Susan P Dr. Feldman is the best pediatric doctor I could have found. She has been with us on the phone even when my daughter had an emergency and we needed to rush to the hospital. She explains everything in details. She is the best!

Gregory Harris Horrible service. The doctor told me I had an anomaly on esophagus and it was cancer. Went for a second opinion and this was not true. Went in for a hernia an in pain, they did nothing for me

Marie Russo Waited 9 mos to witness the birth of my sauciest child until a hurricane Nicole suddenly came from nowhere and then was told I can’t be there because of the hurricane! My daughter was admitted 11/7 at 5:30 pm and it’s already way over 24 hrs and still haven’t induced her .she should have went to Jupiter Medical, where they treat people with respect and actually care for there patients!

Dustin Juhasz I personally know Dr Suits and his family and have been friends since 2012. Dr Suits is one of the most amazing humans Ive ever met! 40+ years of knowlage doesnt disappoint! Myself and friends trust Dr Suits, and Dr Tradewell for all urological concerns, discussions, and procedures.

Julie Childs From the moment I walked in the door from the front desk to the male doctor suites my experience was horrible! This doctor really needs to learn some bedside manners. I think its time for him to retire! On top of this a 3 1/2 hour wait with no communication from anyone.

The Manager introduces herself as Michelle laughed at me when I asked for her last name and ID, refused me an appointment and hung up on me. Dont waste your time calling this office. The doctor probably doesnt care how the office is run and forgot that he is "for the people" NOT vice versa.

Daryl Torrico I had to fly back to Texas for 5 to 7 days after my 90 year-old mother broke her arm and had surgery so I needed respite care For my mother and we had to do cash pay there was no choice. Due to the reviews that I read I was very hesitant to put my mother in Stuart rehab, but their prices were very reasonable very very reasonable in fact, the only place that I could afford And so I placed her in their care while I went back to Texas. Well, let me tell you, my mother could not have been happier. She was just gushing about how well they took care of her. How happy the staff is how excellent the food is. She just loved it there. She had a bunch of friends in the community that stopped by to visit her because its location is so central and convenient. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I would not hesitate to put my mother there again and I don’t say that lightly the executive Director deeply cares and knows the ins and outs of what her staff is or isn’t doing really very very good place. Good job. Thank you for taking such a good Stance in your care for my mother.

gigi goodall Both on my parents entered Stuart Rehab in Nov 2024. They have been provided exceptional care and it’s a comfort to me that we made the right decision. The nurses and CNAs are tremendously hard working and truly care for their patients. It’s a clean and safe environment and truly a great place.

Thomas Lattanzi Do not go to this place. They will rip you off. The stuff they have is all garbage and they will not give you any reimbursement. I bought a vape for ninety dollars and went to put The tank on and the inside piece twisted. The guy said I over tightened it when thats not what happened. But he was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I you know, I would advise to go anywhere else.

Diane Quinn My 92 year old father entered this facility in 5/2022 & we could not be happier with care he received. I was apprehensive when I first saw the outside of facility but soon learned, “ you cannot judge a book by its cover”. The staff were so kind & loving with everyone. The biggest compliment would be from my step-mom. Each day when we spoke she would feel happy & content after her daily visit with Dad. The staff called me to give me updates frequently (I live in NY) as they knew it was difficult to be so far away. I would recommend this facility to anyone that asked. You do not need big & fancy for excellent care- you need caring staff that have been there for many years. Everyone I met there had been with facility for many years- that says so much. I might add I am a registered nurse so I was looking at many different things. My Dad passed peacefully on 8/1/22 & I feel blessed that he was there ❤️ Thank you to all the staff..you all made a difficult time so much easier..xo

Sandra Shoemaker It’s been a while since my moms stay for rehabilitation but I feel compelled to write a review, My mom was sent to Stuart rehab after a bad experience at another local facility. Due to the previous experience I was apprehensive. For the first month I went by everyday just to stay on top of my moms care. After a while I felt able to not go by constantly because I found the facility to be well run with plenty of staff on hand at all time. There is a nurse at the desk in each section at all hours and a lot of CNAs per section to help the patients. Whenever I had concerns I was able to speak to the different directors and get my concern addressed. Rochelle, the nursing director, was very kind and helpful when I had medical questions or concerns and Maryanne, the assistant director, was a big help to us when we had to get my mom on Medicaid. Both went above and beyond and I couldn’t be more grateful

Denise Delgado The doctor was in the ER, on the 9th of January the 9th 2025, the ER doctor from 7am to 7pm. Very rude in many the medication I have had 30 operation, 6 bowel obstructions he didnt even bother to check me just a rude comment on my payment. I walked out against medical advice. You need to fire him

Jessieee Had a procedure done today by doctor Ngo and his team there to help. Everyone was so kind and sweet to me. I have really bad anxiety and Jamie did an above amazing job making me feel safe and comfortable. She has such a huge heart and helped me through the process! I was in and out and the whole procedure was seemless. Again all nurses and dr Ngo are wonderful and I had a good experience.

Vlyballgal What a wonderful experience at the Stuart Surgery Center today. The staff were wonderful, polite, and helpful. I highly recommend this center for your colonoscopy needs. Dr. Ishmael is a fantastic doctor.

Carrie Snyder I like everything except the online services are not consistent in my chart. I can see my regular doctors appointments but cannot access anything regarding physical therapy to see when appointments are or to message providers. If everyone is operating under Cleveland Clinic it would be so much more convenient to have that type of access across the board. I have several upcoming appointments and can only see my regular doctor appointments.

Erin Powers I am so upset! My mother, who is elderly and has health problems, was in the hospital last month. She has been trying to follow up with her doctor - which is usually procedure - to no avail. They will not see her until SEPTEMBER. I will have quite a lawsuit should something happen to her! They offered a "virtual" visit as the Doctor is sick. I know there are other health professionals in the office, why can she not see one of them? I would think being in the hospital would warrant an in house visit to check vitals, review labs, etc. It used to be, when one went into the hospital, the doctor would immediately follow up with the patient. My daughters pediatrician still does. Small blessings. This really is unheard of and something needs to change. Our quality of life is being affected and it is utterly disgusting.

Kate B I do Pelvic Floor Therapy! I recommend Erin Dinsmore. She takes her time and figured out what’s best for you! I originally went to the one on hillmore but moved locations cause it’s closer to my job and thank god she was over here! 10/10 no complaints.

Jim St. John I use the Palm City facility on a regular basis for my doctor, urgent care and blood work. It is a great help to have the services so close, and we have never been disappointed.

Lisa Bugay My dad had a severe open wounds from a fall on Thanksgiving. At first the Center did not have an Opening until Dec 9th. I am so overwhelmed when they called and said they can see him Dec 4th. Thank you all for squeezing him into your busy schedule.

Richard Flagg I had an excellent outcome at the hyperbaric center with very positive results. The staff from the Dr.s to professional staff were attentive well trained experienced and comfortable in their positions. All in all I signed up for 32 sessions and was lucky enough to stay for 10 more! I thoroughly recommend this therapy if your Dr. agrees. We are lucky to have this facility in Stuart.

CC Unbelievably unprofessional doctors facility. Martin Memorial needs to find better staff. Supposed to get an appointment within 48 hours requested during my ER visit. Smythe waits till last 12 hours to go and tells me I can have an appointment that afternoon that I cant make or I have to wait 2 weeks! Putting in complaint to Martin Memorial hospital ER.

Lisa Johnson I just spent a couple of months visiting the CCMH, Wound Center. While wound care itself can be unpleasant, the staff at David L. Smythe Wound Center made my experience surprisingly very pleasant. Highly recommend!

Charlie Bowen Could not get records reviewed in order to get an appt. for one month @ spine surgery dept. if they are that busy I recomend you go somewere else. I did, and had an appt. In one week @ Cleveland Clinic, in Weston.

Rhonda Kopecky I have used Stuart Urgent Care for years. I’ve referred both family members and friends and everyone has had a positive experience. The providers are knowledgeable, personable and seem to really enjoy their work. Medical assistants and X-ray staff are always pleasant and courteous. The front desk people are helpful and patient. When we walk into an urgent care, we are already not feeling well. I am happy to have them here to help us.

Natashia Boatner Amazing care. Shawn, Chelsea and Jamie was amazing. I damaged my pinky finger really bad and they helped me out. Very caring and friendly staff. Got to say that frond desk agent Ms. Catherine Is rude and not friendly so try to ignore that person and ask for someone else help. Trust me you will be in safe hands

Kait Whyte I’ve been here a couple times and never had a problem. Even during Covid they were very efficient and going as quickly as possible. I went to a different urgent care today and left after an hour and a half and they still didn’t know when I’d be seen. Then I came here. Staff was super nice, I was seen by the dr fairly quickly after being in the room. This will now be my first pick. Thank you!

Dakota Potter I came in today with my 3 year old son, after being told that the wait was 45 minutes, we waited for 2 hours for 4 people to be seen in front of us. Once my son was finally seen, the doctor spent all of 1 minute with us and told me that a prescription would be sent within an hour. I waited 2 hours and drove up to the pharmacy to find out that they didn’t even have a prescription to fill. Called this place back and she said she would let her know. Waited another hour, went to get my prescription and they still didn’t have it. Called again at 6:30 to let them know they still didn’t have it and the pharmacy closes at 9pm, she said she would tell her right away. I waited another hour and called my pharmacy, they still don’t have the prescription. I called here and they are closed for the day. So they left without sending the prescription in for a 3 year old who’s been coughing himself to the point of vomiting, another fun night ahead for us. What a waste of time and money this place was. Unbelievable.

Tom Cahill Best Doctor and staff I have been to here! I see Dr. Gambino and ARNP Sarah Hartford. Both are amazing and have great bedside manner. Ive never felt rushed or had to wait long to be seen. They have helped me greatly over the last 5 years!! Nurses are excellent at drawing blood and I am grateful for their care!

E Smith I have been coming to see Dr. Gambino for past three years. I love this office everyone is so professional and has the best bed side manner of any physician I have ever been too. Be sure and See Sara Nurse Practioner. She is sensational med. professional. So caring so detailed and really gets to know her patients. I get everything done under one roof. Blood, EKG, Echo everything except X ray. Staff are terrific

Alex Tyler This is the WORST office Ive ever been to, DO NOT COME HERE. I came to Gambino because I moved and needed a new primary care doctor. He tells me I have a heart murmur and need to have an echocardiogram (Im 27 years old fyi). When the results came in he said I needed to take a stress test thats $600. Now I was born at night, but not last night and none of my previous primary care physicians ever said I had a "murmur". Ive overheard him pushing this stress test to other patients. Moving on to the trainwreck of scheduling an appointment. Lindsey and Danielle both have scheduled me to see ARNP Hartford, when I made it clear that I wanted to see Gambino. They genuinely dont care and it shows. Also the wait time is an hour and a half even with an appointment. Finally the blood tests. He needed to check my testosterone because he said it was low. First blood test I took he plum forgot to test for testosterone, second one I was told had coagulation and it would have to be repeated, Im currently waiting on a call from Brittany on the results of my third blood test. Please do yourself a big favor and read reviews before you go to anyone new, I wish I did.

Account Business Dr. Gambino is frightening. He has an issue with women speaking for themselves and expressing themselves. He put my daughter on a heavy psych medicine for anxiety. She turned into a zombie. She didnt speak,eat or do anything. I took her in for the follow up. He said that he "likes her better like this". My daughter is an artist a feminist and quiet verbal. He stated that he didnt like her personality and this was better. Were no longer going there. Frank Alario and his nephew are dangerous men playing doctors.I understand people enjoy the Xanax they freely prescribe here amoungst other controlled medications.

Theresa Majkowski Dr. Gambino in my first visit found tumors, that I and my previous doctors never about, which had to have been in me for a very long time. Yes there is sometimes a wait but Dr. Gambino never rushes thru the appointment, and always looks for answers to your problems.

Mark Lazenby Had emergency gallbladder surgery and had complications. Ended up spending three and and half months in the hospital. After, still having stomach issues and they are very hard to work with in every way. Stay away!!!

King Cummings My experience there was absolutely terrible I had to take my mother to see Dr. Nelson and they DO NOT Accommodate their patients at all we were 10min late due to construction being done at the hospital and they would not see her they then rescheduled her for the following week to then call us and tell us we would have to wait to more weeks smh.....this was not at all help and they expect us to have him listed as our primary care doc absolutely not I will never recommend this office.

Grime Post review update, I still never got a call back from the office for a simple hydration infusion and I ended up in the hospital the following Tuesday so that gives you a rough idea about how unprofessional these doctors are in the hemotology oncology team! You either get the one dr that sees you one time and always schedules you with the nurse practitioner, and all the nurse practitioner wants to do is put you on more drugs than you’re already having to scarf down, and talk about how “how she grew up with sickle cell patients, so she knows how you feel” but provides no further insight on the subject, she just knows how your feel. How symPATHETIC… most terrible healthcare in the treasure coast.

Trisha Rose As a long-time healthcare professional, I was extremely disappointed in Dr. McMahons lack of compassion and professionalism during my visit. She barely acknowledged me, dismissed my concerns, and made judgments without asking important questions. I left feeling belittled and unimportant. I have had much better experiences with other neurologists in the past and hope to find a compassionate and understanding doctor in Martin County.

Chelsea Dimond 10/10 experience! I have unfortunately been to many ER’s in my 30 years of life. This had by far been the best. There is security/metal detector that you must go through when you enter which I appreciate. Triage was kind and attentive. I was taken to my own room and “Jo from patient services” offered my mom and I both heated blankets. Then mom was offered a variety of beverages and gram crackers. (I wasn’t because of testing I may need) My nurse Connor had been incredibly sweet, good humored, knowledgeable, and on-top of his game. Nobody has doubted or second questioned my experiences of symptoms. I haven’t had to advocate for myself because they have been quick to make sure I am heard and made comfortable. My MRI tech was extremely kind and gentle. And my doctor - Dr. Boystve - has been FANTASTIC. I am receiving expert care with top notch explanations of care. I also haven’t had to fight for pain medication which I deeply appreciate. Just an amazing experience- despite me having to be admitted and stay overnight

Benjamin Hudgens This ER is possibly the worst Ive encountered. The staff sit around and gaggle and waste time doing nothing. They check on patients less than once an hour. Most of your time is spend waiting for them to do their job. Checking labs, x-rays, getting processes handled are a back burner to sitting in the nursing stations for hours socializing. Extremely poor execution. Would suggest going anywhere else.

JTF F Intake were great. They care and quickly get you in to be seen by doctors Doctors however racially profile you and decide whether they will treat you or make you wait Doctors especially this 1 female. As much good that the security team, intake team, nursing staff do for all that they see. It is the Doctors that determine who gets care and treated and who just waits.

James Wetherington Avoid this hospital at all cost. The ER couldn’t be any worse. The attitudes and complete filth of the facility is astonishing. Im not sure how the are legally allowed to operate. The staff has absolutely no sympathy and horrible bedside manners. I spoke to head nurse in charge about our displeasure and asked why there is no compassion for what is going on and she said “they have compassion fatigue” the whole ER department needs an overhaul. Worst experience at a hospital ever. Do yourself a favor and find another hospital.

Other than that everything was stellar and even at 0130 all staff were polite and friendly and had bed side manner. Unlike there Martin South!

Donna Davidson As soon as I can find doctors to replace the ones I’ve been seeing at Cleveland Clinic. I will do so. I have never heard of a place that you cannot get through to on a phone. It’s ridiculous. I have been very sick lately and I took my oxygen with me to have a CT scan, and while there I left something in the room . Do you think I can get through to somebody? NO! I’ve been dealing with these people for the last four years and now that I’m very sick I can’t get through to them. I like my doctors mostly but the service of the telephone is ridiculous. Something has to be done. If administration sees my comment. They are welcome to call me, my phone number is in my chart. I live in Fort Pierce so I drive to Stuart to see doctors. I can get there faster in my car than I can on the phone. That’s ridiculous. I have worked in Healthcare all my life and I have never come across anything like this. I would be ashamed if I worked there.

Rick Acosta In Jan of 2023, Dr. Allen Capin treated me with flu in the urgent care. Although I was feeling my worst, he was jovial and amicable. Since then, hes not only treated my youngest daughter for a twisted ankle with the same positivity, but hes also done the same for a co worker, who happen to be treated by him for another condition. All these unrelated interactions have lead me to finally write this review. Thanks Dr. Capin for treating us with courtesy, kindness and professionalism when we werent feeling our best.

He seems to genuinely care about his work, helping the patients, and his colleagues. In fact, the whole office seems like a great environment. Sara Mladenovska I had a procedure with Dr. Zamora and her team, and I cannot say enough good things about them. From the moment I arrived, the nurses made me feel completely comfortable, checking on me constantly to ensure I was okay. Dr. Zamora was so gentle and reassuring, explaining everything and making sure I felt at ease the entire time.

Tammy Po The office manager is extremely nasty. I was told that I couldn’t be seen due to a balance. Fine. But when I talk to the manager to explain why I didn’t pay the balance, she didn’t listen and she spoke down to me. As a pregnant person, this was a lot for me. And I also work in healthcare. I’ve never spoke down to anyone or nasty to them just because of a balance. I was very mannered and just wanted to explained why I didn’t pay the balance amount and how I wasn’t informed that I couldn’t be seen without the balance being payed. I took off from work for this appointment and I don’t even think I can go in with how I was being spoken to.

Lisa Hahn I had such an incredible experience at the Jensen Beach location! Front office staff were very welcoming and helpful. The nursing staff were so friendly and very thorough in collecting my health history. Tia Stewart is such a wonderful provider. She explained everything throughout the visit and made me feel so calm. I was very pleased with this experience. Great teamwork!

Christina If you are pregnant, I recommend staying away. I had very bad experiences with the way this practice is run on multiple ocassions. When I miscarried a twin early in the pregnancy and was bleeding, I called the after hours line and they would not see me as I had not had my first appointment yet, even though it was on the books and scheduled. Additionally, it took weeks to get any help getting access to my patient portal, so that I was unable to see my test results and medical notes in the meantime. While initially acting like I was the issue, they eventually realized there was a technical glitch on their end that needed to be fixed, but it took way too long and way too much resistance to be able to get access to my own medical notes. I was never called back by this practice after being hospitalized with severe pains, despite leaving three messages throughout the week for the nurse. The ER doctor asked me to follow up with my OBGYN to make sure my pregnancy was still okay after being discharged from the emergency room. After this experience, I finally switched to a new OBGYN and the difference has been night and day. There were many other smaller instances of poor patient care and customer experience that I will refrain from commenting on in addition to these more extreme ones. With my new OBGYN I quickly learned there were additional screenings I should have been having early on because of my age and underlying health risks. Im not sure why this practice did not recommend these things or even mention them. The new OBGYN also caught an issue this practice did not.

Sunny Shores This practice is highly unprofessional. The receptionist (Debbie) is extremely nasty and when I called to speak to someone with regards. to this I had to leave a message. I received a call back from the office manager Chasity and she was surprisingly just as rude if not worse. She got upset with me because | "cut her off" and she became condescending. I wasn’t trying to over speak but more so trying to clarify that the information she was defending was incorrect. I remained quiet and allowed her to speak until there was an awkward silence and I felt it was ok for me to speak. I started to speak and she "cut me off" and got upset when I called it to her attention. I was told basically that if Im not happy there to go elsewhere for care and that she would not be doing anything about it (the receptionist being rude) and how Debbie has been there for years. I literally was only looking for the slightest bit of understanding as to why arriving a half hour prior to "scheduled appointment time" was difficult for me and why I am unable to sit in a waiting room that long only to have my DOCUMENTED DISABILITY completely disregarded and to be further insulted. Just a side note that I had all of my paperwork completed and insurance cards scanned in prior to the appointment. The end result was that I attempted to start recording the interaction (which is announced) and Chastity hung up immediately. I tried to record her telling me "I dont know what you expect but Im not doing anything about it" as well as her inability to show an ounce of empathy with regards to my disability. No one would believe that this is how an office manager speaks to patients. The worst practice Ive ever encountered in all of my years visiting a GYN practice or ANY practice for that matter. I followed the suggested advice of Chasity to find another practice. Thank you Chasity for the great advice.

Linda Sabel I was on the telemetry floor with wonderful nurses and aides. Nicole, Alison and Marguerite were the Ladies that took care of me, they were exceptional! Everyone down to the aides, food staff were so pleasant and conscientious. The food was terrific with a full menu which had some many wonderful choices. Cage I was lucky enough to get a day and night shift of good nurses. They were pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, overall they knew what they were doing. It made my day every day to spend a week with those beautiful people. The menu could use more options when you’re on a restricted diet. My room had a absolutely amazing view, I almost didn’t want to leave but I missed my wife and waking up to her morning coffee.

Alaina M. The BEST labor and deliver team! I just had the most excellent care from the staff at this hospital last week when I gave birth to my daughter. The labor had complications and we ended up needing an urgent c-section, but all the nurses, midwives, anesthesiologists and doctors I worked with handled our scary situation with such compassion, skill, experience and empathy. I received such great care in the hospital and left with a very good after-care plan set up for my recovery. The in-hospital lactation consultant was an extremely helpful resource and well, and she was so very kind. Thank you everyone so much! (P.S. Shout out as well the kitchen staff that served my husband and I a beautiful and delicious “congratulations” dinner in our room the day after baby was born - such a treat!)

Ivan Kinack I’m only 28 but I am a regular at this hospital. 4 visits in a few months now. I choose you guys over my local hospital. Whoever the ER doctor was last night. Please give him my appreciation. Also Connor the ER nurse who now knows me by name. I’ve only had good experiences here! My condition is horrible and doctors all over can’t figure it out. Cleveland clinic has made the most progress out of anybody!

M S We will not ever go back to this hospital. We will travel farther rather than go to this hospital ever again!! Male nurse in ER ignored my husband pretty much all day unless we asked about something. Cardiology PA said if the echo was good they could give medication and my husband could go home, but the attending physician made him stay overnight unnecessarily. He was there for a cardiac issue, and at 9:30 at night they tried giving him MiraLAX. Why would a patient with no G.I. issues need MiraLAX?? Patients have to order their own food and can’t get it unless the doctor puts in an order. We had to ask for that. The only reason I would not say this hospital deserves negative stars is because the rest of the nurses he had were fantastic.

KJ Marie My boyfriend had hip surgery today and I was extremely impressed with ALL of the staff! From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smiling face, Anthony at front desk security! He makes everyone laugh which is really nice when you are heading in for surgery. He deserves a raise! All of the nurses and doctors were so informative and caring! They made sure to answer all our questions and you could tell they really did care. I was very impressed with our entire experience.

Desiree Toro I just want to mention that nurse Jennifer in the ER is the best nurse I have ever come into contact with. My father got admitted and from the moment he got checked in until they moved him upstairs she was so attentive, caring, kind, compassionate, professional, informative, and just all around AMAZING! She went above and beyond and made us feel like she was caring for one of her own family members. I have never felt more comfortable at the er than Jennifer made us feel tonight. 20/10 and I wish more nurses had a heart like Jennifer! Thank you so so much to her!!

robert ranere Total me replacement this morning at 10 oclock. It is now 1030 at night and I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff here at Cleveland clinic, starting with the people who check you in at the registration desk and continuing until you are in your permanent room for the evening. Peacefully recovering, they leave no Stone, unturned taking care of you as a patient, theyre completely professional polite and absolutely amazing Surgerys not fun. But cleveland clinic, south, makes sure that you are comfortable and the interactions between you and the staff actually make it a pleasant experience!!!!.I would never go anywhere else. And I promise you that is not the drugs doing the talking for me. Those are facts.

Nikole Carlson The ER staff is so attentive and kind. They made difficult visit less stressful on my family member and me. Tests were ordered and completed quickly and Paula in the ER was truly an amazing nurse.

T FX I have nothing but wonderful things to say about South Cleveland Clinic Hospital! The ER is quick to get into- they’re organized and very efficient! The nurses in the ER and in- patient dept are top notch! Friendly, Compassionate, and Informative. They have a system down that keeps everything moving along w/ the patient’s comfort & safety as priority. The doctors are also thorough and informative. I was impressed with my experience at this hospital and honestly have nothing negative to say- overall impressed !
