanita Barnett Dr. Tokayer is a very attentive, considerate and caring doctor. He has been caring for my health for over 20 years. I would not change him for any other rheumatologist in the world unless I moved or something. His staff is friendly and courteous. I am very pleased with them.

Irene Zingg Dr Tocayer is wonderful. Very thorough examination. He took the time to listen to all my symptoms and concerns. He’s a very considerate and empathetic Doctor. I had been trying to find a reason for my pain for over a year and he guided me in the right direction to obtain a diagnostic. He made recommendations for a specialist that deals with my condition. Thank you!

Lari Kacoon Dr. Tokayer is simply the best! My first experience meeting him had me in shock, meaning I finally found a doctor in Florida that REALLY care’s about his patients. Listened to the pain I am experiencing, spent time with me on my visit, didn’t rush me out the door like all other doctors I have appointments with, plus the office staff is wonderful. Dr. Tokayer is definitely a 10 ⭐️!!

Alex Amendola I was completely denied service to this office to seek medical help because they will not accept people with medicad as a secondary insurance. I have a primary insurance and go to many doctors and never had this problem once in 20 years. The reason I was told by them was from past experience people that have medicad dont pay. You can take that information as you want. If I could give this office zero stars I would.

Marc Heyman Excellent experience. I got there at around 3:45am, immediately went into a room and within 10 minutes a doctor came in. They said after taking blood they would have results in 20 minutes, and they did! Doctor explained everything in an understanding way and was very friendly. Everyone answered all of my questions. Nurses were also very friendly. The experience was professional, quick, and efficient. Very happy and satisfied.

Karen Way Fractured my elbow on a Sunday afternoon. HCA was open and they saw me quickly. Very friendly and caring staff from nurse through X-ray tech to Dr. Black. Left with X-ray disc and recommendations for orthopedic surgeon and offers to make appt. Extremely detailed info and great care.

Cassie Fier We had a disappointing experience for our 18 month old daughter — although we were seen very quickly, which was helpful, it was clear they weren’t used to being with kids. My daughter cried hard as they came at her quickly (but gently) with the different tools to check temp, pulse, etc. The nurse and doctor acted very irritated that she made it difficult but yet had no patience to go slow and connect with her first. We won’t ever go back and don’t recommend anyone with a child to go to this location.

Kaili Baranowski The nurse was very rude and judgy with my questions once in the room. I asked her for a refill for my cold sore medication, she screamed: "YOU HAVE HERPES?!?" then proceeded to ask me which pill I was taking with my file right there in front of her.. The doctor was in and out so fast and was so short with me during conversation + explanation I didnt even know the appointment was over, she just left the room and I sat there for a while confused. When trying to check out to leave, the front staff asked me all these questions after pulling up my information about what the doctor said said / if I had ever been there before (I have).. as if the computer screen in front of her was blank. She even went so far as to tell me that I had no idea what I was talking about when I had said there was a prescription ready for me in the in-house pharmacy - even though there was, and someone eventually brought it out. My time is as valuable as any of theirs, I felt like a number there, not a person. I will be switching to a new GP if I can.. debating not even going back for my bloodwork the whole office seems uninterested and checked out like they dont get paid enough to care. The ONLY positive notes I have are that the wait time was very minimal, and the first front desk lady I interacted with was lovely.

Cheryl Detko I was admitted for 7 days, Andrea in housekeeping helped me out in many ways plus gave me her # to call anytime I needed anything. Erica who ended up cleaning my room was awesome, she made sure my room was clean everyday, made sure it was sanitary. She went over and beyond her call of duty. The rest of the staff was very pleasant and professional which kept me at ease. The nurse leader helped me out many times especially when getting released was taking a long time she helped out to find out why doctors approval wasnt in yet. Overall everyone did a great job with my care. My thanks to all at JFK hospital. Cheryl

Vijay Haripal My Experience at JFK Medical Center’s Acute Rehab Facility – A Journey of Healing and Compassion Recovering from a medical emergency is never easy, but the team at The Acute Rehab inpatient facility at JFK Medical Center in Atlantis, FL made all the difference in my journey. On December 19, 2024 I suffered a major hemorrhagic stroke in the right basal ganglia and thalamic region of my brain impairing my ability to move the left side of my body. After a week at Wellington Regional Hospital I was transferred to JFK for Acute inpatient Rehab. From the moment I arrived, I was treated not just as a patient but as family. The level of care, compassion, and professionalism I experienced here was beyond anything I could have hoped for. Exceptional Care From Start to Finish Every single staff member played a role in my recovery, but there were a few extraordinary individuals who truly went above and beyond. Their kindness, dedication, and expertise helped me regain my strength, confidence, and independence. Nursing Staff – The Heart of My Healing • Anita – She truly listened to my concerns and, without exaggeration, saved my life. • Sandrine – An absolute angel who brought warmth and kindness to every interaction. • Linda, Michelle, Joanne, and Andrea – Each of them provided compassionate and attentive care, making my stay as comfortable as possible. Patient Care Technicians – Providing Comfort Like Family • Fabiana – Treated me as if I were one of her own, always bringing me warm blankets and tucking me in. • Marie – Cared for me like a mother, ensuring I was comfortable and supported every step of the way. • Paulette & Paulina – Both were phenomenal, making sure I was well taken care of at all times. Physical Therapy – The Team That Got Me Walking Again • Paul – A miracle worker who never let me give up. His motivation pushed me to take my first steps again. • Roel – Always consistent, always caring, and always pushing me toward progress. • Jayde – Tough but in the best way possible. She challenged me, and I’m grateful for it. Occupational Therapy – Restoring My Strength and Dignity • Sarah – After spending a week in the hospital, she was the one who made me feel human again. • Rebekah, Taneka & Chantal– Are incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and supportive in my recovery. Hospitalist Staff - Professionalism and Care *Dr. Susan V. Hanson-Leal & Patricia Jabrowski, NP: They were both always knowledgeable, quick to follow up and treat me with respect & kindness A Place of Healing, Hope, and Family Together, these incredible individuals created an environment where I felt safe, cared for, and motivated to push forward. Their combined efforts were instrumental in my progress, and I cannot thank them enough. While I hope to never need inpatient rehab again, if I ever do, I know I’ll be in the best hands possible. If you or a loved one ever require acute rehabilitation, I highly recommend JFK Medical Center’s Acute Rehab Facility. The staff here are nothing short of heroes, and I will forever be grateful for the care they provided.

Sza ADR Amazing treatment. Everyone was friendly start to finish, and professional. Check in process was timely. Shocked at how quick the x ray had been executed. You’ll always have a bit of wait as you’re not the soul human of focus in these environments, but I couldn’t have been happier with the process. Who really can’t be happy with a hospital visit? Applaud yourself team, job well done.

Julitza Gerena Came here for a severe pain and kidney stones. It was a challenging time dealing with some staff but for the most part the nurses here really Rey and stay on top of things despite how super busy they are. One nurse stood out and his name was Dwayne. Great personality, very caring, gentle with meds, poking and just everything. He truly was able to calm my anxiety down as it was my first 4 day hospital stay ever in my life. I was truly blessed I had him and other nurses helping me out. The only not so great experience was the urology doctor I never met my entire day. I was fasting for over a day waiting and no one was able to locate them. But besides looking past that the nurses here and people seem to be kind and help. I think there just needs to be better communication between doctor and patient or better notes. As for cleanliness there was a house keeper everyday at my room wiping down door knobs, tables, bathroom and bleaching the floor. I truly felt the up cleaning was done amazing and I commend the house keepers for being so professional and nice to me as well.

Sydney Fox For a place that is dealing with pregnant patients, people struggling to get pregnant, those recovering from termination, and other uncomfortable women’s health issues, this place is the least comforting, empathetic place I have ever been to as a doctors office. The first time I went I was to get my IUD replaced which is painful and he failed the first day’s attempt…I had to come back a second time for them to try again…the whole time I’m just trying to breathe and not cry and the doctor literally LAUGHED at me! Like I was overreacting! Totally invalidating when he knew this was the second time they were trying and both times he struggled for a LONG WHILE. Absolutely humiliating. The third time I went (the very last time I’ll ever go there) the front desk person was rude and patronizing and obviously too young to be in a professional setting. On top of that they tried to tell me I was going to owe $250 for my visit and talked over me when I was explaining why that wasn’t possible. I checked with my insurance and I would have only owed $80 for the visit. With how rude the front desk person was, I left without seeing the doctor and they never refunded my $25 I paid upfront for the visit. I will never recommend this place. Edit: They did refund me for my copays, which I appreciate.

lez Kathy is such a sweetheart and so kind and so are the young ladies working there! The price is out of this world. Even with insurance. I paid $100 for the doctor to tell me I wasn’t pregnant- no test, no ultrasound done. Just walked in, told us, and left, all within 5 minutes. $100 for a 5 minute convo of how we aren’t pregnant…. On top of the $200 I paid the first time for copay and to confirm I was pregnant… 300$ in total is ridiculous.

Soumaya Chowdhury Worst experience ever in my pregnancy, I take their appointment when I had insurance and they accepted me with my insurance, they checked, did everything what they need , this time they said I need to pay $190 . And I payed on my first visit. And my first visit done. After one month later they called me , said I don’t have insurance on my visit and I have to pay $210 . After all this , I got Medicaid , I said you guys accept Medicaid , they said no, I try to find other doctors, this time they said to me ,they are not giving me my pregnancy medical records until I pay them $210 . Then I visit their office and payed $210 & they took from me $20 more for printing the documents. After all this I find other doctors , new doctor office is not giving me appointments, because from Jose Nodarse office complaint about me that I take their appointments and I didn’t go for it. They said I missed their 3 appointments dates in one month. Which is totally wrong comment they did . I suffered a lot because of them , doctors are not giving me appointments in my pregnancy. Now 2 months, I didn’t visit any doctor. To all my pregnant ladies, I share my worst experiences with you so that I can aware you from that experience in pregnancy. Please read the review before you visit this provider. Just because of them don’t make your pregnancy journey complicated. And front office worker are so rude , when you suffer in this , try to talk to them . Please please before you visit this provider read the worst reviews, may be they suffered a lot .

Kim Chappell All my reviews on google are all good so this is the first time I wrote not a good one and I will stay away from this clinic especially if you have a good insurance; Boca Raton has better and nicer clinics. For 9 visits we had to wait at least 2 hours in the waiting area/room even if you arrived on time for your appointment. 1. Overcharge; Even if you have insurance they will let you pay upfront to reach your deductible. On my 1st&2nd visit we paid $290. For co-pay, they charged us $ 50 for each visit even if our co-pay should only be $30. Once, you use your card to pay they save your card details without your consent. Since they have your card details, they automatically use and charge your credit card. It took a couple of months for us to get some of the reimbursement. 2. They will let you sign an agreement to pay the full amount of $1,200+ of your co-pay if you reach 28 weeks of pregnancy. Even if you have a miscarriage at 28 weeks, you have to pay for it. 3. The clinic is unsanitary. The urine and blood samples are all in the same sink in the middle of the hallway, so you dont have privacy when your blood is drawn. 4. I was very disappointed after 7 times seeing Dr. Tabata she still has not seen or read my medical background which I already sent. She has to answer a personal call in the middle of my examination while my legs are wide open. I, unfortunately, had a miscarriage, they let us do the Microarray analysis, and for 2nd time, Dr. Tabata didnt gather enough tissues so the test result is inconclusive but they charged us and let us pay for the Lab test. $3,3300 for anora test dont do it. Dr. Tabata might be good, but she was very pregnant when I saw her so that might be one of the reasons. 5. Ultrasound machines are outdated and the office manager needs to fix them time to time.

Marilynn Sandler I am very impressed with Dr. Gorokovsky; she is a compassionate doctor and a person who is very easy to talk with. When I was sick, I called her office and was told to come in and the doctor would see me. Another time I had a serious medical problem and needed to talk with the doctor; she saw me that day. I’m a Senior and I never had a doctor who would see me if I did not have an appointment. The staff she hired are all very friendly, helpful and efficient. As a result, there is no long waiting time or lines to check in/out. The office runs very smoothly. I highly recommend Dr. Gorokovsky.

Margiesue Rubenstein Dr Guitierez is a great doctor but her practice is a mess. Been going for 7 yrs. Just had horrible thyroid problem. It took 2 days to get in. After appt I never got scripts. Started calling next day and forward. Made 4 calls before someone called back and was annoyed at all my calls. You can’t email her - they removed it from patient portal. The group is not interested in customer. Otherwise they would staff their offices properly.
3 /5
Jonathan Merlin Greenberg Dr. Gutierrez is literally the only endocrinologist in Palm Beach County I have found — after having gone through too many to count — who checks all the boxes required to meet my elderly diabetic mothers needs. She is kind and knowledgeable, and she has the patience and empathy to really listen when my mother speaks, however challenging it is for her at age 90 to express herself. Gone are the endocrinology appointments with doctors who rush her through a 4-minute appointment while making snap treatment-plan decisions that are poorly thought-out yet highly consequential. Furthermore, the nurses and office staff couldnt be more professional nor eager to be helpful. Dr. Gutierrez is one of the rare S Fla doctors who cares enough to treat the elderly with the compassion and respect needed to endure this difficult, final stage of life, and Im grateful on behalf of my mother to have found her.
5 /5
Janet Cohen I saw dr Gutierrez and she was ok. She told me that they would get back to me with my bloodwork in about a week. I did not get a call so I started to leave messages. I left 5 messages and no call back. I needed the results to be faxed to my new internist before she saw me. I canceled one appointment with her due to no response. I am now going up to the office to get it myself. I will never go back.

A big thank you to the entire staff (Medical, case management, facilities, meals, and beyond)!

Amanda Larsen My family and I spent 6 months at select while my Grandpap recovered from a massive hemorrhagic stroke. He required and still requires immense care but the team here truly took care of him and treated him as if he was their own family. We felt as if we became apart of the select family being there as long as we were. He had an incredible team of respiratory therapists who advocated for him and helped him liberate from the ventilator. His medical team including nurse practitioner Christine went above and beyond to make sure he received the exceptional care he deserves while he recovered from something so life changing. The medical staff listened to and validated all of my family’s concerns and addressed matters efficiently. Larry CEO and our health ambassador always made sure we were taken care of and happy with our care. Speech therapist Kim is amazing. She is knowledgeable, sincere, and was the highlight of my Grandpap’s day as he re-learned to eat and feed himself. Therapy is a tough road for my Grandpap but Eddie PT and Marcel OT made every day the very best helping him become more independent by the day. Wound care RN Tiffani lit up the room with her infectious positivity. She takes pride in her job, helped advocate with us, and her dedication to healing his wound made an huge difference in his quality of life and pain level after being bed ridden for the past 6 months. Marie our case manager was exceptional. She truly cares about her patients and loves her job and it makes the world of a difference in the experience of managing care for your loved one. Our experience at select is one we will always be thankful for. It gave my Grandpap a chance at recovery and helped him progress into the next steps of our newly changed lives. Thank you Select Family -The Dudas

Tatiana Pinto Words can’t describe how hopeful I am after meeting this doctor. I had a consultation with Dr. Bohrer today, and she was amazing, very knowledgeable and this made me feel very confident since her advises matched with other doctors opinions too. She explained everything in detail and answered all my questions, going through every single paperwork, and tests results. Im glad I came to see her before my surgery, Im very confident and hopefully for the future.

Renay Insler DR. BOHRER IS FABULOUS! I ALWAYS FEEL THAT I AM WELL CARED FOR AND MY WELL BEING IS HER UPMOST CONCERN! THE OFFICE HAS TOO MANY PEOPLE STURRING THE SOUP! EACH PERSON THERE IS GREAT BUT A MAJOT ISSUE IS TTHE PHONE SYSTEM! IT SHOULD BE A MAJOR CONCERN AND IT IS NOT SET UP IN AN EFFICIENT MANNER SO IT IS MOST FRUSTRATING TO MAKE A CALL TO SET UP AN APPT OR CONFIRM A CALL BACK TO THE DR!.OFTEN THE INITIAL GREETING WHEN CALLING IS STILL NOT TAKEN OFF ANSWERING SERVICE OR MESSAGE IS JUST CONTINUED TO REPLAY INITIAL GREETING INSTEAD OF A PERSON! THE PHONE AND ITS EFFICIENCY IS PART OF SUCCESS OF GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! WHICH MEANS EVERYONE HAS BEEN CONNECTED TO THE CORRECT DEPT OR PERSON WITHIUT DELAY OR CONFUSION!

Simone Benjamin Very bad experience. My mother had a grade 4 hemorrhagic stroke and is now in a coma in long term care after being in Tirado’s care and him knowing she already had previous strokes. He’s been non responsive to the point of negligent. I highly suggest seeking another neurologist; one who is more caring and thorough.

Michele Dr Tirado offered the most comprehensive neurological exam. He listened carefully to my medical history and ordered the appropriate tests to come to a correct diagnosis. He is a pleasant doctor to work with. I highly recommend him.

Jay Nieves Conveniently located and accessible practice. Office personnel conduct themselves in professional manner and with courtesy towards patients. Dr. Pedro Tirado is very thorough with his evaluations/examinations. He is a VERY knowledgeable Neurologist who takes enough time to appropriately explain his patients about their afflictions and the available options for treatment. I had a positive impression of his vast knowledge-base and his ability to explain things in plain English. You WILL NOT REGRET trusting any of your Neurological ailments to Dr.Tirado and putting your care in his professional hands!

Jillian Ritter He listens to everything you say, writes it all down and he asks questions and gives you his honest opinions and recommendations. He also spends a lot of time with his patients , I never felt rushed at all. He makes sure to answer ALL of my questions. My mom is at the end of her life and end stages of dementia and he is very compassionate and thorough in each appointment.

Quinn Saunders After calling over ten different places looking for a place to do a specific test is a short time frame, I finally ended up calling this clinic. I was greeted with RN Katie on the other end of the phone, and she proceeded to provide the exact answers I needed. Upon arriving onsite, my friend was immediately brought into triage, and seen to. I cannot recommended this clinic enough, not only were they able to help us with our exact situation, but everyone was extremely kind and caring. Thank you again Katie for being our shining light in a less than ideal situation. If we ever need medical attention in the future, Delray Medical Center will be our first stop!

I went after 9 o’clock on a Saturday evening and from the greeting to the discharge, everyone was extremely helpful. My nurse was a rockstar. I was out of there and under two hours re hydrated, Given the necessary medications and discharge smoothly! I am so thankful and grateful

Gabriela lanchares Recently had to take an emergency visit with my 5 year old. They were overly accommodating and had so much patience with my sons endless list of questions. The charge nurse Kim brought him crayons and a coloring book to pass some time, so sweet with my son. Everything was done so quickly and before I knew it, we were home. Thank you to the staff for treating my boy so well and for calming my mama heart.

John M ***UPDATE 11/23/24***: Shortly after leaving my original review, I received a response from the facility asking me to reach out to their Patient Experience team for further assistance. I was slightly hopeful despite seeing another reviewer who stated they too had reached out as instructed but received no reply. Anyway, I responded with all pertinent details on 10/03/24 and received a reply later that day that someone was looking into this right away and someone would get back to me. I sent a follow up on 10/16/24 and 11/13/24. NO RESPONSE TO DATE. We’ve tried calling and get nowhere. I realize now that their original reply to my review was to save face and nothing else. This company does not care about patients nor do they act good faith. Please, if you’re looking for quality care and with the expectation that you get what you and your insurance is paying for, GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Shameful. Original Review: This is going to be a lengthy review so bear with me. I visited this facility on 8/22/24 at the suggestion of my PCP - specifically for instances when I could not get into her office but needed minor treatment (it was implied to be an urgent care center). I would also like to preface that I am an elderly person with limited resources (both financially and technologically). Days prior, I felt like I had fluid in my ear and there was a clicking sound. I had tried to be patient but felt like I needed to see a doctor at this point. I was seen my David Sturm. He looked into my ear with an otoscope and stated he "saw nothing". He referred me to an ENT and sent me on my way. The visit with Dr. Sturm lasted less than 5 mins, if that. Weeks later, imagine my surprise when I received a bill with an original charge of $3,040! My balance owed through my Medicare plan was $80. I find it absolutely reprehensible that this facility charged my insurance $3K+ and that I am left to pay $80 (of which, I cannot afford) despite receiving absolutely zero medical treatment. Medical providers and organizations like this should be ashamed of themselves. Id also like to add that I do hold myself and my PCP responsible to a small extent for believing this was an urgent care facility - when it in fact, was a free-standing emergency room. I wont make this mistake again nor will I return to this facility. Regardless of the type, $3K to be seen by a doctor for mere minutes and being sent away with no remedy or assistance is unacceptable. Unless you have a money tree in your backyard and dont mind being robbed blind, I would avoid this place at all costs.

Marc Ghidoni This has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hospital. Let’s start with I try and call my nurse and the lady says “I’ll let them know…” as if I’m being a bother. Then after me calling 3 more times and an hour later my nurse shows up and says they just let her know. I was physically grabbed and held down because I “wasn’t relaxed” was denied my medication for my depression and pretty much was told to deal with it. Then just got randomly discharged while still not being able to hold food down. So thank you. I thought hospitals were supposed to be a safe place. This place is a joke. I had one cool nurse. Night time guy. He’s the man. Everyone else. I hope you lose your jobs.

erika ennis I’m currently a patient that was admitted. I’ve been here for nearly a week, almost coded the day before last and they plan on discharging me today even though I feel just as bad as when I came in. I voiced my concerns to all the doctors I saw but their response was that there is nothing wrong. I talked to the patient advocate but have not heard back. After I almost coded, I overheard the nurse telling the other patient sharing the room with me what had happened. . There’s this thing called HIPAA and it was being violated. Should I go on with everything else that happened? Definitely not a good experience.

Anthony Paris I want to take a moment in an honest review of this hospital. Compared to JFK Hospital (Largely understaffed) I can’t say enough about Bethesda East. I was admitted for asthma and put into ICU. I felt like I was in the best hands and constantly observed by Catherine. She really was on top of the best patient care possible. Asking all the right questions and providing the utmost best in patient care, wonderful communication and she made sure I was well cared for. A true admiration to your nursing staff. Catherine, wherever you are, however busy you are, I thank you from the bottom of my heart (and lungs) for your expertise. And even put the word (love) on my bandage for my IV!! Thank you so much, Anthony Paris

Pacific Rim Had a cardiac score scan done that was a $99 procedure and was paid on day of procedure. I keep getting billed for an additional $1,700 and every time I speak to the person on the phone and billing they admit that its a problem in their system. Its now gone to collections and Im totally pissed off because they have not fixed this issue. They need to get somebody that knows what theyre doing in that department. I went there because the physician sent me to this location. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS HOSPITAL. I havent had this problem with JFK.

Sheryl Katz We just had a wonderful experience with both the ER and 4th floor staff on Superbowl Sunday till today. We are from out of town, so staff had to start from scratch to give proper care. The ER staff were responsive caring and attentive. They initiated appropriate initial treatment. The Weekday staff were professional and caring. We had 2 different specialties, podiatry and infectious disease as well as a general medical doctor collaborating to give appropriate care. PT, OT and social services worked to arrange aftercare. Discharge was seamless. We are so grateful you were there to help us .

Candor Perlicious This hospital is nowhere near as good as it used to be. Im currently here with my wife who is having a severe diverticulitis attack, agonizing in pain, tears streaming from her eyes, moaning and uncomfortable. Ive been here for 30 min and just had someone take her vitals. Ive so far seen 2 people volunteering to self discharge because of the wait. one of them is a man with burns who has been here for 3 hours in the waiting room of the emergency room! Im giving it another 30 min and if not admitted we are going to another hospital further away and having to pay for this er visit but perhaps better service.

Shekita E I recently visited the ER at Boynton Baptist Bethesda West with my daughter. While the staff was polite, we had to wait for a long time, and my daughter wasn’t given a bed. She had to sit in a recliner chair , which was uncomfortable for her, especially over an extended period. The care wasn’t terrible, but the overall experience could have been better, particularly in ensuring patients are comfortable during their stay. I hope this feedback helps improve future visits for others.

Levernd Herrington Dear Patient Relations Team, I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the treatment I received from the registration staff during my visit to your Emergency Room on 1/28/25 at approximately 8:43 PM. My experience with the registration process was unprofessional and concerning, both in terms of customer service and potential violations of patient rights. Upon arriving at the registration area, the registrar failed to verify my identity and simply waved me over without any clear communication. When I approached, I struggled to understand her due to her accent, and instead of attempting to assist me, she turned her back and ignored me. Additionally, another front desk staff member mumbled something, and when I asked for clarification, she dismissively waved me off. This level of service is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting where patients are already under stress. The lack of professionalism and courtesy displayed by your staff made an already difficult situation worse. Furthermore, I am concerned about whether proper HIPAA protocols were followed, given that my identity was not verified appropriately. I strongly urge your hospital to address these issues by re-educating staff on proper patient interaction, customer service, and HIPAA compliance. No patient should have to experience this level of disregard when seeking medical care. Due to this incident, I have lost trust in your facility and will not be returning in the future. I would appreciate a response outlining the steps your hospital will take to ensure this does not happen to others. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

Eileen Michaels This comment is specifically for the building and parking lot accessibility. There is ample parking and ample handicapped parking spots however there is no accessible path direct to the building from the handicapped spots the landscaping of bushes and trees lines straight across with no paved access, while there are a couple of breaks in the bushes it is dirt and no slope to the curb so a wheelchair cannot cross and anyone with a walker or cane will have difficulty. The only option is to go to the end of the lot which defeats the purpose of handicapped spots making it easier for those who cant walk long distances. Do better. Photos are examples of the problem
